I was also grateful to have a mini kitchen and a washing machine in the Room. I was able to spend my time comfortably with clean, freshly washed clothes. The bath was also clean and pleasant, so I used it in the morning and evening. It would be nice to have bath salts as amenit

Stayed for one night during my first trip to Kagoshima. While I had some expectations during the Reservation process, the location exceeded them—absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Tenmonkan, it was a perfect base to enjoy and complete all the planned activities on my schedule. The Room was impeccable, with relatively new and clean amenities like the bed and bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I am completely satisfied without even a minor complaint to mention. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kagoshima. Thank you!

I visited with my daughter, and from start to finish we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable, unhurried stay. The Room was clean and simple yet well equipped with everything we needed, and the private open-air bath in the Room—available as many times as we liked at any hour—was truly soothing. The meals were excellent, especially the rice, and we enjoyed hearty dinners and breakfasts. We were also allowed to bring our own alcohol, so we brought a local wine; glasses were kindly provided, and it seemed other guests also brought their own drinks and enjoyed them in their own way. The proprietress’s hospitality was thoughtful without being overbearing—she checked in at just the right moments with a gentle word—and the pleasant atmosphere throughout made this a wonderful Accommodation that I’d love to visit again next time with my husband.

Most amenities were provided, including both curling and straight hair irons, a dryer, and all the shampoo and conditioner were ReFa products, which surprised me. The bathroom was clean with a high-quality shower that was easy to use. Breakfast was enjoyable as I could make my ow

The rooms were very well cleaned, and the meals were made with great care for the ingredients, so we felt at ease. This is a Hotel we want to visit again and again. The staff were friendly and kind, and we were able to truly relax. Thank you very much.

The luxury of the Room, the delicious food in the lounge, and the drink buffet impressed my friend on their birthday, creating a truly wonderful memory! The unchanging smiles of the front desk and lounge staff made me glad to be able to come again, and I look forward to the next

The staff who helped with luggage storage and guided us in the elevator hall were excellent—polite, hospitable, and made our stay very comfortable. One downside might be having four different breakfast venues to choose from—it’s hard to decide (lol). Great location as well; I

It was a relaxing trip to unwind after helping with my daughter's childbirth. For us living in Tokyo, the train access was convenient, and as Diamond members, we enjoyed an extended stay and truly relaxed. The buffet offered many healthy and delicious options, and the size of

What I liked I chose the Room-assigned-at-check-in Plan, and they gave me a room with a queen-size bed, so I had a very comfortable stay. The TV was positioned so it was easy to watch from the bed, and I could use my own account to watch streaming services—perfect for someone lik

This was our second stay. Last time, I came with my daughter, and the French dinner was so outstanding that I knew we had to return someday. That wish came true, and this time I was able to bring my two sons. Since it was my younger son’s birthday, I ordered a cake through the Hotel website and they kindly prepared it for us. The food is, of course, top-class—both dinner and breakfast are highly recommended. The Onsen was also wonderful, with silky-smooth water. We would love to visit for a third time. Thank you very much to all the staff.

The Toyota Arena Tokyo, where the match was held, is just across the bridge (see photo). Located in an area with many tall buildings, this accommodation stands out with its luxurious four-story structure. The entrance is grand, and the elevator hall is impressive as well.
