Breakfast didn't disappoint either—it tasted amazing without fail—and there were different drink options compared to last night; I chose plum vinegar milk mix which turned out tasty! After eating again relaxedly gazed out over sea from 8th-floor lounge taking break until checkout

The location was excellent, and the views of Sanshiro Island and Suruga Bay from the Room, the bath, and the lobby were amazing. There were complimentary drinks and tokoroten available in the free lobby, and the private family bath was open—everything could be used without a Reservation. The night view from the rooftop was also wonderful, and we enjoyed it like a vacation home. The staff service was outstanding as well. We would love to stay again.

I found this Hotel because I wanted to relax and take it easy during my stay. Even though I made the unreasonable request for a higher floor, they kindly accommodated me by upgrading my Room—thank you so much. All the staff had wonderful smiles, and the Room was spotless and well

The Room is simple yet stylish, with comfortable bed firmness that ensures a pleasant stay. If I could make one request, it would be to include cosmetic amenities in the Room offerings. My husband and I were able to refresh ourselves during this stay as well. We look forward to s

Once again, we were very satisfied with our stay. My mother thoroughly enjoyed the meals and the late-night noodles as well, which made me very happy too. I’m deeply grateful that we could spend time together until late at night chatting and enjoying the Onsen. Thank you very muc

The food, hospitality, and the semi-open-air bath with natural hot spring water in the room were all truly amazing. I was humbled to receive a box of delicious homemade hot spring buns as a souvenir, along with a courteous greeting from the owner. I will definitely visit again. T

Because we decided on our trip to Lake Toya at the last minute, I didn’t think we would be able to make a Reservation at a good Hotel. Since May is one of the peak seasons for travel in Japan, I wasn’t expecting much. But after staying there, the Hotel quality exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the dinner buffet. There was an incredible variety of dishes, and many were far better than I anticipated. I ate too much and ended up walking outside for hours afterward to feel better (laugh). Breakfast was more standard compared with dinner, but still very satisfying. As for the Onsen, “Hoshi no Yu” was truly outstanding—I highly recommend trying it at least once. Waking up early to use it was a bit tough, but it was absolutely worth it. The feeling of seeing Mt. Yotei from the Onsen in the morning is hard to put into words. It was truly spectacular.

This time, I knew my schedule early and made a Reservation using the early-bird discount, so I was able to stay at a very reasonable rate. On top of that, they even upgraded our Room—it was truly wonderful. The all-inclusive plan, the thoughtful touches throughout the property, and fun ideas like making your own parfait for dessert after meals were everywhere, and I found it impressive. If I had to mention a few points: the lounge had become more of a children’s play area and wasn’t very relaxing; although the floors are tatami-mat style, it was a bit hard to walk on and I wished there were slippers; and while the key is cute, I’m used to auto-lock doors so having to lock it manually felt like an extra step. Still, their hospitality was truly outstanding.

We had quite an active schedule including fixed-net fishing experiences, marine activities, glassblowing workshops at local studios near Churaumi Aquarium alongside delicious soba noodles or Agu pork shabu-shabu restaurants nearby—all thoroughly enjoyable despite being packed int

The view was exceptional—beyond the beautiful greenery, you can see the mountains of Gora. The water quality was excellent as well; it had a silky feel that left our skin smooth, which delighted my wife. The cuisine and service can only be described as outstanding. Every dish sh

The Room is compact and cozy, calming and well-equipped with everything we need. The bathroom has no step, and the bathtub is deep enough to soak up to your shoulders. The Hotel is clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious—we were very satisfied. Since we only co

The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and chatting with them became a memorable part of my trip. The exclusive lounge for guests was well-equipped and enjoyable; I made good use of it for coffee after breakfast, daytime breaks, and evening drinks. One concern I had was that s

The Onsen was excellent. The staff were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. In the private bath, I couldn’t find the power outlet for the hair dryer, which was a bit disappointing. I will visit again. I’ve found a favorite Accommodation.

Very convenient, right in front of Sakurai Station. We stayed here to visit Hasedera Temple and Abe Monju-in on our way back from Osaka. We also planned to go to Horyu-ji afterward, so we used Sakurai Station, which is served by both Kintetsu and JR. The Room was more spacious than expected and very practical. The large public bath was also very clean. If I had one request, I would have liked mineral water in the Room.

We enjoyed the warm hospitality of everyone at the Hotel, wonderful cuisine, a private hot spring source that warmed us to the core, and spacious, spotless Rooms—everything we could have hoped for. At departure, clean towels were prepared for us, and our car windows ended up sp

I’ve recently become a fan of Route Inn and often stay there on road trips. The Room was brand-new and functional, which was great. A short drive away, there were some delicious seafood restaurants, making it an enjoyable stay.

I always look forward to the Onsen, especially enjoying it while watching the koi swimming. The Shinshu Local Sake Tasting Plan we used this time was very satisfying for my family who loves sake. The staff were attentive and courteous, which I really appreciated. I think having a
