The exterior, interior, and monochrome Okinawa photographs are all stunning. The staff members are attentive and provide excellent service. The sweets by Plan Do See, who operate SWGH, are delicious—especially the Basque cheesecake, which I sometimes order for delivery. In

m. You hand in the ticket at the counter, and they notify you with a buzzer like at a food court. Hot tea, water, and coffee are self-service. There are plenty of set-meal options, and the portions are filling. I’ll have it again next time. It’s delicious and highly recommended.

The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly refreshing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connec

After debating between this Hotel and another one, we decided to stay here. The Room was clean and we were very satisfied. The amenities you can choose from in the first-floor lobby were great, and we were especially happy with the Sekkisei set and sheet masks in the Room. The ba

Stayed for one night in early April. It was my first visit. The hotel had a clean and elegant atmosphere with a refined entrance. The room featured a natural wood design with black steel accents, creating a stylish interior. It was spacious, clean, and left nothing to be desired.

A large foldable mirror on the wall in front of the desk in the room made it quick to get ready. I highly recommend this hotel as they truly understand guests' convenience. I requested a room with a nice view, and it was absolutely perfect. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed in a corner twin room when visiting my daughter's house in Okayama. Considering the price, the room's size and comfort were excellent. The separate bath and toilet were a big plus, and I personally appreciated the buckwheat pillow. Taking cost performance and location into

The hotel was more comfortable and lovely than I imagined. It was clean, with well-thought-out room amenities (the interior design was tasteful), and the cost performance was excellent with just the right amount of service, leaving me very satisfied! I also had lunch at the hot

The walking trails around the Hotel are wonderful. The forests at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake and the sound of wind through the bamboo grass are very soothing. The starry sky at night was truly beautiful. We enjoyed a relaxing dinner in the main dining room, and had a hearty

The room was very clean, well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and kind, making my stay worry-free. The coin laundry was convenient and easy to use, and the taxi arrangements were handled smoothly, which was truly helpful. Thanks to this exper

Parking guidance, the welcome drink, hospitality, the Onsen, the Room, the food, the dessert buffet, the café, the service, and the view—everything was outstanding. The appetizers and sashimi were very delicate and felt truly upscale, and everything tasted amazing. We made a Rese

It was just lucky, but the hospitality was truly perfect. Honestly, it's a level where they could charge more! (laughs) The Room was, of course, very clean. Separate bath and toilet, both spotless with modern facilities. Breakfast was also delicious. Being in Kagawa Pre

Of course, everything tasted great—we ended up eating more than we planned! The cruise on the following day was also very enjoyable. From staff hospitality to meals—everything exceeded expectations, leaving us completely satisfied with this wonderful trip. Thank you so much fo

The Accommodation staff were very pleasant, and the Room was thoughtfully designed and comfortable to stay in. I also really appreciated that the Room was arranged just as I had requested. The water provided was the same brand I regularly have delivered at home, which made me so happy. The meals were truly outstanding. I’m a Fukui resident, and I was amazed to see local ingredients transformed into dishes like this—and everything tasted wonderful. The service was attentive and felt polished. The artwork on display and the plants grown in the center created a great atmosphere. The table layout also felt perfectly spaced from other guests, so it really felt like we could enjoy a delicious meal with just the right amount of privacy, leaving me completely satisfied overall. People from outside the prefecture often ask me about Fukui, so lately I’ve been staying in Fukui and around Kaga to experience things for myself—and this is a place I’d like to recommend to my local friends as well. I’d love to visit the restaurant again. Thank you for such an enjoyable time. *The bath area was clean, but I rated it “4” because it would have been even better if it had an Onsen. That said, it was more convenient than many typical Hotels—so it’s closer to a 5 than not. Since there are plenty of Onsen nearby, I also thought it would be fine to visit a day-use Onsen the next day.*

Not only were we impressed by the thoughtful hospitality of the staff, but we also felt completely refreshed in both body and mind thanks to the milky-white Onsen that warmed us to our core. The open-air bath with a view of snow was absolutely amazing. The dinner course was p

I liked how clean and simple everything was—it was easy to understand and comfortable. The Room bathroom was clean and easy to use. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, and the air conditioner worked effectively. I enjoyed the bath salts, with a good variety available, which

Since it was newly renovated, the interior was incredibly clean, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning—completely satisfying. Additionally, as I traveled with children, they had already arranged the bed against the wall from the start, which was very helpful.

Additionally, there were microwaves on both the 1st and 10th floors as well as two drum-type coin-operated laundry machines on the 10th floor. The facilities were more than satisfactory; plus, the natural smiles and excellent service from staff members made my stay even better.

A family trip with my parents. I contacted the Ryokan to request Shuttle Service, and they kindly explained everything in detail, which left a great impression from the start. The service, meals, and baths were all excellent, and my parents were truly delighted. At 78, my parent even tried a food for the first time and enjoyed it so much they finished it all. Even after we got home, they kept telling customers about the Ryokan whenever they had the chance since they run a business. I’m glad I was able to take them—it was clearly a very satisfying stay.

I stayed with my mother at the accommodation. The meals were absolutely delicious, and we were very satisfied. The bath was an open-air onsen; although the washing area felt a bit chilly, the slightly hot onsen was so comfortable that I wanted to stay in it forever. The sta
