The location was very convenient, allowing me to enjoy dinner at a highly-rated local izakaya and take a stroll in Kansui Park, home to the world’s most beautiful Starbucks. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower. The front desk staff kindly provided detailed inf

The Room layout is also well designed—the door isn’t directly in view from the desk, so I could work calmly. Breakfast was high quality too, and the meat-and-tofu soup was delicious! They also serve excellent fruit, and at this price with breakfast included, I’m very satisfied.

I usually use Toyoko INN and Route Inn. I learned about Dormy Inn through another website offering a "Yonaki Soba Service." The large public bath was clean, spacious, and available for long hours. I also enjoyed the four types of ice bars at night and the lactic acid drinks i

At check-in, I believe it was probably the same staff member as last time, and they welcomed me warmly again. There were no issues, and I stayed comfortably in a clean Room until check-out. Although the Room was near the elevator, it was very quiet—perhaps because the other g

The large public bath is also very pleasant. I had breakfast, and the menu was abundant with ingredients from Matsuyama, such as sea bream rice, and it was very delicious. The services, such as night soba and free ice cream, are excellent, and I would definitely like to use this

I found it pleasant enough, but it seems it was tough for my daughter—our Rooms may have been next to theirs… The large public bath on the first floor was clean, and my daughter used it twice—at night and again in the morning. I was too tired to go. Breakfast was also very s

The bathroom and toilet were separate, allowing for a relaxing experience. The pajamas were in a separate style, there were plenty of outlets, and a full-length mirror was provided. It’s been a while since I’ve stayed somewhere with absolutely no flaws. I will definitely stay h

The lobby and lounge also had lovely interior design. Both the lounge coffee and the breakfast coffee were delicious, and I was very satisfied. I chose the American breakfast, but the Japanese set also looked delicious. There were many guests from Europe and North America, and I

The Room was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was great, and I was impressed by how spotless it was—clean enough to lie down on. The staff were cheerful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Through various changes such as the GOTO campaign during the pandemic, main building renovations, restaurant updates, and the removal of karaoke boxes, I am reassured by the consistent hospitality that remains unchanged. I hope this welcoming atmosphere continues in the future.

Traveling by train, I was surprised to find such a wonderful Hotel in Uno. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We also went to Tamano-yu on both days and enjoyed a relaxing time there. There are plenty of places for lunch, and the yakitori we had at night was the best I’ve

I stayed for one night in Kobe Sannomiya recently. I was especially pleased that, despite being a Business Hotel, it had a large public bath. Initially, I was considering another capsule hotel, but I decided to switch to this one—and it was the perfect choice. It would be even be

They also provided "moist cake-like castella," a specialty only available in Nagasaki—thank you so much! There was also a night walk service where we were guided to a hilltop with beautiful night views—it was an amazing experience that made me feel closer to Nagasaki. Altho

Before my stay, I received a thoughtful phone call, and they kindly accommodated ingredients I can’t eat. Thanks to that, I enjoyed beautifully presented and delicious cuisine (Kyoto-style kaiseki with local ingredients) along with local sake—completely satisfied. When I mentione

After crossing a narrow bridge just wide enough for one car—heart pounding—you’ll find a charming Accommodation waiting for you. The historic building is kept very clean, and all the staff were pleasant, making our stay comfortable. The abundant free-flowing Onsen can be enjo

My partner was very happy too, which made it even better. The focaccia in the lounge was also delicious, Mikane Shrine—which we visit every year—was just a few minutes’ walk away, and there were many great restaurants nearby, so the location was perfect! We’d love to stay again n

We received very courteous service, including guidance to the parking lot upon our arrival at 8 PM. The temperature and humidity in the Room were just right, making it very comfortable. The large public bath was also clean and beautiful, as expected from Route Inn, providing a st

We stayed here for our second night. We were blessed with great weather—it was perfect. Since we arrived early, we visited Otaki Falls nearby, but the valley was deep and the elevation changes were intense, leaving us completely exhausted. (There were some fallen trees and rockfalls, so we had to take a detour.) This is a wonderful auberge, just as reputed. That day it was only our group, so we fully enjoyed the private bath, and the Room was lovely—we could relax and truly enjoy a cool summer getaway. Every dish was delicious, and the wine at dinner was outstanding. We were especially impressed by the peach dessert. The owners’ warm hospitality was exceptional—this has become an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again.

The group members were delighted, saying it was wonderful, very satisfying, and the best ever. It was truly a great choice of property. The staff's greetings and small attentions made for a pleasant start, and we were filled with surprise and excitement at the luxurious dinner. E

The Room was spacious and more than adequate. We also enjoyed the Onsen. The meals were satisfying. There were power outlets throughout the Room, so we had no trouble finding places to charge devices. If anything, it would be nice to have a power outlet at the living room table as well.
