There’s one power outlet by the bedside which is sufficient; however, extension cords are also available upon request. The coin laundry can be used even for small loads and has a lock feature for added security—very helpful when trying to pack light during touring trips. A h

My spouse and I were extremely satisfied. The best part was the shuttle bus, which made multiple trips daily, allowing us to visit the downtown area without worrying about parking—very convenient. The Hotel's parking was also free, which we appreciated. We stayed for 5 nigh

The parking lot was spacious, which was very helpful as we were traveling with a bike loaded on a truck. The bath was small, but we could enjoy it at our own pace both in the evening and morning since it felt like a private experience. The silky Onsen water was absolutely amazing

The building is new, and the Room was clean—overall, it was a wonderful stay. The Kamo River is nearby, and there are several temples in the area, so we were able to visit many places. The reception staff were also very pleasant. I would love to stay again. Thank you for your hos

There was a LIVE event at PayPay Dome, and I was very anxious as I was unfamiliar with the area, but I was very satisfied. It is within walking distance from Akasaka Subway Station, and there are convenience stores, Doramori, and supermarkets. If you make a reservation early

The Room felt more like an apartment than a Hotel, which actually made it easier to relax, and it was great not having to come into contact with other people. There was also a convenience store right in front, so I feel like we found a great place. During our stay, my child h

The room was comfortable. I was concerned about the noise from the bathroom fan, and the stairs from the entrance to the front door are not wide, so it might be quite challenging with a large suitcase. There is a coin parking lot nearby, but it seemed like a test of skill for lar

Of course, the room was standard Business Hotel size. Since it was a weekday, I had the onsen large bath all to myself. It was larger than the usual "Business Hotel large baths," with high ceilings and windows, very clean and comfortable. Normally during trips, I only use the l

Check-in is done at the main building, and the staff are pleasant. They brought us towels as we got wet in the rain and even drove us to the annex. The Room was renovated from a karaoke room, but it retains a nostalgic feel and utilizes usable parts, which I think is a wonderful

However, I always feel that cleaning standards across Livemax Hotels could be slightly improved. Instead of using the provided black hotel slippers, I brought my own white disposable slippers to walk around the room. When walking near the bathroom area, I noticed hair sticking

The microwave provided was also convenient. I stayed here for a musical at Electro Hall, and it was very convenient to return to the hotel within a few minutes' walk even after the late-night performance. However, the next day, I planned to watch an afternoon performance before h

There are many foreign staff members, but they speak fluent Japanese, so there were no issues. They provided me with a map to my destination and informed me that while the Hotel cannot ship luggage, it is possible to do so from Lawson. I was very satisfied with my stay. I will

Thank you for having us for two nights and three days. I’m writing to share a few concerns. First, regarding the guest Room: I noticed hair stuck to the wall of the bathroom in the Room, even though we hadn’t used it. Also, this is about one particular staff member. When we ran

The amenities were plentiful, and it was very helpful to have even sunscreen and hair oil provided. (I think it’s rare to find sunscreen available.) Breakfast was also great, with plenty of drink options. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kakegawa Station. Thank you very m

I stayed at the ANNEX, about a 2-minute walk from the main building. It takes nearly 15 minutes on foot from Hakata Station, so those who prioritize being close to the station may find it a bit far, but the Room was in good condition and overall I had a comfortable stay. We used

The Room does not have a microwave, but there seems to be one in the elevator hall on each floor. I heated up a bento I bought at the convenience store and ate it. It’s located slightly off the main street, making it a quiet place to stay. I was able to rest well. If I visit

As the showers are shared, that’s reasonable for the price. The view outside from the window was nice as well, so I had a pleasant stay. There was also a convenience store within walking distance, so the location is good enough. The only downside is that it’s a bit hard to fin

Nearby are plenty of affordable places to eat such as McDonald’s, Osaka Ohsho, and CoCo Ichibanya, plus a large 24-hour supermarket (Harows), so meals are no problem. Best of all for planning the route: you can leave your luggage in the Room and visit Temple No. 68 Jinne-in (Kami

The bath is located on the second floor and was clean. Personally, I enjoyed being able to stretch out in the bath. There is a noticeable smell of tobacco as it seems to be frequently used by smokers. An ashtray is provided in the room, making this Hotel recommended for smoke

Livemax provides reliable services, making it a comfortable choice for accommodation. This time, my main destination was the Autumn Fest held at Odori Park, and the location was perfect. It’s a bit of a walk from Susukino and Tanukikoji, but during this season, it wasn’t an iss
