Both were delicious; however, Yoshikawa Japanese Restaurant's meals stood out with their excellent ingredients, seasoning, texture, and presentation—truly satisfying dining experiences. Additionally, based on reviews about their cake shop within the hotel being highly recommended

The authentic handmade dessert, not a petit cake from a wholesale supermarket, was unexpected and highly rated. It made me feel luxurious from the morning. The staff were all kind and provided courteous service, which was very nice. I was happy with the thoughtful services for wo

I had a very good sleep, which is rare for me as I usually struggle with beds. This Hotel always provides a great night's sleep (the bed doesn't sink too much), and I truly appreciate it. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The omelet was amazing—probably one of the best

On a hot summer day, I was able to relax and unwind at a leisurely pace. Dinner at Fiorentina was excellent; we chose mainly seafood from both the seasonal menu and the à la carte options, and everything exceeded our expectations. We are also grateful for the staff’s attentive se

Most of all, there was no curry, my favorite, and no porridge, my wife's favorite, making the breakfast too disappointing for the accommodation price. I was happy to have free drinks available for guests. All the staff were kind. I think I will stay again since there will be an o

We stayed at this Hotel as a midpoint stop on the route from Seto Ohashi to Shimanami Kaido. The parking lot in front of the Hotel was full, and we were unsure where to park, but when we asked at the front desk, they responded very politely. After check-in, they even helped c

The Chinese restaurant, Togen (Tougen), was incredibly delicious no matter what we ate, especially the chili sauce prawns and Chen Mapo Tofu, which were particularly excellent. Thanks to Castle Hotel, we were able to spend a wonderful and comfortable time. Thank you very much.

Highly recommended accommodation for watching basketball games at the Fukushima Firebonds' home venue. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and a comfortable stay, with the venue within walking distance (about 15 minutes). The front desk can quickly arrange a taxi if needed. The bre

Upon entering, it felt like a dreamland with Kumamon dolls, two sets of bunk beds, a slide (super fast!), free-flow drinks including juice and alcohol, toys placed everywhere, and a huge cypress bath—truly a special room for both adults and children to enjoy. Watching my child p

As an airline-affiliated Hotel, it generally feels safe and reliable to stay here. It is located in the heart of Matsuyama City, right in front of the Okaido tram/bus stop and next to Mitsukoshi. It’s an excellent location for both sightseeing and business. Matsuyama’s down

Instead, there’s a supermarket and Starbucks about a 5-minute walk away. It’s not right by the station, but with relaxed morning walks, great views, and a comfortable Room, this is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. There are many good restaurants nearby as well—but next time I’d

The staff who guided me from the front desk to the room was very kind. This person delivered the pillow and aromatherapy and even filled the water in the room's humidifier, which warmed my heart with their thoughtful service. Next time I visit Kanazawa, I definitely want to stay

The room has a traditional spaciousness, allowing for a comfortable stay. Although the building is old, it is well-cleaned, and even during a Multiple Night Stay, cleaning services are provided. It would be even better if there were an Onsen available. I look forward to staying h

I always stay here when visiting Toyama City. While new hotels are being built in the city, especially around Toyama Station, this accommodation remains a reliable choice. The facility, staff hospitality, and delicious meals set it apart from other hotels. I also love the 19th-fl

I passed by the reception area but didn’t pay much attention, and although I occasionally crossed paths with cleaning staff, I could come and go without any issues. The room temperature was just right, and even though I usually have trouble sleeping with a different pillow, I m

This time I stayed here on a business trip. I had been wanting to stay at this Hotel, so it was a great opportunity. The lobby was spacious, quiet, and relaxing, and the staff service was very pleasant. I stayed in a renovated Room on the top floor. It had a great atmosphere and

The bath had a large public bath, and since it wasn't crowded, I could relax. There was also a sauna, which was quite hot, so I couldn't stay long, but I did work up a sweat. The breakfast had a wide variety of side dishes, and I was satisfied with the ample vegetables. I would l
