I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kansai, so please take care of me. Thank you very much to the staff. Thanks to you, I was able to use this as a base to visit Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara, and had a good, affordable trip during the most expensive hotel season, the autumn

The breakfast was very good. I chose the Japanese meal over the Western meal, and it was quite a substantial meal with grilled fish, two small side dishes, a raw egg, seaweed, natto, and miso soup. I definitely recommend this over having convenience store bread or rice balls for

My first stay at an APA Hotel was truly relaxing, with the sauna, cold bath, breakfast buffet, and a great Room. A large bed and a big TV were fantastic. The 90°C dry sauna and the pleasantly mild cold bath at around 20°C were perfect. The beef curry at the breakfast buffet had g

The reception staff were kind and made the stay reassuring. Having a women-only coin laundry was convenient, and the unlimited drinks at the café space were also a nice touch. It was handy to have a convenience store nearby as well. I made my reservation on short notice the

While some newly built Hotels can suffer from poor cleaning standards despite their modernity; cleanliness here stood out positively allowing us comfort throughout our stay! I hope sharing these details proves helpful if you're considering staying here yourself someday! Thank

I used a twin room with my husband to go to a live concert. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Since the hotel is in a residential area, it was very quiet. I chose this hotel because it has a large public bath. The bath was very pleasant, but it was a bit inconveni

On May 5, 2025, I fell about 10 km before Cape Ashizuri and was taken to a hospital in Sukumo City by emergency transport, where I fractured near my right shoulder. The next morning, I used this hotel to stay overnight before taking the first express train back to my hometown.

I also liked the separate loungewear set. Even though it’s an affordable Business Hotel, the breakfast buffet had more variety than I expected—especially the curry, yakisoba noodles, and okra with sesame dressing, which were delicious. Thanks to all these thoughtful services,

Conveniently located near the Yamato Interchange and in a quiet residential area, this Hotel is recommended for travelers driving by car. The staff were courteous, and the individually wrapped paper cups were hygienic and appreciated. Drip coffee was also available, making for a

There are no convenience stores around, but there are shops and restaurants at the airport, and the hotel also sells cup noodles and ice cream, which is convenient. The room is new and comes with a bath, perfect. Since it's right in front of the airport, you can see the planes ta

You can enjoy your bento meal comfortably in your Room; it’s delicious and comes in a satisfying portion even for high school boys, with salad and soup included. The miso soup at breakfast was particularly tasty. The Hotel's refrigerator is impressively cold—unlike typical ones—

The front desk service and the cleanliness of the Room were excellent. What made me happiest was that when I checked out the next morning, a female housekeeping staff member kindly let me take the elevator first even though she was in the middle of her work. I also accidentally l

A charming retro-style hotel with a nostalgic Showa-era vibe in a good way. The bathroom is small—at 184cm and 99kg, I found the shower curtain sticking to me a bit inconvenient (laughs). Still, I really liked it and would love to make this my regular accommodation when visiting

The 1,000 yen parking fee is a downside compared to other hotels and condominiums around Chatan, but... Even so, with two adults and one child, we enjoyed a luxurious stay for about 5,000 yen per person with no meals included, and it was incredibly comfortable. I will definitely

Stayed twice. Very satisfied with the value for the price. The changing area in the public bath is clean, and breakfast is included at this price, which is excellent. It would be even better if bread were available, but considering the price... I would love to stay again.

I forgot my charging cable, but they kindly lent me one. However, one staff member—a slim man with glasses who was on duty around 19:40 on 3/8—had a very rude attitude, so I think additional training would be appropriate. Other than that, the foreign staff were polite, and th

There is a large public bath for men only, where you can stretch out and relax in the tub. Breakfast included grilled fish and several small side dishes; rice and miso soup were self-serve, and there was even curry. There were also natto and seasoned nori, which went very well wi

They also gave me a spacious Room, so I had no complaints. At night, I went to an izakaya just a few minutes’ walk away. I used the bath after returning from the izakaya; there was only one other person besides me, and in the morning I had it all to myself. There is one lar

Even though I drove near the Hotel, I couldn't find it, so I called, and their response was very helpful. I had plans to drink with a friend in Kumamoto at Kengunmachi in the evening, so when I said, "I want to take the tram to Kengunmachi," they kindly explained in detail how to
