A clean Business Hotel. The twin room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but it was compact, and restocking couldn't keep up, which was a bit disappointing.

Due to my own requests and the condition of the Room’s facilities, I asked to change Rooms, and you responded very quickly—almost more kindly than I deserved. To the manager, the staff who hurried to clean, and everyone at the front desk, thank you very much.

After seeing a mother and baby sea otter at Cape Kiritappu, viewing the Northern Territories from Cape Nosappu, spotting a mother and baby red fox at Meiji Park, and enjoying Nemuro sushi for dinner, this Accommodation was the perfect way to end a truly satisfying day. The large

We planned to spend the last night of our long weekend here. I booked it thinking it would just be a place to sleep, but after four days of traveling we had a lot of laundry piled up, so having a washing machine in the room (with detergent provided) was incredibly helpful! I ran it three times, so finding places to hang everything was a bit tricky (lol). There was a step ladder in the room, plus a clothesline and other drying items provided. There was also a microwave, and the bath could be filled automatically. The bathroom and toilet were separate as well, which made the stay very comfortable. When we entered the room, we kept hearing a sound like water dripping from the air conditioner, so I called the contact number and they responded right away, which allowed us to sleep well. Phone support hours were listed as 9:00–18:00, and I called right before 18:00, so I’m not sure what would have happened if we had checked in later, but at least for us it was very helpful. The price was affordable, and we didn’t have to go out to a laundromat, so it fit my plan perfectly.

To maintain its excellent reputation, I suggest that the hotel carefully select restaurants with better quality food for their recommendations. While I loved staying at this accommodation overall—and plan to return—I recommend researching dining options independently next time in

It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I chose the breakfast-included Plan; the portion was just right and reasonably priced. It’s a bit of a walk from Chitose Station, but there’s a Seicomart on the way, which is convenient. There is also an

There were also steak, buri daikon, and other amazing dishes—it was simply the best breakfast ever. Although there were ramen and curry available, we had to skip them as we couldn’t eat any more. This was undoubtedly the number one hotel breakfast we've ever had during our stays
