Surrounded by delicious meals, a free-flowing natural hot spring bath, and adorable cats, I was able to spend a gentle, peaceful time. Thank you very much.

From the activity information and various maps available in the lobby, you can really sense the Hotel’s commitment to helping guests stay comfortable and enjoy their time—and in fact, the staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality. It was also very convenient that I

Breakfast features authentic Italian cuisine, with delicious prosciutto and salami served generously alongside fresh vegetables, offering a delightful Italian start to the day (no Japanese menu available). The Room and amenities are simple. The bathroom and toilet are separate, a

The cherry blossoms in the hotel garden beautifully complement Mount Fuji, and the view from the window is truly stunning. The onsen public bath and guest rooms are consistently well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. I always enjoy local Yamanashi wine from the server a

They upgraded our Room, and the meals also came with extra service; both the quantity and quality were outstanding, and everything was truly delicious. We are grateful for the Ryokan’s hospitality from start to finish. Thank you very much. We are truly glad we chose this Ryokan.

Enjoying a free drink in the outdoor lounge while listening to the river's gentle flow and admiring the autumn leaves was delightful. The room was impeccably clean, and the open-air hot spring bath with its stunning view was perfect. The food was incredibly delicious, and I e

Additionally, the amenities provided were of high quality and plentiful. It’s hard to believe you can get such excellent Facilities at this price point. The front desk staff's service was impeccable. This place undoubtedly offers more value than its cost. I will definitely stay

Due to work, I needed to park a truck about the length of a microbus. They allowed me to park in the space behind the Hotel. Before arriving, I called near the Hotel and they kindly gave me directions and waited for me at the entrance. Since it was a completely unfamiliar town, their attentive support made me feel at ease. It was a long trip from Niigata Prefecture, so I was relieved. When I asked because I couldn’t figure out how to operate the Room air conditioner, they explained it carefully. The Room is clean. Breakfast was delicious. At an affordable price, it’s a good Hotel where you can feel safe and rest comfortably.

The room was clean and located almost in the center of the sightseeing area. It was my first time in Kanazawa, and if you’re up for it (though it’s a bit of a walk), you can cover most attractions on foot. We traveled with a pet (a small dog) and were very satisfied with our trip. However, we had to step out of the room to use the washroom and toilet, and since the main entrance faces a major tourist road with no place to stop a car, loading and unloading luggage between the car and the hotel was difficult when carrying a lot of bags.

We arrived after climbing the slope of Mt. Daisen for a while in light rain and mist. Seeing the word “Church,” we hesitated for a moment, but when we opened the wooden lobby door, we found a charming space unified in an antique style—like stepping into a Kenji Miyazawa story. You can truly feel how much the owner couple and staff value and care for their guests. Once shown to our room, the fog gradually lifted, revealing beautiful views of Yonago’s cityscape in the distance, along with the Sea of Japan and Lake Nakaumi. The open-air bath on the terrace was pure luxury, soaking while taking in the spectacular scenery. Dinner was exceptional both in presentation and taste. We also enjoyed chatting with the dining staff, and the timing of each course was perfect. In this quiet natural setting, we spent blissful time that felt well beyond its price. A highly recommended Accommodation.

The Onsen and sauna were excellent. They also offered classic Dormy Inn services like post-bath ice cream and late-night ramen starting at 9:30 PM. Breakfast had a variety of dishes with consistent quality typical of Dormy Inn, ensuring satisfaction. There is also free Shuttle Se

In addition, each guestroom floor of the Hotel has drink vending machines and an ice dispenser, making it very convenient without needing to take the elevator. If I had one request, having relaxation items such as bath salts among the amenities would make the stay even more comf

I suddenly had to stay in Tosu during Silver Week, and as expected of AZ, I'm grateful for the consistent pricing! Moreover, the location is right by Tosu IC, and the room was cleaner and more comfortable than other AZ locations. The free parking lot was spacious, and the breakfa

Only the representative needed to register in advance, but signatures from all guests were required at check-in, and the tablet interface was a bit hard to understand. The Hotel was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay.

Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

The Christmas spirit inside the Hotel was filled with joyful singing, objects, and decorations, which was wonderful. The Room was beautifully prepared, and the Hotel was clean. The delicious food from the morning was plentiful and satisfying, making it a great start to participat

The luxurious wood-grain interior, the spaciousness of the Room, the Airweave bed, the separate bath and shower area, the Nespresso coffee, and the colorful and delicious Western-style breakfast buffet were all comfortable. Although we stayed at a discounted rate for a short stay

The separate bath and toilet with a bathtub, as well as the ability to purchase a passport, were deciding factors for my stay. Upon entering the Hotel, I was greeted by an indescribably pleasant scent and an open atrium filled with a sense of spaciousness—a truly extraordinary

Having seen it on TV beforehand, I was truly impressed by the building and furnishings that reflect the founder's aesthetic sense, as well as the stunning art pieces by Yokoyama Taikan, Hirayama Ikuo, Dali, Chagall, and more. The gold-leaf ceiling and Italian tile floors were abs

The Room is equipped with Uji tea, and you can use Refa's hairdryer and Mirable's shower head, making the stay at the Hotel pleasant. Including the stable service of the staff, I can always use it comfortably, and I really love this Hotel. I look forward to staying again when I v
