Return Visit Stayed for two nights a few years ago and was amazed by how incredible the Moor Onsen was. They even had our past stay history on record, which really showed their professionalism. At the time, we were a bit bothered by some odors in the Room and Onsen, so we “cheated” for a while with a newer Accommodation nearby (laugh). This time, we made a Reservation for a newly renovated Room. Bottom line: it was excellent! I’m not really into saunas, but I enjoyed it because you can adjust the temperature in various ways and even listen to music. There were plenty of towels, and bathrobes were provided as well. The only downside was that the open-air bath was slightly too hot. The food was delicious, and the service was flawless. If they renovate more guest rooms, we will definitely stay again.

Until now, we often traveled with our children and stayed in a whole-house rental Accommodation, enjoying BBQs and cooking for ourselves. This time, however, we stayed without the kids—just the two of us and our senior dog—for 2 nights and 3 days from 2/11. Every Room Service dish was delicious, and we were able to enjoy our meals at a relaxed pace. The Room was comfortable, and we felt completely at ease staying together with our dog—we were very satisfied. Most memorable of all was the thoughtfulness and excellent service from all the staff. Their attentive care and polished hospitality made it clear that training and service standards are consistently well maintained. Thanks to you, we had a truly pleasant stay. We were a little worried because our dog is elderly, but he was able to relax comfortably, making this a wonderful memory for our family. Thank you for such a lovely time and lasting memories. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay again.

This Accommodation features only 10 detached villas, surrounded by rice fields and the deep green of the mountains. You’ll be welcomed by Mi-chan, our resident cat, along with the friendly Kamo team. In the open-air bath attached to your Room, you might even be greeted by a tiny Japanese tree frog—small enough to fit on your fingertip. The meals are delicious and perfectly portioned. All staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay truly comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

The hot springs, the meals, and the Room were all wonderful. We were also deeply impressed by the warm hospitality and welcoming smiles of all the staff. We would love to visit again!

I’m usually picky about pillows, but the bed was very comfortable. The drinks in the fridge were cheaper than at other hotels. The amenities were surprisingly luxurious for these days—the body towel felt great to use, the toothbrushes were good quality, and there was even a ReFa

I chose the Universal Twin Room, and it was the perfect choice! Building No. 2 seems to have been recently renovated, and the scent of cypress filled the air. The large bath was especially relaxing with a pleasant aroma, and I enjoyed soaking in it every night. The stocked mine

The natural Onsen was very clean, with an alkaline spring quality that felt silky-smooth and wonderfully soothing. I used it three times. Since I could check availability, I was able to enjoy it privately without sharing with others.

The staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and comfortable. I wished the bath could have been available one hour earlier in the morning, but I was able to use it at night at a relaxed pace, and I slept very well. Thank you.

Getting there was challenging because we had to transfer between the Shinkansen and Kintetsu lines, but it was a Hotel well worth the trip. The menu featured local vegetables, eggs, fish, and meat, and we enjoyed a feast you can only experience here. The sauna was also great. We could truly feel the sincere hospitality of everyone working there, which warmed our hearts. It’s a Hotel we would love to visit again.

This was our first stay here on a trip with four friends. The Room, the meals, and above all the service from all staff were outstanding. Every staff member was courteous and kind, and we truly felt first-class hospitality—worthy of a five-star Accommodation. Thanks to you, we

I often stay at One Harmony accommodations, including Okura properties, but this is my first stay at Tokyo Bay in 6–7 years. The luxurious and elegant European-inspired design remains unchanged, with its graceful white walls and arched architecture reminiscent of a Southern Euro

We stayed here on the last day of our trip from Saitama to Ise-Shima. As it is my wife’s hometown, it was deeply meaningful, and we spent the night with a special feeling as a final memory of our journey. We were upgraded to a Premier Floor on a high level, and the view and n

Playing in the snow with my dog in the garden and enjoying fluffy beds made everything perfect. And above all, the "Wanwan Buffet" for dogs! This is quite rare to find elsewhere. Although it was always busy, every dish had high quality and left us very satisfied. The break

The gentle seasoning made it feel healthy, and I thought the cuisine would especially appeal to women. The interior design of the room and lounge was also very cute, making it perfect for a girls' trip. I went with my two daughters, and choosing this hotel turned out to be an exc

From the warm hospitality to the excellent service from all the staff, we had a wonderful time. We also enjoyed unexpected activities such as the table tennis service, and the ocean view from our Room was beautiful—making it a truly memorable day. The meals offered a great variety, and we were able to fully enjoy many of Toyama’s local specialties. The evening course dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, and we were extremely satisfied. One thing we hope will improve further is the overall cleanliness and odor inside the building. We stayed in a non-smoking Room, but noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke on the floor. Since it is such a lovely Ryokan, improving this point would make the stay even more comfortable. Other than that, everything was truly wonderful—this is a Ryokan we would like to give five stars. It’s a place we would love to visit again with our family. We would be even happier if these points have been improved by our next visit.

There were plenty of outlets in the Room, including on the headboard, so we didn’t even need the extension cord we brought—very satisfying. As for drinks: everything from draft beer and wine to a wide variety of cocktails you can make yourself—excellent. There were also 5–6 kind

I stayed here during Silver Week, and the Room was clean. I could also use the bath until 1:00 a.m., so overall I was very satisfied. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there is no parking, and personally I would have liked grilled salmon and natto for breakfast.

We visited using the hotel shuttle bus from Nagasaki Station. From the spacious 37 sqm Premium Twin Harbor View room we reserved, we had a panoramic view of Nagasaki's wonderful nightscape. Thanks to the high level of hospitality from all the front desk staff, we had a very

The score for the onsen and bath includes the large public bath at Hotel Shouhou. The onsen at Hotel Shouhou had a spacious indoor bath, a large open-air bath, and many washing areas, making it very pleasant. If given the chance, I would like to stay at Hotel Shouhou as well. The

There is also a supermarket nearby where you can get everything you need. I was also able to try the latest ReFa products, and the microbubble tornado in the indoor bath was very pleasant, warming me up and leaving my skin smooth. It felt like a spa experience at home. I will
