More satisfying than a typical luxury Hotel in every way—attentiveness, service, Facility, access, and amenities.

Planning a trip to Mie with the hope of making a once-in-a-lifetime visit to Ise Shrine, we were drawn to how wonderful the VISON villas looked and decided to stay here. The Room was clean and refreshing, simple yet very functional, and I felt deeply soothed by the garden view from the bath. We stayed for three nights, and for breakfast we had: (1) the Nouniyell buffet, (2) takeout from Mariage de Farine (bread with soup, salad, and dessert), and (3) takeout from Ureshino Tofu Nose. Everything was excellent! In particular, Ureshino Tofu Nose’s takeout bento may have been the best takeout meal I’ve ever had. Relaxing in our Room, we enjoyed glossy freshly cooked rice and plenty of piping-hot side dishes rich with dashi—an incredible luxury first thing in the morning. For lunch and dinner as well, we tried various places within VISON—dining in or getting takeout—and everything was delicious. The lean tuna sashimi we had after the tuna-cutting show was outstanding. The villa also has a large sink in the Room, so eating in and cleaning up afterward felt easy and stress-free. We also ordered Nouniyell room service—the meat dish and Caesar salad were delivered freshly made and were truly delicious! Honso-yu was also wonderful; even though it was midsummer, a cool breeze blew through the outdoor bath area, allowing us to relax completely. It was easy to drive to both Ise Grand Shrine and Toba Aquarium, making this an amazing trip. We were grateful for all of the VISON staff’s thoughtful yet unobtrusive hospitality—it was a genuinely happy stay. We definitely want to come again. Thank you very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast buffets. At dinner, the Shimane Wagyu roast beef and sweet shrimp were especially delicious. For breakfast, in addition to making our own seafood bowl, we also loved the Shimane Wagyu beef stew, which was hearty with plenty of meat. The garden was beautiful, and all the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

The building is old, but thoughtful arrangements throughout make for a comfortable stay. A wide variety of meals are offered, including seafood dishes unique to Hakodate, which were very satisfying. The Onsen features a spacious area, with separate spaces for washing and bathing, ensuring comfort. Access is convenient as it’s about a 10-minute bus ride from the airport, making this Hotel easy to use.

This was my second stay since the Accommodation first opened. I chose it for its great location right by the station and because I wanted to have the straw-grilled bonito for breakfast. I was very satisfied. I will stay here again.

This is my go-to Accommodation for my annual trips to Sapporo! On the first night, I stayed in a Corner Twin for the first time. The windows were large, and I had a pleasant view with the Hokkaido Government Office building right in front of me—perfect for relaxing with drinks in the Room. On the second night, since my child was Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we chose a Superior Double. The window was smaller and it felt even more compact, but it was still very functional. There was also an ice machine on the top floor, and perhaps as part of Superior perks there were bath salts provided as well, which was a nice touch. At check-in, the male staff member at reception had no expression and his service was disappointing—neither good nor bad overall. However, the male staff member at check-out was very pleasant, so I’ll call it even (lol). And what I especially recommend is breakfast. There is a wide variety of dishes with many local items, and everything—Japanese or Western—is high quality. All of the staff are friendly and it feels great. The salted bread that wasn’t available last year was delicious, so I hope you keep offering it! The only disappointment was that the breakfast crowding status shown on the in-room TV didn’t match reality. It showed “not busy,” so we went then—but there were actually 30 groups waiting. After getting my young child excited and taking them there, having to bring them back to the Room and manage their bad mood was frustrating... Still, the large public bath is very clean; we received a full set of children’s amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding at the front desk; there are Sekkisei amenities; and needless to say, the location is excellent... Overall, this trip once again reminded me that in Sapporo it’s Solaria all the way for me. I’m looking forward to planning another trip so we can come again next year.

I made a Reservation for a Room with a semi-open-air bath the day before my stay. First of all, the layout and flow were incredibly convenient. It seems all Rooms with semi-open-air baths are on the first floor, and the large public bath, dining venue, and café bar were all just steps away from my Room—so I didn’t have to walk long distances. If you go to the large public bath a bit later in the evening, it’s almost like having it to yourself. There’s also a mist sauna, though it felt more like a light drizzle and left my head completely soaked (lol). The in-Room semi-open-air bath was fed directly from the hot spring source (free-flowing), and being able to use it anytime was fantastic! Since it was summer I expected insects, but there weren’t any issues. The Room was clean—and above all, unbelievably spacious (lol). For dinner, international staff kindly explained each dish as they served it. It was an excellent Hotel in every way!

We were planning an Onsen trip to celebrate my mother, and it was the first trip for three generations of our family. Since my mother cannot use the large public bath, we looked for a Room with a private open-air bath. Thanks to that, she was able to enjoy the Onsen. The bath in our Room was also fed by Onsen water, and she was very happy. We chose the standard kaiseki meal, but the portions were more than enough—so much that my sons had to give up at both dinner and breakfast. When I requested a cake for my mother’s 88th birthday celebration, they even prepared a red celebratory vest (chanchanko) for her as well, and we truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. The building was clean. The large public bath was small but spotless, and we were very satisfied. In the lobby there was a local sake tasting service, and in the morning there was also coffee service—everything felt very well provided. Our whole family was extremely satisfied. All of the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. It became a wonderful celebratory trip. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday trip! The sea in Inatori was a bit rough, but we still had a Room with a great ocean view and an open-air hinoki bath, and we were able to relax very much. It was also nice that meals were served in a private dining room. The buffet offered more dishes than you’d expect from the term “half-buffet,” so it took some effort to carry food back to the private room, but we could eat quietly. We also truly appreciated that you prepared a separate cooked dish for my wife, who doesn’t like raw foods. Since it was during summer vacation when the pool is available, there were especially many children at mealtimes, so having a private room felt like the right choice. We were able to use the reservable private baths almost whenever we wanted, and it was convenient to check availability by registering on LINE. However, perhaps due to the age of the Facility—which is understandable—my wife has some difficulty with her legs, so moving around (to the restaurant and private baths, etc.) felt like quite a lot. In particular, access to the large panoramic bath on the 6th floor was only by stairs, and there were small steps inside the Room (such as around the washbasin area and low-bed space), so we deducted just a little in terms of barrier-free accessibility. We’re fans of Izu Animal Kingdom’s “Syrup Family,” so we would definitely like to visit Inatori again—and return to Akao Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

It was my first visit in several years, and the Onsen, meals, service, and the staff’s hospitality were all wonderful. I was especially impressed that you even cleaned our car at checkout. We’ve gained another unforgettable memory, and we will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff.

Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—I wished I could have stayed for about a week! The open-air bath was spacious and very relaxing. I’ll definitely be back.

Choosing this Accommodation for a visit to Futami Okitama Shrine was the right decision. The shrine is only a 7–8 minute leisurely walk along the seaside, so I was able to visit twice during my stay. Dinner was very satisfying in both menu and portion size. Since it was served in a private room, I felt completely relaxed. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the overnight-dried pufferfish. From the Room, I enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea stretching out beyond the pine trees. It is a lovely Accommodation founded in the Meiji era and still continuing into the Reiwa era. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I made a Reservation to unwind before the Obon holidays. I enjoyed a luxurious, unhurried stay—soaking in the in-room Onsen and doing nothing while gazing out at the forest. I’d love to visit again in another season.

At check-in, there was only one staff member, so I wondered if something was going on and whether everything was okay, but we received warm and attentive hospitality. We enjoyed rare local dishes such as salted grilled coho salmon and soba bean sprouts (absolutely delicious), and also tried painting kokeshi dolls while listening to a live Tsugaru shamisen performance (a wonderful souvenir), which let us fully experience the spirit of Aomori. The Onsen was at just the right temperature (slightly hot), warmed us through, and relieved our fatigue. It was all-inclusive, and we were able to enjoy plenty of drinks as well. Thank you very much.

The Ryokan’s traditional atmosphere was wonderful, and because everything is compact and well organized, we were able to stay comfortably. Above all, the staff’s thoughtful and kind hospitality really came through, and our children liked it too. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

There was a great selection, from treats like crab and grilled eel steak to local specialties such as ramen and dango-jiru. They also had ice cream for dessert, which was very satisfying. I used the large public bath early, so it wasn’t crowded and I could relax. There is also a private family bath, making it convenient for families with small children.

This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed in the Glamping Cottage. This time, I stayed in the Villa Terrace & Glamping. The Villa Terrace is along the road, and my dog would tremble from the noise every time a truck passed by. The jacuzzi shower was difficult to use—I learned how from my grandchild (lol). *Also, when we entered the Room, it was so hot it felt like a sauna (-｡-; Overall, we were very satisfied: the beach was within walking distance, the Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. Next time, I’d like to stay in spring or autumn. Thank you very much.

Although it seemed nearly fully booked, we had a very comfortable stay! The indoor dog run was air-conditioned, so we didn’t need to take walks in the heat. The Onsen also featured an authentic open-air bath that warmed us through to the core. Above all, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional—they welcomed us on arrival and saw us off at departure, making it a truly wonderful memory.

Above all, the staff were wonderful. No matter where we passed them, they always greeted us, and the front desk staff were very attentive. The Room was also kept very clean. Even the top of the lockers in the changing area had been cleaned. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

I chose this Hotel to see a musical at EX Theater Ariake and because it has parking. EX Theater Ariake is in the next building across the road, about a 3-minute walk away, so it was very convenient. I arrived slightly before the check-in time, but they still accommodated me. I stayed in a Standard Double Room. The Room size is about what you would expect from a Business Hotel, but the bathroom was not a unit bath, so it felt more spacious. Considering this is Tokyo, I think the value for money is reasonable. However, I think there is room for improvement in how seating is assigned at breakfast. As a senior couple, we wanted to enjoy breakfast in as quiet an area as possible, but we were seated in a section with several families with small children. The children could not sit still and kept standing up from their seats. It would be better to seat such families together in one area so they can eat comfortably without worrying about others, while couples, senior couples, and business travelers could be seated in a separate area farther away. The breakfast selection itself was excellent.
