The guest room seemed to have been recently renovated, and it was very clean and comfortable. The pajamas were samue-style, and they were originally designed and lovely. The amenities were also plentiful, and there were many types of coffee and tea packs. Thanks to that, I was ab

The kiosk at Mino-Ota Station closes at 7:00 PM, and there is no convenience store on the station’s Hotel side, so I headed to the Hotel wondering about dinner. However, there are many restaurants around the Hotel, so finding dinner was not a problem. The Hotel front desk also so

The interior and Rooms have been renovated and are very clean. The service from all the staff, including the front desk and cleaning staff, is not just formal but heartfelt, which is exceptional. Their smiles and greetings may seem basic but are truly pleasant. I will definit

The food was excellent, and the staff service was wonderful! The large public bath was also very relaxing. When we were choosing a wedding venue 25 years ago, we visited many places, but the front desk service at the Grand Hotel was the best, so we decided on it. Thank you so, so

It was a cold day, but the Room was already heated when I checked in, which was very helpful. Also, the air conditioning in the Room remains on even when you go out, so I was able to stay very comfortably. I used the stay for a drinking party, but I was able to enjoy my time comf

The spacious Japanese-style area delighted the child. The Room's TV had been updated to a large wall-mounted model. The amenity bar was well-stocked with cleansing products, face wash, lotion, serum, hair pack, hair oil, face masks, and toothbrushes for children. However, ther

The Facility is old, but it is a Hotel that is necessary and sufficient. I also had meals this time, and the volume was good. However, having fried food as the main dish for breakfast was tough for the elderly (lol). The cost performance is excellent, and the staff's response was

I’ve stayed here several times. Check-in is extremely smooth! It’s basically, “If your address and phone number are correct, please sign here,” and I really like that they hand you the key right away. It’s completely different from places that make you write your address, name,

The bathroom and toilet were spotless, and I had a comfortable 2-night stay! Since I was alone and too tired to go out for meals, I relied on convenience store food, but having a microwave close to my Room was very convenient. The bathroom ventilation was excellent and refreshing

The Room was spacious, the bed size was sufficient, and amenities could be chosen to suit personal preferences while being environmentally friendly. The TV was well-positioned for easy viewing from the bed, with a large screen that made watching enjoyable. Overall, excellent cost

I was very satisfied with both the service and the cleanliness of the room. Amenities other than towels are picked up from the first-floor lobby, so I’d rate them three stars—neither particularly good nor bad. The Facilities and bath were sufficient for what I needed. Overall, it

On the day of my stay, there were strong winds that even halted the ropeway service, but there are restaurants on both the first and second floors where you can dine without stepping outside, and they even provide discount coupons. Additionally, there's a Tokyu Store nearby for s

There is no bath in the Room, but you can relax in the shared jet bath and enjoy an Onsen-like atmosphere. And breakfast: instead of a typical buffet, the staff brings an individual set to you. Rice and miso soup are refillable. I was very satisfied with everything, including the

Near the station, there are restaurants and convenience stores. As it is on slightly higher ground, the return trip involves an uphill walk. It is in a quiet residential area, so it was very peaceful. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity

The Hotel may not be new, but everything including the interior, Room, and large public bath was impeccably clean and comfortable. Although it felt slightly chilly in the Room from night to early morning due to drafty windows even with the air conditioning on, there were no othe

Located in the heart of Kokusai Street, it offers an excellent location. While the facility is slightly dated, it provides a comfortable stay without any issues. Depending on the reservation timing and season, you can stay at a very affordable price. I would love to use it again
