The Room was spotless, very comfortable, and easy to relax in. I didn’t use the Hotel meals or the large public bath, but a friend who stayed there did and strongly recommended it: “You should definitely try it—go in! It’s really great.” I went out drinking late and had an early

I had forgotten about the bathhouse! It was a perfect size, clean, and allowed me to relax and clear my mind in the bath. Much appreciated. The room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a phone charger. Overa

Another deciding factor was that the Cancellation Fee was free until shortly before arrival. Since we booked a Room with a separate bath and toilet, it was wonderful to relax in the large bathtub after walking around sightseeing all day. To be honest, I didn’t personally love

It was good value for the price. I would like towels to be available in the large public bath.

This was my second stay, after about a year, and it’s truly a relaxing Hotel. The interior is simple and clean. The location is quiet, yet there’s a convenience store nearby, which is very handy. The elevator requires a room key to access the upper floors, so the security feels r

It made me feel at ease. The breakfast was also incredibly delicious—I was genuinely surprised. Each dish felt carefully prepared, and the curry in particular tasted like it was from a specialty restaurant (or even better). I was able to relax in the spacious setting and was very

Opened in 2019, this is a clean and stylish Hotel. Complimentary welcome coffee is available near the front desk and can be enjoyed either at the sofa seats by the window or in your Room. Each floor and Room features design artwork, adding a touch of elegance. The large public ba

The Château Waimarama dishes were exquisite, and we were thoroughly satisfied with every course. Additionally, the chef and staff provided exceptional hospitality that deeply impressed all of us. The bathroom attached to our room had slightly tricky shower temperature controls

The Ryokan is small but satisfying as a Facility. The Room was kept very clean, and for a twin it was spacious enough—no complaints. The bath was a little hot, though that depends on the person; the simple spring water had a light, refreshing feel. There is a gender swap, but I was surprised that the bath sizes differed. At check-in we were served matcha and sweets, but since there isn’t really a shop, I would have been happy if they had offered that day’s tea sweets as a small souvenir to take home. We had both dinner and breakfast and were very satisfied with the food, and the service was good. The locally grown rice in particular was delicious. If I go to Matsue again, I’d like to stay here again and would recommend this Accommodation to others.

Thanks to their kind and attentive support, as well as the additional bath towels and blankets they provided, we were able to manage the situation and enjoy our stay. We also had dinner and breakfast at the Hotel. The meals were very delicious with generous portions, and the

This was our first trip as a couple, and we made a Reservation to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Since we’re not very experienced travelers, we were nervous at first, but the Ryokan staff were so kind and friendly that our worries quickly disappeared. I’m not usually comfortable with open-air baths, but I worked up the courage to try—and it was truly relaxing and soothing. The changing area was clean and easy to use as well. And the meals we had been looking forward to exceeded all expectations—I was genuinely satisfied from the bottom of my heart! Everything was delicious. There was venison tataki, which I wasn’t sure about at first, but it had no strong taste at all and was truly wonderful. Our attendant explained each dish carefully, which helped us appreciate the ingredients even more—thank you so much. What made us even happier was that they took photos for our anniversary and gave them to us as a gift when we left. The handwritten letter from the proprietress also deeply moved me. This is the first time my heart has felt this full—just like my stomach! We are filled with gratitude for everyone’s thoughtfulness, kindness, and warm support. We will definitely come back again! Thank you very much for everything.

The cleaning was done very well, making it a comfortable stay, almost like being at home. The large public bath on the first floor was also spacious, including the changing room, allowing me to relax in the appropriately warm water, which healed both body and mind. Thank you also

We stayed in the South Wing. We loved having a separate bedroom and a massage chair, and the entrance and wash area were spacious as well. In-room dining, a semi-open-air bath in the Room, the large public bath, and the lounge—everything we wish for on an Onsen trip was there. The meals were delicious, made with carefully selected local ingredients and thoughtfully prepared dish by dish. We were impressed by the considerate touches such as chairs near the elevator, as well as the original coffee and tea provided in the Room. Above all, it was wonderful to see how efficiently and pleasantly all of the staff worked. We would love to visit again in a different season.

The guest room and bathroom were more spacious than the Business Hotels I usually stay at, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a well-balanced selection of Japanese and Western dishes, along with local specialties, and I was very satisfied. I would like to s

The front desk staff were extremely courteous, and it really helped ease my travel fatigue. It’s great that you can choose between a warm or cold hand towel. When I entered the Room, everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The air conditioner temperature control was

First, I was amazed by the extensive selection of champagne and wine. In addition to Taittinger champagne, there was another type available, as well as rosé and white sparkling wines. The red wine selection included options like Lagrange's second label, New Zealand's Osawa Sauvig

In the evening, I enjoyed tempura cooked right in front of me at the restaurant Oomi, which was truly a professional skill, and it was very delicious. The next morning, the weather was incredibly clear, and the view of Lake Biwa from the Room was the best. The only disappoint

This Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The view from the Hotel was also fantastic. This time, I stayed in a Corner Twin Room, which was spacious and even had a massage chair, allowing me to have an extremely comfortable stay.

The Room we used was necessary and sufficient, as we spent most of our time sightseeing and little time in the Room. Also, the interior, bath, and toilet were very clean and pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying, and the breakfast buffet had so many options
