The stunning setting created by the sea and sunset, the delicious dinner, and the relaxing bath were truly soothing for both body and mind. I rested comfortably in a clean Room and bedding, and everything—from the complimentary late-night ochazuke to the Japanese-style breakfast buffet—was very satisfying. Being able to enjoy such attentive service at a reasonable price, I was genuinely delighted by hospitality that exceeded expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The buffet was very satisfying for both dinner and breakfast. The fish was delicious, and we had many helpings! We were also pleased with the local dishes like crab soup and beef bone ramen. It was our first time experiencing radium onsen, and it warmed our bodies and made our

We requested a private dining room and a birthday cake, allowing us to celebrate leisurely and joyfully. The meal (Yamabiko Kaiseki) was varied and delicious, with just the right amount. For breakfast, the rice and "Dankuma" fresh egg over rice were a must-have, and everyone was

I used this place for a business trip as I had some errands at Sakai City Hall. They accepted my luggage, allowing me to carry out my tasks smoothly. The bed was spacious, and the amenities included basic skincare products, which was helpful as I didn't have to bring extra items.

I’d like to stay here again—the quality is excellent for the price. The twin room has semi-double beds, the in-room amenities are good, and the large public bath is well stocked with amenities, including body towels. Women often bring various items, but you’ll have more than enou

Conveniently located near the subway exit. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast smoothie and mango yogurt were delicious. The soup curry was spicy and tasty. One disappointing thing was that when I opened the toilet lid, there was a sewage smell, and it persisted throughout my stay.

I enjoyed it very much. The eggplant miso at breakfast reminded me of my mother’s cooking. I’ve known since childhood that Naruko has many Accommodations, and I’m truly glad I chose to stay at Naruko Kanko Hotel. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much for taking such g

The parking lot was spacious and convenient. The Room was clean and functional! The only slight dissatisfaction was the lack of a nearby convenience store, but while exploring, I found a yakiniku restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner. I appreciated the staff's thoughtful gestures, such as the handmade map.

I stay here for climbing Mt. Fuji. This was my third time, and it’s very convenient for getting to Mt. Fuji. The station is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is also convenient. There is a large public bath as well, and it’s very relaxing. The building feels a bit old, but I can spend my time here comfortably and peacefully. I’d like to stay here again when I climb Mt. Fuji next time.

There is also a sauna in the largecommentary public bath. In the lounge, beer and sparkling wine are all-you-can-drink (with time restrictions). Breakfast was also delicious, with a great selection of Kagoshima local dishes. It’s a wonderful Hotel and highly recommended. Thank yo

We stayed here during our trip to Okinawa to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff were friendly, and the Room was clean—we were very satisfied. The location is within American Village, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We heard that the Chunichi Dragons were holding their training camp at the stadium next door, and we would have loved to see it if the timing had worked out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Okinawan dishes, and it gave us a great start to the day.

I’m really glad we chose this Hotel for our long-awaited first trip to Hamada. We had actually planned this trip shortly after the Hotel opened, but it was during the COVID period. We reluctantly canceled because we avoided traveling outside the prefecture. At last we were able to come, and we had been looking forward to it. Even though it seemed busy during the holiday weekend, the front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles and polite service. Also, on the day we arrived, there was self-service coffee and tea set out at the front desk. We had been traveling in the heat and were thirsty, so that was truly helpful. My family used the large public bath and said it felt great both at night and in the morning. The morning bath was not crowded. They also said it was so clean in the morning that you could tell it had been cleaned overnight. From the TV in your Room, you can check how busy the large public bath, coin laundry, and breakfast venue are. One thing to note: in the morning time slot, neither of the two elevators seems to arrive quickly, so I recommend heading out early. Since it’s right by the station, the location is excellent. You won’t have trouble finding dinner options. There are sushi restaurants, set-meal restaurants, izakayas, and more. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

As always, I was able to check in quickly and smoothly thanks to the prompt and courteous service. All amenities were provided in the Room; the three-blade razor was easy to use, and I also liked that the toothbrush felt sturdy and there was plenty of toothpaste.

As a wheelchair user, I was able to visit with peace of mind thanks to the prompt communication regarding parking and other inquiries from the time of Reservation. I chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and I especially enjoyed the conversation with the female staff during dinner. The chef's dishes and the patissier's desserts were very satisfying. If I may suggest an improvement, in the room for three people, setting up a sofa bed made it difficult to use the closet and safety box. While I appreciated that it was prepared in advance, this could be improved. Overall, the location was convenient with moderate traffic in the area and nearby convenience stores, making it friendly for us who traveled by car from out of town. Several international staff members were working as well, but all staff left a kind impression on me. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Osaka!

We stayed for two nights because our child had a soccer match nearby. The Onsen, with its black mineral water, was very relaxing, and we were able to unwind. We chose the Plan with two meals included, and everything was delicious—I think we even gained a little weight from eating so much. The breakfast in particular was great, with a wide variety of side dishes. On the way home we got caught in torrential rain and had a difficult trip back, and I hope all the staff were safe. Everyone was very kind, and it’s an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

As expected, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were kind and attentive, making my stay very pleasant. The free drinks and late-night soba noodles were delicious. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kan

The Room was well-prepared, spacious, fully equipped with amenities, had a great view, and the location was excellent. The Hiroshima Bus Center, where direct airport limousines arrive and depart, as well as shopping (SOGO) and numerous restaurants, were all within walking distanc

) Additionally, soft drinks and ice bars were available as complimentary services. I was very satisfied, enjoyed the spa to the fullest, and relaxed in the room. The breakfast was also a luxurious buffet, and I enjoyed tasting various Hokkaido specialties. I would like to stay ag

The beautiful fresh greenery view from the Room was captivating, and we were soothed by the rare sulfur hot spring. The TV and nanocare hairdryer were the same as those at home, making them easy to use, while the bed and sofa were very comfortable. You can notice a faint sulf

My husband and I were talking about how amazing this quality is for a buffet. In addition, the scallops, beef tongue, zunda mochi, handmade cakes, and the strawberries were all extra-large and very satisfying. The lobby inside the building was surprisingly spacious, with koi
