It seems to have just opened this summer, and I found it while looking for a place to stay in Atami. Since it was right after opening, everything was very clean. You can also enjoy drinks in the lounge. The overall style is Japanese, but the rooms are stylishly designed—tatami with beds is a great combination. The TV was large, and I was surprised by how many of the amenities felt high-end. The best part was the bath. It’s a semi-open-air bath, but it’s impressively spacious for an in-room bath, and the water circulates so you can soak anytime—absolutely wonderful. Since we were in Atami, we also tried the large public bath on the first floor. That was spacious as well, and the open-air rock bath was great too. After relaxing in the baths, we had dinner. The dining area is on B1, and it’s incredibly stylish—more like a chic dining spot you’d find in central Tokyo. There were quite a few international staff members (probably because of the area). They were a bit awkward at times, but everyone worked hard and left a good impression—it made me want to support them going forward. The food was excellent as well—perhaps creative kaiseki—and you could really feel their attention to detail. Everything tasted outstanding. Atami can be crowded with young people around the station and downtown areas, but this place felt calm and elegant—a space where you can truly relax at your own pace. I visit Atami often, and this is definitely an inn I’d love to return to again.

In contrast to the cramped feel of the city, the building is spacious throughout, and I was able to stretch out and sleep comfortably on futons in a Japanese-style room. The thick beams and pillars that evoke a sense of history gave me the solid presence of a traditional house, and it offered a rich experience quite different from staying at a Hotel. The staff who assisted us were friendly, and we enjoyed lively conversations about local topics that people from other prefectures would never know. Not just at mealtimes—I found myself wanting to talk more and learn even more about Iwate. We stayed with only family members, but it was also nice not having to worry about disturbing others. It seems perfect for an overnight get-together with close friends or even a BBQ with your company team. Recommended for anyone who wants to fully enjoy time in nature!

The meals and baths are excellent. The rice and soba are delicious. The Room feels clean. The quiet atmosphere is very relaxing. I would like to visit again. From a repeat guest who has stayed many times. The service is also good.

We stayed as a family of three. Being close to the earthquake-affected area gave us a lot to think about. The ocean view from our Room was truly moving. Everything throughout the Facility was kept very clean, and it was so relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast were made with fresh ingredients and were very delicious. The sushi was excellent as well. We would love to stay again.

We stayed here with our family during a holiday weekend. We arrived after 8:00 and were picked up at the parking lot by a tracked vehicle, which made our kids very happy. We were able to check in right away and change clothes in our Room. Lift tickets could be purchased at the front desk, and since the slopes are right in front of the property, we could put on our skis at the entrance and head straight to the lift. Dinner had more than enough hot pot ingredients, and we were completely full. The Room was clean, and there was also a kotatsu table so we could relax. We used the bath in the main building; it was a bit hot, but since no one else was there, we added some cold water. Breakfast was Japanese-style and delicious, and even after checkout we were able to leave our luggage in the gymnasium area, where there was also a place to change clothes. All of the staff were very kind, and our children had a great time as well. We would like to stay here again when we come to Hachi Kogen. Thank you very much.

The location is great, so the price is reasonable. With No Meals Included, there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and we enjoyed our stay. Most Ryokan in Yamaga are old and have a retro feel, but the staff were kind and helpful—they responded politely when we contacted them about arriving early and answered our questions with lots of useful information. After sightseeing, I came to like Yamaga even more.

Despite being caught in an accident-induced traffic jam and unexpected road closure on the day of our stay, which caused us to miss the final dinner time, we were warmly welcomed and allowed to enjoy a relaxed meal without any discomfort. We stayed here to celebrate my husband's retirement and 60th birthday, and the thoughtful gestures truly touched us. The lobby offers snacks and soft drinks, with complimentary private family baths available—everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly and warm, making this Hotel a wonderful place to stay. We would love to visit again!

It was my first time visiting the Ariake Sea in Saga Prefecture, and I was treated to a stunning open-air bath and excellent cuisine. I felt truly sorry for not being able to finish all the delicious food. Thank you to all the Ryokan staff for their warm hospitality. Although the Hotel is old, it has charm, and I found it perfect. I would love to stay here again next time.

Completely satisfied with everything. The meals, especially breakfast and dinner, were luxurious and delicious, and I finished every bite. I would recommend this place to friends and will definitely stay here again.

Both the sushi and the owner’s warm personality were wonderful. If I come back to Miyajima next time, I’ll probably skip Itsukushima Shrine since I’ve seen enough, but I definitely want to return for this Accommodation and the sushi.

Although the weather was unfortunate, the relaxing Room and the food were excellent. I would like to stay again.

Overall, I was satisfied. However, the lights were either fully on or completely off, so I’d like the living room lighting to be improved.

There is also parking available, and five of us stayed here. The hot sandwich breakfast was delicious.

Very satisfied! The staff were very kind and it was a great experience. I stayed in a room with a TV, but I couldn't quite figure out how to use it, so I barely watched it. I think a room without a TV would have been fine for me. It would be better if the handwashing area near the campfire was easier to find. I had to go back to my room once to wash my hands... The next morning, I noticed there was a handwashing area in the parking lot.

We used this place for our family’s first glamping trip. The dome-shaped tent was beautiful with an ocean view, and it came with a shower and toilet. We also enjoyed the Onsen, and the kids were thrilled. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed beautiful ocean views and had fun fishing, exploring Ryugu Cave, and trying sandboarding. We also visited Hirizo Beach, went snorkeling, and experienced a natural aquarium. It became a wonderful summer vacation memory.
