This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The hotel and the room were both very clean and comfortable. The staff were always smiling, which made me feel cheerful. The shuttle service to Kanazawa Station and the hotel’s dedicated lockers near the station were very convenient.

As the reviews said, the owner was very kind and responded politely to our requests, making our stay truly pleasant. The interior was kept clean, and the bathroom, kitchen, dishes, and rice cooker were all very well maintained. We were able to borrow a ping-pong table and enj

Moreover, the TV allows you to watch YouTube, which made my family very satisfied. It's rare to find such a comfortable Hotel. Above all, the staff's customer service attitude was kind and pleasant, and although it was just one night, we had a very pleasant stay. I definitely wan

The onsen had high-quality water that was gentle on the skin and retained warmth well, providing complete relaxation for both body and mind. Having stayed at nearby famous hotels or onsen towns before, my time at Seiranso exceeded all expectations. I would definitely love to retu

It felt like an extraordinary Hotel experience, as if we were traveling abroad. Both the Japanese staff and the fun international staff provided wonderfully pleasant service, making our stay even more enjoyable. At dinner, they introduced the menu, and our middle- and high-school-aged children were able to enjoy the meal while chatting. At breakfast, we could also see beautiful Mt. Yotei. The fresh sashimi and Hokkaido vegetables in particular were truly delicious. The Room was spacious, with an island kitchen that felt like something overseas. There was a separate bath and shower Room, two toilets, and TVs in each Room. The private bath was a big hit with our teenage daughter as well. As a mother, I was especially grateful for the washing machine in the Room—it really helped to be able to wash clothes that got wet during river rafting in Niseko! Just a short walk away is Tokyu Grand Hirafu’s activity Facility, where our whole family enjoyed pickleball from the morning. There are also photo spots, so we could make good use of even the small amount of time before check-in or after check-out without wasting it—and capture great memories too! It was such a wonderful Hotel that made us think, “We want to come back!”

I stayed here while searching for a home from another prefecture. The Room, large public bath, amenities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent—everything exceeded my expectations!! The breakfast in particular was delicious and fresh, with nothing to complain about. I didn’t us

Everything, from the staff and Facility to the meals and bath, was pleasant, allowing me to relax comfortably. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station, which is just the right distance, and I definitely want to stay here again. If I had to point out one thing, there was

I was surprised at how stress-free it was to reach the hotel from the station gates, even in a crowd. It's also attractive that you can walk to a convenience store in 2 minutes from the hotel. With three elevators in operation, the busy times in the morning and evening are very s

There was also sashimi, and the seafood rice bowl was excellent! The staff were kind as well—overall, we were completely satisfied with this Hotel. When we come back to Okinawa, we would definitely like to stay again. I’m glad we could spend our last night of our Okinawa trip

The parking lot was spacious, and the Hotel was easy to find. Since the Hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday, we looked around nearby. We found some great places to eat, so it wasn’t a problem. The Room was also spacious, clean, and convenient to use. I plan to continue using Ro

This was my first stay, and it was an even more wonderful Hotel than I expected. The Room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned in every corner, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this Hotel and would love to stay again.

The SKYSPA public bath is, of course, wonderful, and the room's private bath features a large tub with a jacuzzi where you can fully stretch your legs. The amenities are well-stocked, including bath salts, ensuring a satisfying bathing experience. For food and drinks, there’s dri

I’ve been coming here since I lived about 30 minutes away by train. Even after moving to a place about two hours away, I still visit from time to time specifically to stay at this Hotel and explore Takasaki. From the moment you step into the entrance with flowing water, you’re drawn into an extraordinary world. More than anything, I love the atmosphere of the large public bath. If you bathe before sunset, sunlight pours in and it’s bright and truly wonderful. Soaking in the open-air bath while listening to Shinkansen announcements as background music is pure bliss—I can forget everything. Both the guest rooms and the entire property are clean and comfortable. Since I’ve stayed many times, every visit feels like “I’m back.” The breakfast venue is very open and airy, and just as comfortable. The honey butter was so delicious that next time I plan to enjoy it generously again. Thank you always, and I look forward to staying with you again!

It made me want to stay longer. I initially booked with No Meals Included but added breakfast as it seemed well-prepared—and I was very satisfied! The use of high-quality ingredients like freshly harvested rice provided great energy for the day. At 1,500 yen, it's an unbeatable v

The lobby and the room are always clean, stylish, and very satisfying. The bath on the top floor is perfect for relieving fatigue. It's close to Megane Bridge, and you can easily access the tram station. Even if it rains, you can enter without getting wet through the arcade

Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a bath, which instantly lifted our spirits. We made the reservation based on the good reviews, and it turned out to be an excellent choice as both dinner and breakfast were delicious and highly satisfying

It’s a wonderful Hotel. It feels like great value. For this price, the Room, the luxurious dinner, and the service were all excellent. At the breakfast buffet, I enjoyed fresh vegetables and fruit, as well as soup and bread, warabi mochi, and mizu manju. The bath also had a washi
