What made me happiest was that all the staff were truly kind. I think we caused a lot of trouble, but they helped us many times. Thank you very much! I also enjoyed the beer and snacks I had in the evening. It was a Hotel that made me want to use it again! I deducted one star

The post-bath ice candy service reminded me of Dormy Inn and was delightful. At Velbois restaurant, both taste and service were above standard—the doneness of the sea bream poêlé was excellent. It was nostalgic to see Mr. Sa (once called "the strongest contractor" at Hakone High

Everything is incredibly clean. The front desk staff are also excellent. On the 8th floor, there are coin-operated laundry machines, a microwave, and even a pants press available. This time, the toilet and bath were in the same Room, but I usually stay in Rooms with separate

The Room was clean and beautifully designed, and the premium floor also offered a great range of amenities. The large public bath was clean as well, with a powder room and an open-air bath, so I could relax at my leisure. The atmosphere around Nakanoshima is wonderful too, and I’

The spa was equipped with a ReFa shower head and a Dyson hair dryer, making my hair shiny. The mist sauna was pleasant, and both the indoor and outdoor baths were comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing bath for the first time in a while. I am very satisfied with this se

Everything was astonishingly delicious and luxurious. As for breakfast, we have stayed many times at famous Hotels in Hakodate, but this breakfast buffet was better than any of them. We felt this Hotel offers outstanding value for money. We will definitely stay again. Thank you v

I like spending time in a quiet place with few people, and this Hotel is exactly my style in that respect. I’m also impressed that the mirrors in the large public bath are always spotless. I imagine it takes a lot of work to maintain, but everything is well cared for down to the

A perfect accommodation for all generations! First, enjoy a welcome drink with options like mandarin orange juice, green apple juice, Guricha tea, and kelp broth to relax. Head to your room, grab your bath bag, and enjoy the private Onsen. Rest in your room, read some manga, ta

The open-air rock bath was exceptional. The Room was also spacious and spotless, allowing us to relax at our own pace—it was pure bliss. The staff’s greetings were warm and pleasant, making this an Accommodation we definitely want to return to. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

It’s amazing that pancakes and ice pops are included in the service. You can also have up to five alcoholic drinks, which makes the evening even better. When I stay at Anshin Oyado, I don’t end up spending extra little amounts at convenience stores, which makes things really easy

We stayed here for a family trip and enjoyed the stunning views offered by this Ryokan, which takes advantage of the natural terrain. From our Room and the bath, we could admire the beautiful scenery of Matsushima, but the view from the lounge and footbath was truly exceptional

On my way back from a business trip to Tokyo, I planned a visit to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which I had long wanted to see. I stayed one night at an Accommodation in Kinugawa Onsen. I chose it after searching with conditions such as having an in-Room Onsen bath and being reasonably priced. The lobby was well maintained, and the hallways were very clean as well. Our Room had an Onsen bath and two separate rooms, so my wife went to the large public bath while I enjoyed the in-Room bath. The meals were very delicious, and the portions were just right—slightly on the generous side. It was a quiet Accommodation where I could relax in the Onsen, which was wonderful. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but everyone was polite and courteous. One thing that concerned me was that when I opened the window by the in-Room bath, there were quite a few spider webs. Also, insects gathered on the window at night so we couldn’t open it; I thought that if there had been a screen door or similar, we could have opened it. If I have another chance to visit nearby, I would like to stay again.

Additionally, the Hotel is newly built, well-maintained, and provides a clean and comfortable environment. The large public bath is particularly impressive with spacious tubs and plenty of washing stations (around 8?), all kept impeccably clean for a very pleasant experience. Com

The location was excellent—arriving by JR and using the Toei lines the next day made it very convenient. Despite the convenient location, it was quiet at night, perhaps because there are many universities nearby. I stayed for business this time, but I have also stayed here when visiting Tokyo Dome privately. Being able to walk to Tokyo Dome City is a big plus. I would definitely like to stay again.

We chose the Miyabi Room, and it was outstanding—spacious, with a private Onsen and even a massage chair. The complimentary afternoon tea pancakes were fluffy and truly on par with specialty shops, and the crab kaiseki dinner was incredibly lavish, including one whole snow crab p

I stayed for one night the other day. It was a new Hotel close to the station, and the Room was very clean. The large public bath on the top floor had a great view and was excellent, with a sauna and cold plunge pool as well! There was also a bench in the Room’s shower room, so e

The large public bath was spacious, clean, and excellent. Having laundry facilities, vending machines, and a microwave on the same floor was also very convenient (hotels with these on separate floors can raise concerns about convenience and security). The hotel is close to the

This time, we visited Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone for the first time, looking forward to seeing Mt. Fuji as part of my wife’s birthday trip. Although it was too cloudy to see the Mt. Fuji we had hoped for, we stayed at Setsugetsuka Bettei Suiun in Hakone and were able to fully enjoy the area. Our Room was a Standard Fourth, and it was very practical and well maintained with thorough cleaning, so we had a comfortable stay. The Onsen was at just the right temperature for me and left me feeling refreshed from the core, and it was also great to be able to use L’OCCITANE shampoo. For dinner, being able to choose the main dish and rice during the meal felt like a thoughtful service that let us decide based on our appetite. Breakfast offered such an abundant variety that we were so full we couldn’t even eat lunch afterward. The after-bath lounge area, along with complimentary drinks and snacks on each floor, was also a welcome service whenever we felt a little hungry. The staff’s hospitality was polite and easy to understand, which left a strong impression on us as well. After checkout we went to Gora Park, and at that time a parking staff member kindly advised us that taking the mountain railway one stop would allow us to walk downhill from top to bottom more easily—very helpful advice for an older couple like us. We hope to come back soon for our “I want to see Mt. Fuji with my own eyes!” revenge trip, and when we do, we would love to stay with you again.

I took my mother to Dogo Onsen for the first time as a birthday gift, and choosing this Hotel was absolutely the right decision. They provided Shuttle Service to Dogo Onsen Station by bonnet bus, and the Hotel had so much to enjoy: a massage chair in the Room, a large public ba

The location near Takayama Station was excellent and very convenient. Takayama sightseeing was close by, and as a couple in our 70s, we were able to enjoy about a two-hour walk. The Hotel staff were kind, so we felt comfortable staying there. We had both breakfast and dinner, and the meals were delicious. We would like to stay again and would recommend this Hotel to friends.
