This time, I stayed with my son and his wife. The small, guest-only bath is truly wonderful and incredibly relaxing. At the shop, they made me a discount card, so I could shop at a great price. The meals are delicious, and above all, I love the staff’s hospitality and smiles. I stay here whenever I return to my hometown, and every time the attentive service is consistently excellent—it feels like a miracle to be able to stay at this price. Thank you very much for everything. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

This was my first trip to Hiroshima, and I stayed here. The Room was a traditional Japanese-style room, and some parts of the floor creaked, but it was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The clam miso soup at breakfast was especially good, and since each table gets a full pot, I enjoyed several refills. Having that miso soup after visiting Itsukushima Shrine in the morning was absolutely amazing! The luggage storage service was also very helpful for sightseeing on Miyajima, as they even came to the pier to pick it up. Thanks to that, it became a wonderful trip to remember. I would definitely like to stay again.

On my first trip to Toyama, I stayed here for two nights during a 4-night, 5-day visit. I chose this Hotel for its convenient access to the trolley train, the wide variety of Toyama local cuisine, the table tennis, and above all, the incredible view from the Room. The Room was even better than I imagined—wonderful and very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather, so we could clearly see the trolley train, and I was moved every day by the beautiful scenery outside the window. The Onsen was somewhat busy at times but still within an acceptable range. The water left my skin feeling smooth. A small issue came up at dinner, but the way it was handled was truly heartfelt. They even gave my son some fireworks, which added something special to our family time together. It’s impressive that their response made me feel not only that it canceled out any inconvenience, but that it almost happened for a reason. I have great respect for the manager who assisted us. Everyone at this Hotel was wonderful—even down to each greeting from staff members. Thank you to the Shuttle Service driver for taking us back and forth to Unazuki Station so many times! And thank you as well to the woman working at the bar counter in the buffet venue for teaching me how to make a recommended delicious drink! Also, thank you for writing a letter for my son—he was deeply touched. He brought it home as a keepsake and is treasuring it. Toyama Prefecture has so much depth—I found many more places I want to visit. After entrance exams are over, I’d like to come again in autumn. This time I debated between a Deluxe Japanese-Western style Room and a Western-style Room, and chose the Western-style one. The Room was amazing, but now I’m curious about the Japanese-Western style too—choosing next time will be exciting. Beyond just the view, as a woman I was also impressed by how high-quality the hair dryer in our Room was. Such great attention to service detail. Is it the same hair dryer in every Room? My hair felt so silky afterward. If there’s one request: I’d be happy if there were women’s amenities in each Room (or at least amenity sets in deluxe Rooms). Some guests may want light makeup after using the Onsen as well; having an amenity set would make an already perfect stay even better. We used this Hotel as our base while sightseeing around various places. Next time I'd like to stay three nights. Thank you very much for everything!

I finally got to experience this Accommodation I’d been curious about for a while, thanks to its appealing Instagram posts and high rankings online! In conclusion, it’s a wonderful Onsen Accommodation with a high level of satisfaction that truly lives up to the hype. The food is especially outstanding. At dinner—famous for its boat platter—you can enjoy Kishu-style whale dishes, along with a lineup of carefully prepared courses. As for the Onsen, it was a bit disappointing that every bath felt too hot to fully relax in, but you can still enjoy thoughtfully designed baths, including an open-air bath where you can feel the sea up close. I’m glad I found an Accommodation I’d love to return to in another season.

This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

I made the mistake of thinking I had booked the same Room as before, not realizing it had been completely renovated, and only noticed after entering. I hadn’t read the description carefully enough. It was my first time using a daybed, but it felt modern, and I’m satisfied with it in its own way. As for the in-room bath, last time it rained and we got caught in the rain while using the open-air bath, but this time it felt easier to use than before. However, adjusting the temperature is still a bit tricky. The meals were just as satisfying as before in both portion size and taste. Last time, simmered golden eye snapper was served at the end when I was already very full, so I couldn’t finish it, but this time it was served midway through and I was able to eat everything. That said, the seasoning of the spiny lobster dish didn’t quite suit two elderly guests like us. It felt overly elaborate and seemed to mask the lobster’s natural flavor. For us, something simpler like sashimi or simply grilled would have been better. Our attendant was a foreign national and did their best to explain each dish clearly, which we appreciated; casual conversation might be difficult though. It seems that staffing shortages have reached Hotels as well. We were impressed that you greeted us right as we drove in upon arrival and saw us off at departure—service that remained just as attentive as last time. If we have another chance to visit Izu, we would like to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

This was our first time staying here. I was a little surprised that the Hotel’s main entrance is accessed from beside Takubokutei, but once inside, a calm and welcoming atmosphere opened up, which I really appreciated. After taking the elevator up to the guest Room floor, I was first impressed by how spacious the elevator hall was. Then, upon entering the Room, I was even more surprised by its size and its refined, relaxing ambiance. We were able to unwind comfortably and had a very pleasant stay. As for the Onsen, we used Takubokutei’s bath on the first day and Kaikyo no Kaze’s bath the next morning. Takubokutei’s open-air bath felt wonderfully refreshing and open, but Kaikyo no Kaze’s large public bath was a serene space with just the right amount of natural light from outside, allowing us to relax at length—it quickly became my favorite. The seafood dishes were all delicious, and both my wife and I were very satisfied. Since it was buffet-style dining, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but both dinner and breakfast were high quality and exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful Hotel that we would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Hakodate.

We stayed here to enjoy swimming at Shirarahama Beach. Before check-in, they let us use the changing room and paid lockers, and we reached Shirarahama Beach in just a few minutes on foot. They also have an air pump for float rings, of course. After swimming, we could rinse off the sand with the outdoor warm-water shower and then head straight to the Onsen, which was great. Both the Room and the Facility were clean, and there were free drinks available throughout the property—we enjoyed them after bathing and while waiting for the elevator. The plum soda was delicious. The buffet had a wide variety of options and everything was tasty. It was also nice that freshly cooked steak and tempura were brought directly to our table. Since our buffet time slot was later, we were able to go see the sunset at Engetsuto Island before dinner. Even after checkout, they offered parking for 1,000 yen, and told us we could use the paid lockers—and even use the baths after 2:00 PM—so it was wonderful to be able to enjoy an Onsen after coming back from the beach before heading home. If you’re going swimming at the beach, this place is absolutely “Musashi”! It was that good. All of the staff were kind, and it made for a truly great trip. Thank you very much.

Just as the Reviews said, every dish we had been looking forward to was truly delicious. We were impressed by the careful seasoning and attention to detail, even in the side dishes. The Facility felt historic, but everything—including the bath—was well maintained and very clean. We were looking for an Accommodation with a tatami Room so it would be comfortable for our one-year-old. We were a bit nervous that our child might touch the hanging scrolls or shoji screens, but our meals were served separately from other guests, and it was still very easy to spend time here even with a child. Above all, everyone at the Accommodation was warm and welcoming, which made our stay truly comfortable. We’re sorry for any trouble caused by our child, but we sincerely appreciated your kind support until the very end. We visited as a family to celebrate my parents’ 60th birthday, and they were extremely satisfied. It became a once-in-a-lifetime family memory. Thank you very much.

My spouse and I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights) on the Standard Plan. The Room was spacious and very clean, and we were able to relax in great comfort. The guest room had an indoor bath, but the complimentary 45-minute private open-air bath was truly wonderful. Being able to soak side by side at our own pace was the highlight of our stay, so we hardly used the indoor bath. The open-air bath also had a lovely atmosphere and became a great travel memory. The meals exceeded our expectations. Every dish was delicious, with plenty of variety—we were completely satisfied. It was especially memorable to see my wife, who usually eats lightly, enjoying far more than usual, which shows just how good everything was. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, we expected similar meals each day, but on the second night we were impressed by a completely different course featuring grilled oysters, fried oysters, and Matsusaka beef sukiyaki. What stayed with us most was the spiny lobster miso soup at breakfast on the second day. Although it was small in size, it used one whole spiny lobster—an indulgent dish that tasted amazing and remains unforgettable. The staff’s thoughtful attention and warm hospitality were also excellent, making our entire stay pleasant from start to finish. Overall, this Accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. When we visit Toba Aquarium again next time, we would love to stay here again.

The moment I stepped from the entrance into the lobby, I was struck by the sense of openness and the deep blue sea stretching out beyond it, and I felt truly glad I came. The warm welcome, dinner, and breakfast—along with thoughtful touches you won’t find at other Hotels—made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. This has become a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Please keep up the great work for Wakura Onsen’s recovery.

Although our trip was rainy, the staff kindly came to the parking lot with an umbrella to welcome us as soon as we arrived at the Accommodation. After that, everyone continued to treat us gently with warm smiles at all times, making it one of our favorite travel memories. The Onsen temperature was just right, and I ended up soaking for about an hour... Dinner was delicious, but breakfast was even better—an amazing variety and great flavors. We felt happy and completely full from the morning! It’s an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again!

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on a solo travel Plan, combining it with work. The best part was the meals. The sashimi and the Western-style dishes the next day were wonderfully varied, and I was very satisfied. I was also very pleased with the staff’s attentiveness. However, due to my work needs, I preferred a Room with an additional separate space, and I truly appreciated that you kindly accommodated my request by changing it for an additional fee. I think this is a very good Hotel. I will stay again. Thank you.

We stayed in a seaside-view Room this time. The view was great, and the Room’s spaciousness and cleanliness were well received by both my grandchild and our family. We were satisfied with the meals as well, but my grandchild has allergies, so it would have been helpful to have allergen information displayed (it’s possible we simply missed it). When we asked the kitchen staff, they kindly told us, but when they seem busy we feel a bit hesitant to ask. Overall, everyone said they would like to come again, so we would like to stay here again next time.

Most of the staff provided excellent service with wonderful smiles, making my stay very comfortable. The front desk amenities were well-equipped, and the quality of breakfast was high, making it a place where I wanted to stay longer. I would like to use this accommodation again for my next visit to Numazu. Thank you very much!

When I made the Reservation, it was during the Obon holiday period, so only a semi-double room was available. However, I requested a change to a twin room. At check-in, a cancellation became available and you were able to accommodate the change. I truly had a comfortable and pleasant night. Thank you very much.

The made-to-order breakfast options are simply outstanding. The buffet is also well stocked, with a wide variety of drinks. I’ve only stayed in the twin Room, but it’s very clean and comfortable. The size is decent. The lounge is a calm space where you can read while enjoying delicious coffee. The staff are all very pleasant, and I think it’s a great Hotel. If I had to nitpick… the parking lot is a bit narrow. When large cars are parked there, it can be quite difficult to get in. Also, when the lot right next door is full, you have no choice but to park at the second lot a few blocks away. It’s fairly far, so it’s tough if you have lots of luggage or on extremely hot days. It had been a while since my spouse and I stayed here, and thank you for taking such good care of us. As always, the staff, the Room, the meals, and the bath (in-room bath) were all very satisfying. This is an Accommodation we would like to stay at again.

It was a wonderful Accommodation for the price. Dinner and breakfast were served in a new buffet style, which was interesting. The staff were kind and worked very hard, so we had a relaxing stay. If the trees in front of the Room were trimmed, we could have seen a bit more of the ocean from the Room, but it can’t be helped since that could lead to deforestation.

We stayed as a family with breakfast included, and the Room was clean and well maintained. The bed was firm, and we slept very well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of side dishes, all of which were delicious. Thank you to the staff for their kind service with warm smiles. There was also a large public bath, which we enjoyed at a relaxing pace.
