It was a very cozy Hotel. The delicious breakfast, the staff’s warm smiles, and the clean Room—everything offered service and quality beyond the price. Because of the rain, we spent more time at the Hotel, but it was very comfortable. When I visit Kyoto again, I would definitely like to stay here.

Everyone at the Ryokan was very attentive and provided excellent service, so I felt completely at ease during my stay. The meals were also kaiseki cuisine, and both dinner and breakfast were filling—I was very satisfied. The indoor bath also had a wonderful atmosphere and was great. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay, and it was just as moving as the first. From every part of the property—the lobby, restaurant, on-site café, and of course the guest rooms, in-room semi-open-air baths, and the large public bath—you can enjoy wonderful views of East Izu’s greenery and the ocean. The lounge also offers excellent complimentary services such as free drinks, and you can even enjoy table tennis, which I personally love. Soaking your feet in the spacious courtyard footbath while listening to lovely background music is another truly relaxing moment. It may not be highlighted much on the website, but for limited hours the on-site café also serves a variety of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for their warm and attentive service.

I stayed here for a live concert in Yokohama. This was the best Accommodation I stayed at this year. Everything was comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the staff for your kind and helpful service. I would love to stay here again.

My sons, who were visiting from Tokyo, stayed here and said, “I didn’t know there was such a great hotel in Iwata—it's even better than a five-star hotel in New York! (lol)” ・The room was spotless ・The amenities were excellent (the hair dryer?) ・Breakfast was delicious, etc. They said they want to stay here again next time, and seeing how happy they were made me feel happy too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely room and indulged in the hot springs to the fullest. The water was wonderfully gentle, yet it warmed us through slowly and deeply—absolutely perfect. The meals were also a delight: each dish was carefully prepared with heartfelt attention, which made us very happy. In the evening, there was an event nearby where we could enjoy traditional performing arts at a local shrine, with complimentary shuttle service provided. The performances were truly authentic, and the stage was many times more impressive than we had imagined. We could also feel the community’s dedication and passion for preserving tradition and culture, making it an unforgettable, deeply memorable night. Even with other guests staying there, the inn remained quiet and serene—truly relaxing. It had been a long time since we were able to savor every aspect of a traditional hot spring ryokan like this. Unfortunately it rained during our stay, but seeing the rain-soaked moss in the garden from the open-air bath as drizzle fell softly was especially beautiful and left a strong impression on us. We would love to visit again in another season. Thank you for such a wonderful trip.

I was looking for a highly rated Onsen Ryokan to stay at in Okayama, so I chose this one. It was a great choice. The meals were exactly as described—quality over quantity—and the portions were perfect for older guests. It’s also an all-inclusive property, so I enjoyed a variety of drinks and snacks; the doburoku in particular was excellent. I don’t recall drinking it much before, but it went down smoothly, and next time I think I’ll stick with doburoku after my beer. I’m glad I stayed here.

Upon arrival, we received a thorough explanation of the Hotel services. I was happy to learn about the many interesting offerings. We also joined a guided tour of the artworks displayed throughout the property, which was inspiring as I love art. The baths, sauna, and open-air bath were all top-class. It was deeply relaxing, and time seemed to slow down. The Room was spacious and equally relaxing—I slept better than usual, and before I knew it, it was time for breakfast. Since we had another appointment, we checked out in a hurry. I regretted not setting aside more time. Even though it felt unhurried while we were there, it passed in no time at all. I would love to visit again. We didn’t have dinner this time, so next time I definitely want to enjoy dinner as well.

I stayed here for a concert trip this time. Because of the concert end time and traffic, I didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM, and I ended up getting to dinner very late, but you welcomed me with a smile and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast was also delicious, and since I had some time before checkout, I was able to take a walk in Kenrokuen Garden across the street. The location is excellent, and above all, every staff member was smiling and seemed genuinely happy—I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa. As we entered the country that day from overseas and it was quite a distance, getting there was a bit challenging, but after actually staying there, we were truly satisfied. Our train was delayed and we missed the shuttle bus time, but you waited for us at the station, which really moved us. All of the staff were very kind and took care of us warmly and attentively throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the water in the large public bath was clean, and in the quiet, relaxing atmosphere we were able to unwind at our own pace. Our whole family had a comfortable and enjoyable time, and it became a wonderful memory. We would love to make time to visit again. Thank you very much for giving us such a lovely stay.

We stayed here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. As soon as we drove up to the entrance, the staff—already waiting—welcomed us with amazingly smooth, attentive service. I was nervous in an unfamiliar place, but before I knew it I was in the lobby with Bach playing softly, looking out at the sea and enjoying a chilled glass of champagne, my excitement building. The space was spotless and warmly appointed, and the selection of sweets, drinks, and amenities showed impeccable taste. The toothbrush was the most comfortable I’ve ever used. Above all, the bath was outstanding. With the window open, listening to birdsong and gazing at the ocean—and because it’s free-flowing—I even tried skipping a rinse-off and body cream afterward, yet my skin stayed moisturized without drying out! At dusk, the view from the lounge was beautiful. The British ginger lemonade was delicious, and we’re especially grateful to the elegant and attentive female staff member who made the lounge so wonderfully comfortable—thank you as well for preparing an orange liqueur for us at the end. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent; not only did everything taste wonderful, but the ingredients and presentation were beautiful too. That said, I couldn’t stop eating bread and butter and ended up too full by the time we reached the main course! Even so, it was cooked perfectly and tasted superb—I finished it all. Next time I’ll pace myself so I can fully enjoy everything through to the main dish. The young service staff were also highly professional and impressive. Even without mentioning that it was an anniversary—and even as first-time guests simply dropping by—we received consistently thoughtful hospitality throughout. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time again. I was truly happy and pleasantly surprised when you brought out a birthday cake for me. The food, the baths, and the staff’s service were all excellent, and even after six years, I’m glad we chose to stay here. We would love to visit again!

I stayed for two nights on my first trip to Hakodate. The view was amazing, and everything—from the service to the Room—was excellent. The Hotel also offers loaner bicycles, and there are plenty of nearby options such as car rentals and convenience stores. It’s also within walking distance of the station. There’s a morning market just a short walk away, so I had breakfast there. When I arrived in heavy rain, they immediately lent me a towel, which really warmed my heart. Even though I went in and out many times a day, they always greeted me with a smile, saying “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back.” There was no waiting for the elevator, which made everything comfortable. The Room was spotless as well. This is a Hotel I would definitely want to stay at again on my next trip. Thank you very much!

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The Facilities, the staff’s atmosphere, and the meals were all excellent. It was clear that each staff member truly loves dogs and enjoys working here. We would definitely like to stay again.

Though it is a small inn, everything was perfectly arranged with nothing lacking—truly wonderful. The hot spring was always at the ideal temperature no matter when we entered; thank you to the bath attendant. Thank you as well for kindly accommodating our requests. I love Okinawa and visit with my child more than once a year. I’ve stayed at most hotels there, and this is the kind of hotel that feels like a sensory breakthrough from the moment you step inside. Among hotels in Okinawa in the same class, it may well be the best in both service and facilities. The airport transfers to and from Naha Airport were both in an Alphard. On the way back, our foreign female driver provided such a comfortable ride. After dozing off on the way, we arrived at a lobby with a breathtaking view—enjoying a welcome drink while looking out over the beautiful sea. From our room as well, we had an uninterrupted view of blue skies and an emerald-green ocean stretching out before us. The private pool is also an infinity pool, so it felt wonderful no matter how many times we went in. There were floats for both adults and children as well. For dinner, we chose sushi kaiseki on the first night and French on the second. Wanting to relax in our room with our child, we asked to switch the sushi kaiseki to room service; they set it up side by side facing the window so we could enjoy it while watching the sunset—it was absolutely delicious. The presentation showed real craftsmanship, and everything was exceptionally fresh and flavorful! For French dinner, we were shown to a private room; again, we could unwind comfortably on a sofa while dining. It’s said to be ranked No. 1 on Ikkyu as an inn for gourmet dining—and I completely agree. It was beautiful French cuisine that truly highlighted each ingredient’s flavor. Even at luxury hotels there are often “kids’ menu” options that feel too childish, but here they wonderfully arranged a full-course meal for children—my child usually leaves food behind but finished everything this time. I don’t drink alcohol, but the lounge offered Okinawan spirits and beer along with bite-sized savory snacks and sweets that paired well—everything tasted great. They were also very warm toward my child throughout our stay. This has become a hotel I definitely want to return to!

It was a truly satisfying day in every way. All four private Onsens were wonderful, and we enjoyed them right up until one hour before check-out. We were also happy with the wide variety of complimentary drinks available at any time. Of course, every dish was delicious, and we especially appreciated the strong local character of the cuisine. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again as soon as possible.

During Silver Week, we planned a trip with Lake Shikotsu on the first day and Sapporo on the second. We rented a car at New Chitose Airport on day one and enjoyed Hokkaido to the fullest on a driving tour. We were very satisfied with the all-inclusive stay at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Besso Ao no Za—the staff’s hospitality, the meals, and the in-room open-air bath were all excellent. Next time, we plan to stay at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Besso Ao no Za for both nights and do day-trip drives to Sapporo, Tomakomai, and other areas. Thank you again.

This time, I stayed for the fourth time to celebrate my birthday. I truly love this inn so much that I once gifted a stay here to my parents as well. The greatest pleasure of visiting is, without a doubt, the cuisine. Each dish is beautiful to look at and absolutely outstanding in flavor, and I’m moved every single time. Even my husband, who usually isn’t very interested in food, ends up saying “It’s delicious—this makes me want another drink,” and drinks a little too much (laugh). No matter how many times we come, it always makes us want to return just to enjoy these meals again. Since it was my birthday, they even arranged a wonderful celebration during dinner. The gorgeous presentation with gold flakes is apparently usually served with alcohol, but since I’m not great with alcohol they kindly prepared it with orange juice instead (first photo). They also gave me a celebratory gift and a commemorative photo—such warm thoughtfulness truly made me happy. And breakfast is exceptional as well. Not only dinner but breakfast is genuinely delicious; every time we are completely satisfied with every dish. Of course, everything beyond the food is wonderful too. The room is spotless and beautiful down to every detail, making it extremely comfortable. The room also has an open-air bath, which we love because we can relax and enjoy the hot spring together at any time without worrying about anyone around us. Meals are served at the same counter as other guests, but partitions are set between seats. Outside of meal times there are few chances to run into other guests, which makes it especially appealing for us to quietly enjoy unhurried time as a couple. All of the staff are always courteous, and thanks to their pleasant hospitality we can spend our entire stay feeling calm and relaxed. The cuisine, the room, and the hospitality—everything is excellent. It never disappoints no matter how many times we visit. Once again this birthday became an unforgettable and happy experience for me. I’m truly looking forward to returning. Thank you always.
