Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay. We truly appreciate your accommodating our food allergies. The meals were absolutely delicious. The Ryokan baths, the private bath, and the public hot springs were all wonderful. It was a shame we couldn’t visit all of the public baths, but we’d love to come back and do a full hot spring tour next time! As for amenities, we didn’t have any particular issues, but I happened to forget my makeup remover and thought it would have been helpful if the Ryokan had one available. We’re grateful for the lovely time we had. Thank you very much.

This is a compact Accommodation. While the building has some age, it is kept very clean, and its compact size makes it easy to access the baths and dining area, making for a very comfortable stay. Our Room was on the first floor, but the view was outstanding—true to the Accommodation’s name, it was a spectacular panorama! The baths were my favorite type—an alkaline spring with a silky feel—and the view from the open-air bath was also breathtaking. For dinner we chose the “Bliss Course,” and that was absolutely the right choice: a wonderful meal packed with Sendai’s flavors. The Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled on magnolia leaves was tender and generous in portion, and the miso seasoning was exceptional. The beef tongue was also thick and tender; we had planned to eat beef tongue again the next day, but dinner left us completely satisfied, so our whole family agreed we didn’t need to—and we were able to keep our expenses down as well. The seafood and sashimi were delicious too; even the scallops were thick, and everything we tried was satisfying. Breakfast also included hot pot dishes and sashimi—almost like a light version of an inn-style dinner—and we left completely full. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

I’ve stayed here many times, and this was the first time I was impressed that breakfast seating was open. Also, since it’s bonito season, they served a generous portion of delicious bonito sashimi in the morning! This is an area where even the grilled salmon is unbelievably good, so breakfast was already high quality—and then they added sashimi too. I was very satisfied! The Room and Facility are a bit old, but if that doesn’t bother you, I think it’s a great Accommodation. It’s also close to a convenience store.

We went car camping in West Izu to celebrate my retirement, and since my wife only eats dinner, we couldn’t visit local restaurants for fresh fish at lunchtime—so we made a Reservation here to enjoy a more luxurious dinner. I also had a faint memory that we may have stayed near Koibito Misaki about 30 years ago, and it seems the chef’s son has taken over. The meal began with a boat platter featuring splendid alfonsino, local fish, crab, and spiny lobster, followed by French cuisine—everything was delicious and we were completely satisfied. As this is a pension-style Accommodation, the Facility is not brand-new, but we could feel thoughtful attention to detail throughout and were able to spend a wonderful time here. We would love to stay again.

This was our fourth stay. Thank you for the kind and attentive service from the staff. We were very satisfied with the Onsen, which we could use even late at night, as well as the ice cream, Yakult, and drinks available afterward. It was a wonderful three-day stay. Both dinner and breakfast were truly delicious. The staff explained each dish very carefully. The restaurant also had a wonderful view, and we had a very pleasant time. The Room was clean and spacious, and the hot spring water quality was excellent. The front desk staff were also very helpful. We would love to visit again!

We searched for an all-inclusive, ocean-view Hotel with breakfast and dinner buffets and a pool, and stayed here as a family during our summer vacation. The wide variety of all-inclusive options, the breakfast and dinner buffets with live cooking stations, the pool, and the many types of Onsen were all wonderful. We also enjoyed the free soap-making activity with our child. Everyone at the Hotel was truly kind. They always greeted us with smiles and attentive service, never showing any sign of being busy or affected by the heat. We were deeply impressed by their hospitality and were able to relax at a very leisurely pace. Even during the Shuttle Service on our departure day, they saw us off at the bus despite how busy mornings are—we were touched until the very end. We would definitely like to stay again. It was an amazing summer memory for both children and adults—everything was taken care of.

The coastline views during the evening fireworks were stunning. We could fully enjoy the Sea of Japan from both the Room and the bath. The meals were delicious, and we truly experienced all the best of a traditional Japanese Onsen. Winter may be known for crab, but Kaike Onsen in summer is wonderful.

Thank you for your hospitality. The Room was great, the Onsen was great, and the meals were outstanding! Each dish was truly memorable. Although it was far from Ise Jingu Shrine, we were really glad we stayed two nights because we could enjoy dinner twice. Our dog also loved the delicious food. Thank you very much.

We were welcomed at the entrance, completed a seated check-in, and when we arrived on our Room floor, the lovely aroma (bergamot) made us feel wonderful. Our Room was upgraded for us. The open-air bath in the Room was spacious and very relaxing. The large public bath was also excellent. Dinner was delicious from start to finish. The Shimane wine as an aperitif was so good that we also had a glass of white wine—and the tasting of three local sakes was outstanding. The meal included wagyu simmered in wine, simmered nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), Shimane wagyu shabu-shabu, and unameshi—all incredibly tasty. I was completely full and thought I could only manage dessert, but I ended up finishing everything. So full! Breakfast was also wonderful—the freshly grilled overnight-dried conger eel was amazing. And my favorite treat, the shijimi clam miso soup, had large clams and a light flavor; it naturally made me let out an “ah,” like something out of Bakébaké-style folklore. All of the staff were polite and kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. It turned into a great trip, and we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. In short, it was a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful. Not only were the atmosphere of the Accommodation and the Onsen excellent, but above all, we were deeply moved by the warm and attentive hospitality of all the staff. They took great care of us throughout our stay, and my husband kept saying how glad he was that we came. Each dish was prepared with great care, beautifully presented, and perfect for a special-occasion dinner. Thanks to you, we were able to create unforgettable birthday memories. I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

My spouse and I stayed here, and it was such a wonderful Hotel that we truly thought, “We want to stay again.” The moment we stepped into the Room, a soft, pleasant aroma filled the air—and beyond that were huge windows spanning the entire space. The beautiful ocean stretched across the full view, and we were so moved that we couldn’t help saying “Wow.” Even in the morning, when we got out of bed and opened the curtains, we were amazed all over again by the sea right in front of us. It felt as if we were one with the ocean, and throughout our stay we found ourselves gazing out the window again and again. The dining was also outstanding. The Japanese course meal was delicious from start to finish, and you could really taste how fresh each ingredient was. The drink pairing to match each dish was great fun as well, and taking time to savor each combination became a special memory for us as a couple. Thanks to our Diamond member benefit with a 12:00 checkout time, after the standard 11:00 checkout time had passed we were able to use the rooftop lounge almost as if it were reserved just for us. Enjoying coffee in that quiet space while looking out at the ocean in front of us was pure bliss—an incredibly luxurious moment that felt like having the sea all to ourselves. The staff’s attentiveness was exceptional. At dinner, one male staff member carefully timed our drinks and shared thoughtful explanations about each dish. At breakfast, a young female staff member was cheerful and easy to talk with; thanks to our enjoyable conversation, even the meal tasted better. I was also touched when a housekeeping staff member noticed I had both hands full with coffee cups and quickly opened the door for me. Just one note: the road leading up to this Hotel is quite narrow, and since it was during Obon season with many people around, I felt slightly uneasy driving in. When I got lost on my first attempt and called the Hotel, a staff member came down to guide me—an act of kindness I truly appreciated. The view, food, hospitality—everything was excellent. It was a genuinely relaxing stay for us as a couple, and we would love to visit again.

We stayed with my parents, my spouse and I, our three children, and one dog. We arrived after 2:00 pm, and they kindly allowed us to check in. We stayed in two Rooms, Seiran and Gekpaku, and breakfast was served for all seven of us together in Seiran. For dinner, the seven of us gathered around the irori hearth to grill the ingredients we brought, enjoying a relaxed time together. It was also fun to use the Tuk-Tuk Shuttle Service to Mochimune Station and Mochimune Minato Onsen. The grassy garden and cool earthen-floor area were comfortable for our dog as well, making this a pleasant trip for the whole family. We would love to visit again in a different season.

Because of the slope, this Ryokan was a bit far from the seven Onsen, and walking around inside in geta sandals was difficult. However, the two private baths were excellent, and I used them many times. The Room was clean and made for an enjoyable stay, and the meals were delicious. The young staff member in charge was kind and courteous, so I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

The food was excellent. Each dish had a unique local touch, and even though we ate until we were full, it didn’t feel heavy. We really appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. It was easy to ask for advice on how to spend our time, and this is an Accommodation we’d love to stay at again in a different season.\nThe stairs are steep, so you need to be careful, but I’d still like to bring my mother.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. Everyone I traveled with agreed it was delicious and finished every bite. The staff were courteous, and we had a wonderful time with friends I hadn’t seen in a while. Thank you very much.

We were so happy to be able to see both the sunset and the sunrise from our Room, with the beach right in front of us!! The meals were also incredibly delicious—our son, who usually doesn’t like fish, was totally hooked and we were surprised! He kept saying, “It’s so good!” while eating grilled kuji salt-style!! It was a little inconvenient that there wasn’t a shop on-site, but other than that we were completely satisfied with the service. The staff also took great care of us with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere! We even received souvenirs, and our whole family was able to enjoy an amazing stay until the very end. Thank you so much!!

From the seasonal white shrimp to the appetizers, sashimi, grilled dishes, chawanmushi, and tempura, everything was exceptionally delicious and we were completely satisfied. The custom-made white shrimp kakiage was also perfectly crispy with a wonderful shrimp aroma—truly delicious. All Rooms have an ocean view, and the sunrise view in the morning was breathtaking. We had an unexpected issue on our way back, but the staff handled it wonderfully with outstanding service. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

This was our first visit. I saw my mother, who usually never asks for seconds, get another serving of rice for the first time. The food was truly delicious. Not only the cuisine, but also the heartfelt service made us very happy, and we were able to spend a wonderful time. My mother immediately started planning our next trip, saying, “Next time I want to bring the whole family.” We visit Ise Grand Shrine every year, so we would love to stay with you again next year. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.
