Although it is a large Hotel, it was very quiet. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom was also very large, with an open-air bath and a sauna, so the facilities were excellent. The service was great, and the free Shuttle Service was truly helpful. I would like to stay here again.

Although the building is old, the Room is thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. We stayed during the Obon holidays, and it was very helpful that they provided a Shuttle Service to the beach. They also picked us up from the beach on the way back. The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent, with crab and sashimi. We plan to visit again next year.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, thanks to the very kind staff. There was too much food at dinner, so I couldn’t finish it. The bath was also very nice. I had hurt my knee, so I didn’t get to walk around the famous garden, but I was able to relax in the Room. There were also USB ports by the bed.

Twice a year, our family treats ourselves to a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, and considering the location and the Room, the price felt surprisingly reasonable—so I was a bit worried. Still, we decided to stay at Kajikaso because of its great location near the shopping street.\n\nUntil we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I honestly thought we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious, bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; very comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right.\n\nDinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered via tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. We also enjoyed the karaoke room and breakfast—everything was wonderful.\n\nMy husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room.\n\nThank you very much for taking such great care of us!

It had been a while since I last visited Hokkaido. Because the price was reasonable, I didn’t have overly high expectations, but after actually staying here, it was a perfect 10/10. I would definitely like to stay again next time. I also want to recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much.

Every year, I visit Ishikawa Prefecture to pay respects at my family grave, and I stay here at that time. The Room is clean, free of unpleasant odors, and quiet, so I can sleep soundly. The breakfast buffet is also very delicious. I look forward to the pool, but it only opens at 10:00 and checkout is by 11:00, so I end up leaving with my hair soaking wet. If the pool could open from 9:00 or checkout could be extended to 12:00, I’d be able to dry my hair before leaving... I hope this can happen someday!! Thank you as always.

Although it was a last-minute Reservation, the staff were very kind and helpful. The meals were delicious! The Onsen was hot and left my skin glowing. I love a hotter Onsen, so I was really happy. I’d love to stay again. The nearby beach had very high waves, but that was fun in its own way. After getting out of the sea, I appreciated having showers available to rinse off the sand.

My family stayed in the Premium Ocean View Room. The renovated Room was very comfortable, and the bench seating by the window was especially convenient. The live squid we were looking forward to was served as frozen squid due to the weather, but it was still delicious and we were fully satisfied and stuffed. It was a shame that the water in the large public bath was lukewarm, but overall our satisfaction level was high. The location is not easy to reach by public transportation, but if you transfer buses well you can get right to the front of the Ryokan (on the way back, we walked to Yobuko Port).

We stayed on the day of the summer fireworks festival. What we liked All of the staff were kind. They greeted us with warm smiles and calm, friendly service. Above all, the food was delicious! The “Koyoi Zen” dinner featured ingredients that make the most of this coastal area, along with local fruit—everything was very satisfying. You can order not only drinks but also additional dishes. The kids’ dinner was generous in portion size and packed with child-friendly favorites. Some Reviews mentioned that sweet shrimp wasn’t always available at the breakfast buffet, but it was there this time—unlimited fresh sweet shrimp was truly appreciated. Also, during the fireworks festival, they opened up the 7th floor for 500 yen including a drink, plus potato chips as a snack. We could watch the fireworks from great seats at a relaxed pace—it was fantastic! What could be improved The faucet in our Room had a crack, and water sprayed out from an unexpected place every time we turned it on, leaving everything around it soaked. In the large public bath, the partitions between washing stations were low, so you end up making eye contact with people next to you and water splashes over. Overall, there were so many positives that we could overlook these issues. Still, we would have been even more satisfied if the Facility had been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Highly recommended for visiting roadside stations in northern Hokkaido and for attending the Haboro fireworks festival!

We stayed here for a family trip for the first time in a while. It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as friends had recommended if we were staying in Dogo. As many Reviews mention, the location is truly excellent. It’s close to Dogo Onsen Honkan, and it was an easy walk—enjoying shopping along the arcade—to Dogo Onsen Station and the Karakuri Clock. We had informed them in advance that we would use the parking lot, and upon arrival they kindly guided us there, which made it very easy to understand. Our Room was on the 7th floor with a great view over Dogo town; our son relaxed while looking out at the scenery the whole time. Thank you for arranging such a nice view. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was delicious. A staff member in training quickly noticed and cleared empty plates, so even with four of us we could keep plenty of space on the table. We were especially happy to be able to try tai-meshi. The bath—praised by my family as well (“I’m glad you chose an Accommodation with an open-air bath!”)—was a comfortable size. The open-air bath felt wonderful with the night breeze; we could look up at the sky and unwind, which really eased our daily fatigue. In the morning there were fewer people as well, so we could soak slowly. The relaxation area prepared outside the bath (the water was delicious) also had chairs by the window with a panoramic view. It was great being able to enjoy both nighttime and morning views of Dogo. Before our stay I emailed some questions; they replied quickly and explained everything carefully, which helped us feel at ease. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that an exhaust fan in the toilet inside the guest Room would have been nice. Overall, everyone on staff was very pleasant and we were very satisfied. Our trip to Dogo Onsen became a wonderful memory thanks to choosing Chaharu. Thank you very much.

The stay was comfortable, but the Facility felt dated in many places. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room was spacious enough, but it was almost completely open to the air, and we could clearly hear voices from next door. The meals offered a typical buffet selection.

It had been a while since I found a Ryokan that made me think, “I want to come back.” The view of Mikawa Bay right in front of us was truly stunning, and the sunset while soaking in the Onsen was unforgettable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, which made our stay feel comfortable and worry-free. The meals, centered around seafood, were all delicious and very satisfying in portion size. The fresh sashimi especially left a lasting impression. This Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to slow down and relax away from the noise of the city. Next time, I’d love to return with my family. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The beach is right in front of the hotel and easy to access, and the food was unbelievably delicious—absolutely amazing! Many buffet restaurants start running low as closing time approaches, but here it felt like everything was replenished right up until the end. There was sushi, meat dishes, noodles, desserts, and curry—and every single one of them was incredibly good! The open-air bath also had a great view—everything about this stay was wonderful.

The service was excellent with smiles. The restaurant on-site was particularly impressive, with a chef who seemed like a top-notch professional, and I truly enjoyed a delicious dinner even by myself.

The bath was amazing! My skin felt so smooth afterward. I didn’t use it this time, but I heard the bath in the Room is also an Onsen. Being able to choose a yukata pattern was a lovely touch for women. All of the staff were kind and thoughtful in so many ways. They recommended Genbei River as a place to explore on the second day, and I ended up playing in the river for the first time in decades (lol). The nature there was incredibly refreshing. The meals were delicious, with more than enough food to finish. We made wonderful summer vacation memories. Thank you very much.

The meal, made with plenty of local ingredients, was satisfying in both quality and quantity. It paired very well with the local sake we received as a perk. The Room was flawless, including the open-air bath. The large public bath at the sister property across the road (seaside) was also excellent, but since it was rainy that day, it felt a bit inconvenient to use. The large public bath at SAZANA was also a little small, which was the only disappointment. The service was friendly and attentive, and we were truly able to relax. It was my first trip to Wakasa, and I made the booking after watching the weather closely. Part of the first-floor area was under construction, but it was kept clean and left a good impression. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the window was the sea. Given its age, some signs of wear are understandable. Overall, it felt like a quiet and pleasant Hotel. The meals were plentiful, and I thought they tasted great. Next time, I’d like to stay again when traveling to Mikata Five Lakes with my siblings and their spouses.

The contrast between the lingering snow on Mt. Tateyama and Toyama Bay is outstanding. The hot water was comfortable, and the meals were just the right amount for me. If I had to suggest improvements: one bath’s changing room is small, and a long bench takes up too much space. It’s hard to tell the yukata sizes. The dining room is cramped and nearby conversations can be distracting, so some background music might help. It was an Accommodation I’d like to use again.
