I was happy to have soft drinks and coffee available, and I also enjoyed the welcome bar (until 8:00 PM). I had a Multiple Night Stay for two nights, and the breakfast menu changed little by little each day. While it didn’t use luxury ingredients, it was very well thought out, an

Family-friendly and comfortable for a pleasant stay. We keep coming back! Looking forward to staying again.

It was a Plan with meals included. We enjoyed a course dinner at a nearby sister Accommodation. While many dog-friendly Accommodations have disappointing food, this trip let us enjoy delicious cuisine and an Onsen. They also lent us items like dog shampoo, so both our family and our dog could fully enjoy the meals and the Onsen. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again. Next time, we’d like to enjoy dining at Pelo.

You can also ship luggage via Yamato when you leave. Amenities are available in each elevator hall—and they’re Sekkisei! There were also bath salts. In the Room, there was a carton of water for each guest. In addition to a separate bath, toilet, and sink layout, there is a mini k

The food, portions, and service were excellent—everything was delicious! Plus, the staff were so friendly and kind. They even brought us Miyazaki information and brochures. Thank you so much! Next time, I’ll visit during mango season (The tea set in our room was so lovely that I

The dining area had spacious seating with an elegant atmosphere that allowed for relaxed dining—truly excellent! The locally sourced dishes were both visually appealing and delicious! Since it was summer vacation season with many families around, switching from buffet to Kaisek

This time, for the first time in over a decade—and at our son’s request—we stayed at Arima Onsen Hyoe Koyokaku as a family of four. Based on Reviews, we chose a Plan that included access to the “Premium Lounge,” where we could relax—and it was absolutely the right choice! After

The fruit selection—melon, bananas, kiwi, and blueberries—was all delicious, and I enjoyed topping pancakes with fruit too. You can even have sparkling wine in the morning. I liked it so much that I already made another Reservation for September. I’ve found a favorite Hotel that

This time, I was finally able to make it happen. This was my first stay at your Hotel, and everything was excellent—the Room and the service from all staff members. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with wonderful seasoning, and I was very satisfied w

After staying here during summer vacation, we were completely captivated and returned again for Silver Week. Even though it rained, the direct connection to Parque España was a huge help, as we could easily go back and forth to take breaks. The staff were just as kind as ever, and we felt relaxed in the clean and luxurious Room. And the delicious, fun buffet was still fantastic!! Our kids were thrilled with the Halloween-decorated cake, and we parents enjoyed it just as much! The coffee machine is often under maintenance, so having one more would be perfect; however, they promptly prepared coffee in a pitcher each time, which truly showed their excellent hospitality. Once again, we had a very satisfying stay. The day after we got home, our kids were already asking us to make the next Reservation—so we did right away. This is a Hotel that children truly come to love, so I highly recommend it!!

I’ve stayed at several pet-friendly hotels before, but this one was the best. The in-room dining was especially comfortable because the main Room and dining area are separated, so we didn’t have to rush to tidy up, and food odors didn’t linger in the Room. Since it comes with a private garden, our dogs were happy to go outside. The pet amenities were so well stocked that we never felt inconvenienced. The open-air Onsen bath in the Room had excellent water quality, and our dog and family took turns enjoying it many times. Dinner was delicious across the board—so lavish that light eaters might not be able to finish it all. For drinks at dinner, we were told we needed to go back and forth to the second-floor lounge, which was a bit inconvenient during the meal, but it’s all-you-can-drink. Draft beer was included too, which was fantastic. Thank you very much!

I stayed here during a festival I’ve attended for the past four years. I truly love Alpina’s Onsen, and the pot bath is sometimes my favorite. This time, they prepared an excellent Room for me, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay. I will definitely stay again.

The breakfast we had been looking forward to was a beautiful, well-organized, and very clean buffet. We could see that the staff regularly checked on things and cleared tables attentively, and our whole family was very satisfied with this as well. Personally, I really appreciated

The Hotel amenities were excellent, and thank you to all the staff for their kindness. The Room was simply wonderful. The meals were flawless and delicious. We were also deeply grateful to receive a rare sake as a souvenir—it was truly moving. The sunrise over Tomonoura from the

It was a wonderful Accommodation in every respect—the Room, the food, and everyone’s thoughtful care at this Ryokan. Thank you for your warm hospitality. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable 77th birthday celebration. We would love to visit again when we have another chance.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, featuring dishes that made great use of Awaji ingredients. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. With a reasonable number of guests, there was no crowding, and we were able to relax in the high-quality

The hotel is located in a corner of the Niseko mountain range, allowing guests to fully enjoy nature. Being relatively new, it is modern, clean, and sophisticated. The guest rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable sense of openness with floor-to-ceiling glass windows providing

It was the Ladies’ Plan. At the front desk, I received a mini set of Jill Stuart shampoo, treatment, and shower gel. The Room had a large TV and a clean bed, and the lighting could be adjusted with a stylish control panel. The loungewear with gold trim was lovely. There was also

Come to think of it, this Hotel is part of the same group as Keyaki Gate Fuchu. I use Keyaki Gate often and will be staying there again next week; both Keyaki Gate and Lumiere Kasai are highly satisfying Hotels. Comfortable, clean, good-quality meals, reasonable rates—and top-l

Unfortunately it rained throughout our visit, but staff were waiting at the entrance with umbrellas—service you rarely see these days. They also happily stored our luggage until check-in and brought it to our Room. The spacious Room had delicious sweets, a yukata that fit perfect
