The building is new, so both the exterior and room were very clean. Having a separate area to take off shoes made it more relaxing. Since it was a family room, the space was large and very convenient to use. Having two sinks in the room was also great. The spacious bathro

First of all, the service at the front desk was excellent. The room had a queen-sized bed, which allowed for a very comfortable stay. Although it was a No Meals Included plan, there were many FamilyMart and restaurants in the same building, so it was not a problem. I would defini

I used this place during my visit to Universal Studios. Overall, it was very new and clean, the staff were kind, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to receive complimentary drinks. The large public bath, shampoo bar, and Mirable were exciting features. Although I believe it

The location is truly wonderful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, with easy-to-eat sizes and flavors, leaving us very satisfied. The specialty oyakodon has a sweet and gentle flavor, with chicken that has a slight charcoal aroma, and it was so delicious that we at

I stayed with my wife, booking two rooms! There was a small bath, and I went in right after checking in! Since I traveled by motorcycle, I was able to relax and take my time! We had a reservation at an izakaya called Gorilla, and to be honest, I was a bit worried about the na

Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious!

The Room was clean, and for a Business trip where you just need a place to sleep, the location is good. However, while it's easy to find and close from Exit 7 of the Midosuji Line, it's very difficult to navigate from the Shinkansen exit. I got quite lost. The bathroom was

It’s new and clean. Amenities are minimal, and the room's refrigerator requires guests to turn it on after check-in, showing great eco-consciousness. The location was excellent, close to Hankyu Umeda, with many lively bars under the railway tracks. Next time, I’d like to vi

The added value is high in every detail. The selection of pillows, the provision of personal slippers and in-house slippers (with insoles), plastic bags for the hot springs, a wide variety of rental items, coffee service, and all the added values found in various hotels are all p

The pillow bar and post-bath ice cream selection were unique touches that added fun to my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating even when I made requests or caused inconvenience. With its convenient location near the station, I would definitely like to stay here aga

The room is spacious, and as everyone says, the room is very satisfying. The bathtub with a washing area is also great. The breakfast is just right with a sufficient variety of dishes. Highly recommended. The staff are pleasant as well. Overall, this was my No.1 recommendatio

The luggage storage service before check-in was excellent. The 20-square-meter room felt spacious. With a semi-double bed, sofa, and table, it was more than sufficient considering the price. The public bath was clean and very comfortable to use. Breakfast was decent as we

This was my second stay, and I was satisfied just as I was last time. Since we arrived late, we had dinner again at the on-site restaurant. The katsu curry was reliably delicious; the yakitori rice bowl my companion ordered tasted good, but there was too much sauce and they said

The bath was also clean, spacious, and had a variety of shampoos available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious bread. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, and it exceeded my expectations; I plan to use it actively for domestic travel in

Perhaps it was a good day, as we encountered two newlywed couples taking wedding photos (both in traditional Japanese attire, which was even better), and it became a memorable experience for my daughter, who was very impressed. The only disappointment was the bathroom. The bott

This time, I only went out once to dine with a friend and do some sightseeing, but other than that, lounging in the room was incredibly pleasant. The mini hamburgers served at breakfast are excellent—you can choose according to your appetite, which made every morning enjoyable.

During my stay as well, all staff members were attentive and offered reassuringly polite service with frequent check-ins. Being able to receive consistent quality service across the whole country is truly wonderful. I would love to choose this accommodation again when stayi

In the Hotel lobby, I could feel a feminine sensibility and perspective throughout, giving it a natural, calming, and soft atmosphere. Many of the staff were women as well, and everyone was kind and courteous. The lounge service was also plentiful, with thoughtful touches that

I stayed for one night in a double bed Room with breakfast included (with a mini salad from Komeda). Unfortunately, it was raining, but they kindly lent me an umbrella, and towels were prepared. It was convenient to use the cloakroom both before check-in and after check-out. Havi

Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the live kitchen's sukiyaki with Kobe beef and Sendai beef was incredibly tasty. I was surprised by how wonderful business hotels can be these days! If I have another chance to stay for work, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
