A clean business hotel just steps from Susukino Station. Great location and very clean—highly recommended!

I visited with my daughter, and from start to finish we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable, unhurried stay. The Room was clean and simple yet well equipped with everything we needed, and the private open-air bath in the Room—available as many times as we liked at any hour—was truly soothing. The meals were excellent, especially the rice, and we enjoyed hearty dinners and breakfasts. We were also allowed to bring our own alcohol, so we brought a local wine; glasses were kindly provided, and it seemed other guests also brought their own drinks and enjoyed them in their own way. The proprietress’s hospitality was thoughtful without being overbearing—she checked in at just the right moments with a gentle word—and the pleasant atmosphere throughout made this a wonderful Accommodation that I’d love to visit again next time with my husband.

The building is still quite new, and everything was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. At Habutae Saryo, it was great to have a selection of alcoholic drinks, light snacks, and soft drinks. On the evening of our second night we were a bit tired and didn’t feel like going out for dinner, but we were able to have a light bite at Habutae Saryo, relax for a while, and then finish with the late-night soba—very helpful. The snacks were also high quality. I hope other Nono properties will offer similar restaurant service as well. If I had to mention one thing, the washing area in the large public bath seemed limited, so it often felt crowded.

It was a girls’ trip with my 4-month-old grandchild. It was my grandchild’s first overnight Onsen trip, so I was a little worried, but we were able to have a wonderful time. The Room was spotlessly cleaned, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept very well. Having meals served in the Room also allowed our family with a small child to dine with peace of mind. My daughter seemed to be able to soothe her postnatal fatigue in the hot stone sauna. We also enjoyed the wide variety of alcohol and drinks in the lounge. What impressed us most were the staff’s warm smiles. Thanks to them, my grandchild stayed relaxed throughout, and it was a Ryokan we would love to visit again. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We were happy to see the energetic Hokkaido dogs again—Miyon, Dan, and Dolly! This Accommodation was satisfying in every way, from the Onsen to the meals, and they even moved our “repeat guest” plaque to our 8th car. Thank you to all the staff for your consistently warm and attentive hospitality.

This was our fifth or sixth stay, and once again we had a very comfortable time. What made us especially happy was that the staff member in charge of our Room from our previous visit remembered us. They even remembered that we stayed with my mother-in-law last time, and we were truly touched by their thoughtfulness. As always, the meals were delicious, with seasonal dishes as well—everything met our expectations once again. The premium lounge was also excellent. We used it after the Onsen, and there was a wide variety of soft drinks, so even someone like me who doesn’t drink much alcohol could fully enjoy it. This is a wonderful Ryokan where you can feel warm hospitality no matter how many times you visit. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Both the Room, the bath, and the meals were excellent. The service was also attentive. We were able to spend a relaxing and luxurious time. If I may mention just one thing: a razor was provided, but it wasn’t very sharp, and there was no shaving foam. I tried substituting another soap, but it didn’t work well and I ended up cutting my face.

We stayed for two nights. There were four adults in one Room (Garden Twin), but even with four beds it didn’t feel cramped, and we were able to relax comfortably. Since it was a family trip, the spacious open closet was also great for preventing forgotten items. Each bed had its own power outlets, which was extremely convenient. We expected a garden-side Room, but we could also see the ocean from the balcony, which was wonderful. I also personally liked that you can choose only the services you need at check-in. Since I usually carry a water bottle, I really appreciated the water dispenser service available in the Hotel. We were able to enjoy plenty of delicious water. It would have been nice if the provided pitcher were a bit larger, but there were two so it wasn’t inconvenient. They were acrylic, so there was no worry about breaking when carrying them around, and they looked stylish as well. It was also fun to boil water in the cute De’Longhi thermos kettle and enjoy tea. As is common at many Resort Hotels these days, the pajamas here were very comfortable and helped me sleep soundly. A small detail, but both the Room trash bin and the bathroom trash bin had liners properly fitted, which made them easy to use. Breakfast around 8:00 was slightly crowded and there was some waiting time, but once we were seated we could relax at ease. We chose Western-style breakfast on day one and Japanese-style on day two; both were delicious and very filling. For dinner we chose BBQ, and on the second night they changed up the ingredients so we could enjoy something different. The carefully selected seafood and meat were all delicious, and there was more than enough food including rice and dessert. On the second night it felt like we had a private setting, and we truly appreciated all of the staff’s help. There is also a large public bath; it wasn’t an Onsen, but it was clean and relaxing, so we were satisfied. All of the staff members were pleasant as well—they spoke to us thoughtfully when needed without being intrusive—so we had a very comfortable stay. The Facility offerings and services felt just right—not too much or too little—and it felt like a Hotel where you can relax at your own pace. It rained on our first day, but early on our second morning there was sunshower weather and we got to see a rainbow. We’d love to come back in another season to enjoy both morning and evening ocean views again.

From the warm welcome on arrival to our departure the next day, we were thoroughly satisfied with the consistently outstanding hospitality. The international staff were also wonderfully attentive, and our whole family truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The meals and the Onsen were especially excellent. We would love to stay again.

We stayed again this year, following last year’s visit. This time, it was a 2-night, 3-day beach trip for three of us: an elderly couple and our granddaughter (first grade). Both on arrival and departure, the staff guided us in the parking lot, helped carry our luggage, and spoke to us kindly—this was extremely helpful. Working in this heat must be tough; thank you for all your hard work. The building was very clean, and the Room cleaning was thorough. The meals were delicious, and we enjoyed dinner both nights while watching beautiful sunsets. The dinner style differed between the first and second nights: on the first night we had a kaiseki course featuring Murakami beef shabu-shabu as the main dish, and on the second night we had a seafood kaiseki course. Both the Murakami beef on day one and the crab on day two were excellent—our granddaughter finished her crab within minutes of starting dinner. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have loved even a small portion of Murakami beef on the second night as well, since it’s something you can only eat when visiting this area (though we do make use of hometown tax donations). We were originally told that dinner would be at “Kaiou” on both nights, but about 15 minutes before dinner on the second night we suddenly received notice of a venue change. The staff member apologized repeatedly; however, in a Hotel that accommodates so many guests, it actually reassured me that careful checks are being done in advance. Buffet-style dining isn’t bad, but for an elderly couple like us, having kaiseki served at just the right timing is much easier. I sincerely hope you will continue offering it. It’s also wonderful that right behind the Hotel is a beach with excellent access: after leaving the beach we could rinse off sand at the outdoor showers and head straight to the Onsen. There was even a washing machine available to rinse swimsuits—truly convenient. After soaking in the Onsen, all three of us relaxed in the lobby while enjoying complimentary Momotaro ice pops. On day two, when we asked at reception for advice so we could enjoy swimming at Sasagawa Nagare Beachline area more fully—including which beach and where to park—they kindly helped us with great care. There was also plenty of information we couldn’t get from checking with AI beforehand; combining both made our trip even more enjoyable. Local knowledge really is invaluable. On our final day as well—at our granddaughter’s request—we enjoyed swimming until mid-afternoon before rinsing off sand in the shower and saltiness in the Onsen prior to heading home. Driving back to Tokyo after swimming was tiring, but it became a fulfilling trip full of wonderful memories. If my stamina holds up, I’d love to come again next year. Thank you very much.

The bath in the Room is outstanding. I soaked in the rich, concentrated Onsen water from the natural spring—so generously flowing it felt almost wasteful—and took the in-room bath again and again, letting it seep into my body. I really felt its effects. The next day, after checking out, I visited an art museum and got home around 2:30 p.m. Maybe it was the Onsen’s benefits, but I fell into a deep sleep from about 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., then took a bath, ate only some watermelon, and slept soundly again until morning. I truly felt refreshed. The Room is spacious with an amazing view, and everything is excellent—from the impeccable Facility and attentive service to the great meals. Because a typhoon was coming this time, there are only two photos from this visit; the third photo onward is from my New Year’s stay.

This was our third stay. We visited as a three-generation family trip (8 people), including our grandparents and two children aged 5 and 3. What makes this Hotel special is that everyone—from kids to seniors—can enjoy it in their own way. There are indoor and outdoor pools as well as Onsen Facilities (with well-stocked amenities), so you can relax without worrying about the weather, which is a huge help when traveling with children. Our kids used the pools and Onsen again and again, played in the kids’ room and game area, and looked happy throughout our stay. The guest rooms are spacious, and the entire building feels open, so even with three generations we never felt cramped. Our grandparents also enjoyed the Onsen and the shop, spending time relaxing inside or taking walks nearby at their own pace. The staff were consistently courteous, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Access from central Tokyo is convenient; our train-loving child enjoyed traveling by Shinkansen, and it’s also easy to reach by car—another big plus for multi-generation trips because it reduces travel fatigue. Our child likes this Hotel so much they said they want to live here. As parents, we feel confident staying here, which is why we keep coming back. I highly recommend it for families with preschoolers as well as senior travelers. We’d love to visit again as a family.

Reserved a Standard Twin Room in the new wing. As others have mentioned, we were upgraded to a better Room. The toilet and bath were separate, so we could relax and enjoy a long soak.> We had dinner on this Plan, but it was not “mini” at all. It was a full course: five appetizers, corn potage, pan-seared grunt with beurre blanc sauce and roasted shrimp, braised beef cheek, dessert, and coffee—everything was absolutely delicious. It would be a shame to stay here and not have dinner! To get to the Hotel we used Setouchi Taxi, and they also gave us a great presentation of recommended sightseeing routes. It was a wonderful trip. I’d definitely like to stay again when I visit Takamatsu.

I stayed on July 21. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, but you can enter your Room as soon as it is ready. The Facility isn’t brand-new, but it felt clean and well maintained. The buffet meals were excellent for both dinner and breakfast. All the staff were kind, and I was able to enjoy my trip very comfortably.

The welcome drink service included options such as sake and plum juice, and the Room’s beautiful interior created a special, out-of-the-ordinary atmosphere. Breakfast was especially high quality, with some menu items impressive enough to rival a main dish at dinner.

The skip-floor Room was very comfortable. Being able to have up to five people in one Room, and also sleep in separate areas, made it perfect for a three-generation trip. We had breakfast at the Accommodation and ate lunch and dinner at restaurants on the island. The Hotel’s breakfast and dinner are set menus, but given the island location that seems unavoidable. Breakfast had a gentle flavor, used local island ingredients, and was delicious. We also rented a car from the Hotel, so they provided Shuttle Service to the airport, and the snacks in the Room were so good that we bought some to take home. We borrowed a desk lamp for our child’s summer homework, and having a washing machine in the Room was convenient as well. Our child didn’t want to swim so we didn’t go into the sea, but the beach in front of the Hotel was beautiful, and there was also a spot where you could lie down at night and watch the stars. It felt like quiet countryside reminiscent of Okinawa’s remote islands, but if we have another chance to visit, I’d like to stay in the South Wing with an ocean view right in front of us.

It was my first stay in a while. I sometimes come back because it truly feels like coming home. As always, the staff’s service is perfect. I look forward to staying again.

Searched for Accommodation with an open-air bath in the Room The Room was exactly what we wanted, and we had a wonderful holiday—no need to carry bath items or a change of clothes to the large public bath, and we could enjoy the Onsen whenever we liked. We chose a Plan with breakfast only. The dried horse mackerel was very delicious. For us, who can’t eat that much, it was just the right amount. Enjoying coffee in the lounge while taking in the lovely view overlooking the harbor was also wonderful. Although it felt like being nestled in the woods, we didn’t see any insects. It was a lovely Accommodation that we would like to use again.

This is a quiet, relaxing Accommodation overlooking the Tsugaru Strait. The meals were especially delicious, with each dish carefully prepared. The tableware also reflected the value and tradition of a Ryokan. With heartfelt service, it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

My daughter and I stayed here to celebrate each other’s birthdays. We were upgraded to a spacious Room with views of both the sea and the mountains, and we were happy to relax and truly enjoy our time. We also visited the lounge on the same floor, where we enjoyed a generous selection of alcoholic drinks and delicious hors d’oeuvres plates. We can’t wait to come back again.
