The Facility is very clean. There is almost no outside noise. Breakfast was excellent—I ate too much for two days. When I go to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The Room has been renovated and is very clean. The view from the Room is peaceful, and you can enjoy it for hours. It is conveniently located near Tantetsu Yuhigaura-Kitsu Onsen Station, and the trains passing by add to the relaxed atmosphere. The Onsen also seems to be free-flowing, which was excellent. For meals, freshly cooked rice was served in an ohitsu both morning and night, and it was very delicious. I usually prefer a Hotel with an ocean view, but I felt that the rural scenery here was wonderful as well. It’s quiet, so you can sleep very well at night. Also, the Taishokan building—open for self-guided viewing—is well worth seeing at least once.

I stayed here with my uncle and aunt for the first time in four years. We enjoyed table tennis inside the Accommodation, and were able to relax in the large public bath. Dinner was a buffet with fresh seafood, a wide variety of dishes, and excellent sushi. There was also a great selection of alcoholic drinks, which made both my uncle and my husband very happy. The rice balls at breakfast were outstanding as well. We’re already talking about coming back again soon. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

One of my recent pleasures has been traveling during summer vacation with my daughter and grandchild. This year, we chose Kinosaki Marine World. The Accommodation was naturally Kinparo. For two days, we had unlimited entry and re-entry. That was very helpful. We enjoyed the attractions too—like the dolphin trainer experience—and had fun like kids again. Of course, my 6-year-old grandchild was thrilled as well. The meals and the Onsen were great. However, there is room for improvement in the children’s menu. Kids have sharp taste buds. Extra French fries would have been better. It’s similar everywhere, but meals for children are often disappointing. Other than that, everything was comfortable. All three generations had a wonderful time together.

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

The Facility is old, but the atelier room was very clean, and the mountain view looked like a painting. The buffet was delicious and very satisfying. The eel rice bowl was so good that I had two servings. There were candied sweet potatoes as well, and all of the desserts were excellent. The Onsen was also great—the open-air bath had a beautiful mountain view and left me feeling refreshed. Thank you very much.

Welcome drinks included coffee, soft drinks, and delicious onion soup. In the evening, wine and snacks were also available. The meals were served buffet-style and were satisfying. It would have been nice to have condiments on the table. The room and bath were well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. This is one of the accommodations I would like to revisit.

I stayed with three friends (four of us in total). Because one of us has limited mobility, I asked in advance whether we could visit using a wheelchair or cane and whether a shower chair was available. I received a very polite email saying it would be possible and that they would be happy to welcome us, which truly impressed me. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and it was the most satisfying open-air-bath Room I have ever stayed in. Overall, it was spacious enough, and the toilet was excellent as well, with plenty of space and handrails on both sides. The bath overlooking the sea also had enough room for two people to relax and stretch out. If it had been clear weather, could we have seen Mt. Fuji too? We also had our meals in the living area of the Room, so we could dine at a relaxed pace. The portions were generous—almost too much to finish.

We stayed here because you can eat crab even in summer, and it’s very close to the Accommodation with fishing available nearby. Even without any gear, they lent us equipment for just the cost of bait, and we caught horse mackerel and wrasse one after another—our child was thrilled. They also cooked the fish we caught and served it at dinner. The crab portions were so generous that one person couldn’t finish it all. Since it was summer I was a bit worried, but the meat was firm and it was very delicious. I may have made a mistake by using the bath late at night—the hot-water spout into the tub had been turned off, so the water was lukewarm. If you prefer hotter water, you may want to bathe earlier. Breakfast was also more than we could finish; their reputation as a cuisine-focused Ryokan is well deserved. Because the forecast showed a typhoon heading straight for the area, I contacted them the day before as I was worried about traveling there. They provided clear local information, which reassured us and allowed us to head out with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

I love Niigata in midwinter, but I also really enjoy Niigata in the season of wild mountain vegetables after the snow melts. In terms of Onsen Ryokan within the prefecture, I have previously stayed at Satoyama Jujo, HATAGO Issen, ryugon, Hinano Yado Chitose, and Rankei-so. Each Accommodation was unique and charming, and this time I was finally able to visit Shiki Yuzawa QUATTRO, which I had been curious about for a while. As you can probably tell from the above, we travel around various Accommodations because we like places with great food. From that perspective—this is how my spouse and I both felt—the breakfast side dishes were good, but not “exceptionally delicious.” As for the seaweed (“nori”), it had a color and taste we had never seen before, which made us wonder: had this processed product changed over time? Or is this its intended final form in terms of appearance and seasoning? It left us feeling a bit uneasy. Perhaps for guests who usually select ingredients carefully and cook at home on a regular basis, it may not be especially impressive. That said, we truly appreciate that they prepared such a large number of dishes at the in-room chair-and-table seating area and offered their very best hospitality. We felt they were doing everything they could to provide a comfortable stay despite limited staff and time. We would recommend it more to guests with a hearty appetite who have no concerns about their legs or knees. This is because getting into a bathtub without handrails can become difficult as you get older. Both the indoor bath and open-air bath in the room continuously supplied Onsen water, so we could soak at a comfortable temperature again the next morning. We also enjoyed relaxing on the second-floor terrace. Since this season is neither too hot nor too cold—and there are no bugs—why not plan a trip now? The room seemed renovated and was very clean, and there was also a hair straightener in addition to the hair dryer. We were satisfied with the amenities! Thank you to everyone for your kind assistance throughout our stay. The large public bath at Sakura-tei was also nearby, so getting there was easy.

The room was spacious, and we were able to relax and take our time. It would have been nice to have an elevator, though... I wonder if the bath was an Onsen? We left without asking. All the staff were kind and pleasant. The night view was amazing—perfect!

This was my third stay. After arriving while it was still light out, I first enjoyed Goshobo’s semi-mixed Onsen and the large public bath with its golden Onsen. Since it was summer, even a short soak left me sweating nonstop. In the large bath, I shared the water with someone for the first time here; we had a pleasant chat and ended up soaking a bit longer. Dinner was a lighter, seafood-focused course. The chilled Awaji spiny lobster soup was a perfect match with Koshu wine. The highlight began with sashimi of meita-garei flounder and aged sea bream, followed by more Akashi-ura fish to enjoy. The charcoal-grilled Spanish mackerel and the Akashi sea bream acqua pazza were both seasonal specials you can only have here at this time of year. The broth in the acqua pazza was much lighter than last autumn’s filefish version. To finish, the cheese course left me fully satisfied in both quality and quantity—thank you for the wonderful meal. For breakfast, I switched back to the standard menu: milk, soup, vegetables—an all-around delicious plate—beautiful French toast, and yogurt meant to savor the jam and honey. Everything tasted exactly as good as expected. Even the mini breads were great; this time, the buttery croissant was my favorite. In my Room bath, I topped up little by little while letting it cool slightly, enjoying a pleasantly lukewarm golden Onsen. The breeze through the window felt wonderful: lush greenery everywhere, distant summer skies, murmuring sounds of life outside—and cicadas loud enough not to lose to them. Summer Onsen really is something special. After breakfast I alternated between the golden Onsen and the low-temperature sauna. It was an extremely satisfying holiday stay. Thank you very much. P.S. Despite being in Beppu City, this Accommodation is wonderfully quiet. Because it’s a small Accommodation, we didn’t run into anyone at all. We were told the building is old, but it has been fully renovated—the Room and baths were outstanding. Truly lovely. The amenities are well stocked, and there’s also a coffee machine. All drinks in the refrigerator are free as well. If your Room doesn’t have an in-room bath, you can use one of the three private baths. They are not by Reservation—if one is available, you can use it. Personally, I recommend “Nadeshiko.” The changing area is stylish and really lifts your mood! I was able to relax and enjoy it with my husband without any worries. Meals are served in your Room, which is rare these days. Everything was brought at just the right timing. Every dish was carefully prepared and genuinely delicious. We couldn’t finish everything, so they packed the yellowtail and wild vegetable rice for a late-night snack. And checkout is at 11:00! We’re grateful we could stay until the very last minute. I’ve stayed at some fairly nice Accommodations in Yufuin as well, but this Accommodation felt like a much better value and was far more comfortable. I highly recommend it for couples, married couples, and families with small children.

Whenever I visit Mie Prefecture, I always choose Todaya for my Accommodation. The Room is clean, and the Onsen is wonderfully relaxing. The meals are so plentiful and high-quality that I can’t eat another bite! Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality are perfect. I’ll be staying again next year. I’m already looking forward to it.

The spacious, comfortable lobby and the nearby parking lot made parking very convenient. The Room was clean, with a wide range of yukata sizes available, and I really enjoyed the view from the window. Dinner and breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, including sushi and rice balls made by the chefs, steak, and more. Everything was delicious, and there was also an excellent selection of desserts.

We stayed for two nights. There were four adults in one Room (Garden Twin), but even with four beds it didn’t feel cramped, and we were able to relax comfortably. Since it was a family trip, the spacious open closet was also great for preventing forgotten items. Each bed had its own power outlets, which was extremely convenient. We expected a garden-side Room, but we could also see the ocean from the balcony, which was wonderful. I also personally liked that you can choose only the services you need at check-in. Since I usually carry a water bottle, I really appreciated the water dispenser service available in the Hotel. We were able to enjoy plenty of delicious water. It would have been nice if the provided pitcher were a bit larger, but there were two so it wasn’t inconvenient. They were acrylic, so there was no worry about breaking when carrying them around, and they looked stylish as well. It was also fun to boil water in the cute De’Longhi thermos kettle and enjoy tea. As is common at many Resort Hotels these days, the pajamas here were very comfortable and helped me sleep soundly. A small detail, but both the Room trash bin and the bathroom trash bin had liners properly fitted, which made them easy to use. Breakfast around 8:00 was slightly crowded and there was some waiting time, but once we were seated we could relax at ease. We chose Western-style breakfast on day one and Japanese-style on day two; both were delicious and very filling. For dinner we chose BBQ, and on the second night they changed up the ingredients so we could enjoy something different. The carefully selected seafood and meat were all delicious, and there was more than enough food including rice and dessert. On the second night it felt like we had a private setting, and we truly appreciated all of the staff’s help. There is also a large public bath; it wasn’t an Onsen, but it was clean and relaxing, so we were satisfied. All of the staff members were pleasant as well—they spoke to us thoughtfully when needed without being intrusive—so we had a very comfortable stay. The Facility offerings and services felt just right—not too much or too little—and it felt like a Hotel where you can relax at your own pace. It rained on our first day, but early on our second morning there was sunshower weather and we got to see a rainbow. We’d love to come back in another season to enjoy both morning and evening ocean views again.

I had reserved a triple room, but one of my companions wasn’t feeling well, and you kindly changed it to a twin and a single. I truly appreciated your support. What’s more, the rate stayed the same—I couldn’t believe it. Thank you very much. I also enjoyed the bath both at night and in the morning. Breakfast was delicious and therefore crowded, but we could check our place in line online, so it wasn’t any hassle. In Otaru, Dormy Inn is the best choice.

The Room’s bathroom, furniture, and furnishings were all spotless and new, and I felt lucky to stay so soon after the renovation. The view of Mikawa Bay from the main building’s lounge and terrace was also wonderful. I was very satisfied to spend a peaceful time strolling through the garden and visiting the seaside literature memorial museum.

We stayed as a group of two adults and three preschool children. The Accommodation was very clean, and the Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, which meant we could bathe anytime and then lounge on the bed or sofa—absolutely wonderful. The minibar was well stocked, with a great selection ranging from non-alcoholic drinks to wine, juice, and coffee. We could also borrow table games, and in the evening our family enjoyed playing Othello. Since we had a 0-year-old baby, we requested a baby bath and a diaper trash bin. Not only were those provided, but they also kindly placed baby soap for us as well, which we really appreciated. When I asked on the day if it would be possible to lay out futons in the Japanese-style Room, they gladly agreed and prepared them while we were at dinner. After going to the beach, there was an outdoor shower around the back with warm water available. It also connected to a rear entrance leading directly to the large public bath inside, so we were able to stay comfortable throughout our time in the Accommodation. The meals were delicious. They contacted us in advance about allergies and accommodated us accordingly, so we could dine with peace of mind. At mealtimes—without us even asking—they had already set up a bed where our baby could sleep. They also lent coloring books and toys so our older children wouldn’t get bored, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed meal for the first time in quite a while. One small but truly appreciated point: they provided towels generously. There were plenty of both bath towels and face towels in the Room, and after returning from the beach they handed us fresh bath towels for everyone along with clothes we had left at reception beforehand. There was no need to request extra towels at all—zero minor stress. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming; it was a wonderful Accommodation full of hospitality. When we visit Amanohashidate again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much.

Because we decided on our trip to Lake Toya at the last minute, I didn’t think we would be able to make a Reservation at a good Hotel. Since May is one of the peak seasons for travel in Japan, I wasn’t expecting much. But after staying there, the Hotel quality exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the dinner buffet. There was an incredible variety of dishes, and many were far better than I anticipated. I ate too much and ended up walking outside for hours afterward to feel better (laugh). Breakfast was more standard compared with dinner, but still very satisfying. As for the Onsen, “Hoshi no Yu” was truly outstanding—I highly recommend trying it at least once. Waking up early to use it was a bit tough, but it was absolutely worth it. The feeling of seeing Mt. Yotei from the Onsen in the morning is hard to put into words. It was truly spectacular.
