All the staff members were so friendly! The entire facility is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, allowing us to have an absolutely wonderful time. Thank you so much! :) If I could give 10 stars, I would (haha). Highly recommended with confidence. I'll definitely

I stayed in the Sora Building with my child. It’s a perfect Hotel for families and guests with young children. The large public bath was also excellent. The only disappointment was that even though we stayed in the Sora Building, we were assigned Cedar Palace, which was extremely

I stayed with my young son for a Disney trip. Luggage was delivered for free from the Welcome Center at Maihama Station to the hotel, and check-in procedures could also be completed there, which was very convenient. We stayed in a Harmony Room on a weekday without meals, and

As for meals, some dishes were cold as mentioned in reviews; however, they kindly lent us plastic wrap so we could take food back to our room if needed. Their thoughtfulness towards me managing everything alone made me happy. If it hadn't started with cleaning issues upon arriva

The buffet included meals that children enjoy, which was very helpful. When our child got fussy after eating her fill, my husband played with her in the kids' space near the restaurant while I enjoyed my meal until the end. The bath was spacious, and there was also a kids' spac

We take a birthday trip every year, but this was our first time arranging a cake, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much. The buffet selection isn’t very large, but everything was delicious. Our son especially loved the fried chicken. The Room had a very unique

We chose this Accommodation with a focus on the children’s play areas, but there were plenty of things for adults to enjoy as well. There was a dartboard, which we don’t usually play, and trying it for the first time was really fun. We also enjoyed a parent-child showdown playing

Also, since it was a birthday, you prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for us, which truly moved us. The Room was comfortable, and although our main purpose was Disney, I’m glad we chose this Hotel. (My partner was very happy too.) The food was delicious as well. We’d love to

It truly has a resort view. Colorful flowers and greenery on the patio. Pure white sand and a blue sea at the beach. Orange sunsets. Beautiful lighting at night. You can enjoy it all from your Room and from anywhere on the property. The pool, indoor pool, and beach were all very

This Hotel offers a large pool that can be used even during this season (though it may feel chilly depending on the weather, even if it's heated) and excellent access to tourist attractions. The Room is very spacious with great views, and the Facility includes well-equipped res

The bath, meals, and everything are satisfying. The staff and the landlady are very pleasant. Among the hotels we have stayed at, I think the cost performance is the best. The meals, such as the classic beef tendon stew and breakfast omelet and buckwheat porridge, are very

Dinner was a meat feast—delicious and so plentiful that we couldn't finish it all, leaving us very satisfied. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of options. The dessert pudding became a family favorite. From start to finish, the staff's hospitality was outstanding, ma

The service was truly impeccable, and the special kaiseki dinner was luxurious, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also extravagant with both Japanese and Western options—I've never had such a luxurious and heartwarming morning meal before. The oce

A wide variety of child-friendly Facilities and events were available, and we had a very fulfilling stay. We didn’t need the all-you-can-drink alcohol option, so it would have been even better if the quality of the adult meals and the variety of the buffet were improved.

All rooms offer ocean views with stunning scenery. The in-room BBQ set dinner and breakfast buffet featured local specialties from Nagasaki using locally sourced ingredients—we were thoroughly satisfied! We would love to stay here again if we have another opportunity. Thank yo

The accommodation provided a wide range of amenities such as baby pajamas, toothbrushes, slippers, shampoo, and diaper bags, which made packing light and very convenient. Meals were thoughtfully prepared in stages for babies, kids, and adults. High chairs and cutlery for children

The Room is large, with a big balcony and a spacious bathroom—everything feels roomy. It's fantastic! We stayed with our 0-year-old and 2-year-old children. The beds were arranged together in advance with bed guards installed, creating enough space to leave our large suitcase o

However, walking from the room to the dining area or Hanasaki no Yu took more time than we had anticipated. Although our room did not have a bathtub, there was a shower available. Overall, we were deeply impressed by the excellent hospitality and attentive service throughout

Stayed in an ocean view upper floor twin room, satisfied with all the facilities including a large wall-mounted SONY 4K TV, Simmons bed, air purifier with humidifying function, and stylish washroom and bath. Chose an ocean view room, with a breathtaking view of the sea and sunset
