I stayed in a bay window room, but it would have been perfect if the bay window had sofa-like cushions. Breakfast was delicious, and after staying one night, I decided to book a second night here instead of looking for another hotel just to enjoy breakfast again. The Hotel

I stayed with my child. The lobby and our Room were very clean, and the Hotel’s playing-card and puzzle theme made my child very happy. The bathtub in the Room was also very spacious, so after returning tired from the theme park, it was great to be able to relax in a large bath.

There’s also a laundry basket, step stool, kids’ shampoo, large trash bin, large refrigerator, and well-stocked amenities. Shoes-off style with slippers indoors. One wall can be used as a screen. Separate top-and-bottom pajamas are provided. The staff were pleasant, check-in is v

The bath exceeded my expectations! It was spacious, included an open-air bath, and the alternating schedule for men's and women's baths was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and tasted great. Starting the day with vegetable sushi and Iwaizumi yogurt m

It’s a wonderful Room with a great view, so I would be happy if these issues could be improved. I’m planning to visit again in a few months, so I found myself hoping for a different Room next time. I love this lovely Hotel and plan to continue staying here in the future—thank

The Room's facilities were clean and user-friendly, and having both a bathtub and washing area was the best part. The hairdryer was Dyson, the showerhead was Refa, and even the air purifier in the room was Dyson—everything felt luxurious. I would love to stay here again!

It was conveniently located, close to Shin-Osaka Station and within easy reach of a convenience store. The Room was clean and easy to use, and I was able to relax. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed surprisingly good coffee for a machine-brewed type

The triple room was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The semi-onsen in the basement was clean, both the washing area and the bath, and we enjoyed it twice, at night and in the morning. The temperature was just right, and my onsen-loving mother was pleased. Addition

I stayed here because my early-morning tour meeting point was in the underground area of Nagoya Station, so I was looking for a Hotel close to the station. The location on a corner lot made it easy to find, and having a convenience store on the first floor was very convenient. Th

The Room was new, clean, and stylish. I had a comfortable stay. There is a sliding door between the bedroom and the living & dining area, giving it a feeling of having two separate spaces—perfect if one person wants to stay up late or sleep in. The Room also included an oven mic

Watching the front desk staff, I feel they are always kind, courteous, and wonderful with everyone. I’m truly impressed by how warmly they treat both Japanese guests and international visitors without any distinction. Despite being a very popular Accommodation and consistently bu

You can choose your own coffee and amenities, and the security is solid, so you can stay with peace of mind. One thing I would like you to consider is the mineral water service. The response of the free shuttle bus driver was also excellent. I would like to stay again and enjoy H

After a full day of fun, the Onsen at the Hotel feels amazing. It was a Multiple Night Stay, but the Room was cleaned nicely, and new water was provided, for which I am grateful. All the staff are pleasant, and I think it's a Hotel where you can feel at ease when you return. Due

The room I reserved was upgraded due to the original grade being fully booked, and it was an excellent room. Thank you very much. I appreciated having a ReFa hair dryer. I enjoyed listening to music with Alexa. There was a capsule coffee machine, so I brought my own coffee

The restaurant menu seems designed with international guests in mind, and many of the guests are from overseas as well, so it feels almost like being abroad. You can also see Godzilla models and even a life-size Godzilla from the Hotel lounge, giving this Hotel an extraordinary v

Having made a reservation through IKYU.com once before with great satisfaction, I decided to book again through IKYU.com this time—and it was definitely the right choice! Next time, I’d love to try their meals as well. A hotel I want to visit again next time—thank you once aga

A newly opened APA Hotel with a resort-like atmosphere, as expected. The design was clean and stylish, with plenty of elevators and a spacious lobby. The staff provided polite and excellent service, making it a wonderful Hotel experience. The large public bath was spacious

The Room was clean, and I was happy to have a ReFa shower head. If I could ask for one thing, I’d love it if ReFa hair dryers were available to rent, even for a fee. The front desk staff were very helpful as well, so I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku. Next time, I

I’d love to come back someday to enjoy the Onsen as well. We could also play table tennis and billiards, and they even lent us UNO for our Room—making it a really fun trip! It’s rare to find an Onsen stay where we’re this satisfied with the meals. We’d love to visit again somed

I was impressed that the hair dryers in the large public bath were ReFa, and that the tumbler in my Room kept ice water cold until the next day. It was a wonderful few days with great weather for the season, and I truly enjoyed my trip to Sapporo, Furano, and Biei. Thank you ver
