The parking lot was spacious and ample, and the onsen had excellent water quality, allowing me to relax thoroughly. I was also impressed by the thoughtful variety in the complimentary breakfast menu over the two days. I would like to use this property again during events in Makuh

They also provided a TV that can watch YouTube, which was a big help while I was busy. The massage chair was wonderful too. With such well-equipped Facilities, both parents and children were extremely satisfied. On the way home, the kids said with teary eyes, “That was so fun—we

I love the view of Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop, and I always enjoy staying here. The Room is simple yet comfortable. There is a wall-mounted mirror and an outlet by the table where you can dry your hair or do your makeup, and a hair dryer is also placed within easy reach. It may be a small detail, but I really appreciate the thoughtful layout designed for ease of use.

I was especially happy they had socks. The food was excellent—true to Okayama, with outstanding ingredients. Many dishes were simple rather than heavy, and the seasoning was wonderful, really bringing out the quality of the ingredients. The children’s meals were also fantastic—

We stayed for one night and two days on the senior Plan with two meals included. We received a call in advance to confirm a few details, and the staff member was extremely courteous, which raised our expectations and made us look forward to our stay. Those expectations were fully met: throughout our visit, the service from all staff—at the front desk, restaurant, and elsewhere—was wonderful, natural, and never overbearing. Thanks to you, my spouse and I enjoyed a truly comfortable stay together for the first time in a while. The Facility was clean, the meals were very satisfying, and we felt it was excellent value. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The Onsen on the 1st floor was spacious and very relaxing. I was concerned about a chlorine smell, but it was hardly noticeable. I enjoyed it twice, at night and early in the morning. The breakfast was also delicious, and the dining area was comfortably spacious. I will definitely use this facility again.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. I stayed in a twin room, which was very tidy, and I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate. Even though it was a weekend, the rate with breakfast included was lower than other hotels, and I enjoyed a Japanese set breakfast that was beautifully presented and just the right portion size. Overall, it was a very satisfying Hotel, and I would like to stay again.

I took a taxi from Tsubame-Sanjo Station and checked in without any trouble. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, making it a very satisfying stay. I stayed at Earth, and the room size, snowy scenery, interior, amenities, and free drinks were all perfect. The onsen was ava

We stayed in a Superior Twin Room as a family of three. The Room was very clean, which made us very happy. The toilet and bathroom were separate and also very clean. Complimentary coffee was available, which was very convenient. While many Hotels nowadays have remote front desk s

The Room is clean, compact yet functional. The large public bath is also great. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, and I ended up eating too much. It’s also convenient to have a convenience store right in front. If I had to mention one thing, the building is long horizontally, so it’s a bit of a walk to the Room.

The Facility and cleanliness are good. However, I arrived before check-in time, so I spoke to the front desk and waited seated nearby until the scheduled time. Even when it was time, no one called me over. The staff just kept chatting among themselves. There was also no explanati

The thoughtful consideration to ensure guests can relax and unwind was evident throughout. I enjoyed spending time in the spacious bath, choosing the firmness of pillows and beds, which made my stay very comfortable. Although I couldn't sleep much due to personal reasons, being able to use the large public bath even late at night helped me relax, which was wonderful. Recently, I've stayed at many business hotels without meals, so the breakfast buffet was a delightful service. Additionally, the courteous hospitality allowed me to have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much for your excellent care and service!

Even with three people, we enjoyed a comfortable and stress-free stay in the large space. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and both the washing area and bathtub were spacious enough to relax as if at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, making our stay very comfortable

They provided clear, courteous explanations via LINE even before our stay, which made everything easy to understand. During the stay, they also sent updates via LINE, so we had nothing to worry about. When we entered the Room, it was clean and smelled wonderful. The tableware and cooking utensils were well stocked, so we had no inconvenience. There were only a few amenities, but since preferences vary, it didn’t bother us. There is no TV, but we watched movies on the projector—it felt luxurious on a big screen. We stayed mainly for the sauna, and it was piping hot—very satisfying. It would have been even better with a cold plunge bath and relaxation chairs. You can see the Mogami River from the Room and the bath—it’s very soothing. It was an excellent sauna trip overall.

The staff's attentiveness was excellent, and they were considerate of every detail. Especially since my wife is pregnant, they played a song from a drama set in an obstetrics clinic during dinner, which deeply moved us. I felt that this accommodation provides the best hospita

This was our family’s first trip to Amakusa, Kumamoto, and we stayed here. We had been looking forward to it even before we arrived, and the Accommodation was even more stylish than we expected—everywhere we went, we could feel the great sense of design. The Room was very clean, and the view from the villa was amazing. There were activities to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, and our child had a wonderful time. We rented a BBQ set, and everything was provided—so it was incredibly convenient to just bring our own ingredients and enjoy. The older male staff member at reception was very friendly and kind, and we also enjoyed hearing various stories from him. Unfortunately he wasn’t there when we checked out, so we couldn’t thank him in person, which was a real shame—but we’d love to make another opportunity to visit Amakusa and stay again. There is nothing around the Accommodation, so it’s very quiet; we could also enjoy a sky full of stars, making for an extremely relaxing time. Since there isn’t anywhere within shopping distance from the Accommodation, it might be even more comfortable if reception offered some snacks or if light meals were available at a café or restaurant—but overall it truly was a completely satisfying stay and an unforgettable place. Thank you very much!

The layout of the Room was excellent, and the design of the bathroom and toilet was stylish with more openness than I had imagined—it was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Saga next time. I am deeply grateful to all the staff members. Thank you very

It was a truly wonderful Accommodation where we could stay comfortable throughout our visit. Everything was impeccably clean, and from the moment we stepped into the Room, we felt at ease. The meals we had been looking forward to were outstanding in both presentation and taste for both dinner and breakfast, and we enjoyed them very much. The baths were also a highlight—not only the open-air private hot spring bath with its wonderful sense of openness, but also the cypress bath in the Room, where we could stretch out to our heart’s content while surrounded by the soothing scent of wood. Everything about our stay was excellent and became a great memory. We would definitely like to stay again. One last question: the towels smelled so lovely and were very relaxing! If you don’t mind, would it be possible to tell us which fabric softener you use?

It was very well-equipped with bath additives, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, and emulsion. There was also a welcome drink, and I received a special coin at check-in, which allowed me to buy one drink of my choice from the vending machine inside the building, making my stay c

The Room we stayed in was spacious, and the separate Japanese-style bedroom with beds was calm and comfortable. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The meals were excellent; the vegetables, seafood, and meats were all high quality, and everything tasted wonderful. The la
