I stayed here while searching for a home from another prefecture. The Room, large public bath, amenities, breakfast, and staff were all excellent—everything exceeded my expectations!! The breakfast in particular was delicious and fresh, with nothing to complain about. I didn’t us

Unexpected services brought joy to the entire family. The facility was exceptionally clean, and the Ainu art displayed throughout provided a sense of tranquility. We were deeply impressed by the courteous behavior of the staff, including their attentive presence in the hallways

I had a memorial service in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, and I usually book a Hotel in Nagoya, but this time I decided to look in Gifu and found this place. A (new) Hotel located inside a park. The front desk area and the Room were clean and functional. There’s no bathtub in the Room—only a shower—but there’s a public bath nearby, and guests can use it for 500 yen with the accommodation discount, so it didn’t bother me at all. Drink prices at the shop are reasonable too. There were no negative points at all, but if I had to mention one thing, it might have been nice to have a chair in the guest room (maybe I should have requested one). I was traveling with someone (this time my son in his 20s), and we ended up sitting side by side on the sofa, but the space between the sofa and the bed was narrow and a bit awkward to use—that’s about it. Recommended for young couples or families with children, including for its location.

We visited to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. It was a long drive from Yokohama to Nagano, but this was a wonderful Accommodation that truly made us glad we came. The in-room open-air bath was a little hot and needed some adjustment, but it was clean, spacious, and free of insects. The shampoo and conditioner also left our hair smooth and silky. (Some Ryokan at this level still leave your hair feeling rough.) All the staff who welcomed us were smiling, and during dinner the head chef served the main dish right at our table. Everything was delicious—made with local ingredients and carefully prepared with great attention to detail. On our way out, they even opened the souvenir shop in the main building earlier for us, so I was happy to be able to buy the souvenirs I wanted. My parents were very pleased as well, so we would love to visit again while they are still healthy.

As a couple, we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. We had high expectations because the Reviews were highly rated, and this Hotel truly lived up to them. The Room layout is closer to that of a Business Hotel, but it was very clean, well equipped, and we had no complaints. The large public bath was never crowded, so we were able to use it several times during our stay. There was also a massage chair, which made it easy to unwind and relax. Breakfast was a standard buffet with plenty of variety. The French toast in particular was delicious. We also enjoyed visiting the adjacent Isuzu Plaza more than we expected. If you stay here, I recommend making a Reservation in advance for the tour.

The food was also very delicious, and I was very satisfied. There were plenty of bath towels and face towels prepared at the entrance of the bathroom, and I was very happy to be able to use new towels each time. Recently, I have felt that many so-called luxury Stays no longer

All the staff had wonderful smiles, the art-filled space was relaxing, and the food was excellent—our child was smiling the whole time. We thought it would be even better if children could stay together in a wider variety of Rooms. It became a great summer memory.

The staff, the Room, and the meals were all excellent, and I was very satisfied. You can’t see an Okinawa-style coastline from the Hotel, but that was fine since I enjoyed it during the day. Considering the price, it’s a perfect 100/100! I highly recommend this Hotel. It’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again when I visit Okinawa.

The amenities and mini-bar were well-stocked with delicious options like beer and Kaga Bocha tea, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The dinner we had been looking forward to exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and engaging, making for an enjoyable and memorable even

Each time, we are amazed by the Tange architecture of the Grand Villa and Garden Villa, and we always stay at the Glamping Garden, which is the only accommodation where dogs are allowed. We hope that someday dogs will also be able to stay in the Grand Villa or Garden Villa. For n

We were extremely satisfied with the clean Room, the view from the large public bath, the excellent food, and wonderful hospitality. The free drinks in the lounge, welcome dessert, amenities in the large public bath, and plenty of towels were all well provided—this was a Hotel we

In February last year, during a three-day trip to Shizuoka, I was moved by the Yume Terrace and visited the hotel's garden terrace for lunch for the first time. After hearing my wife's "most wonderful view of her life" many times, I reserved a twin room with a view of Mt. Fuji an

Baby chairs and baby baths were also provided for families with children, ensuring peace of mind. Guests could select their own yukata patterns along with personal zori sandals—hospitality truly extended everywhere. It turned out to be an extremely satisfying stay. I definitely

The only regret was not being able to read a book at such a wonderful inn. Next time I visit, I will definitely bring a book and read on the comfortable terrace! I was able to forget the hustle and bustle of daily life and spend a relaxing time. Thanks to Rokka, it was a great

I first visited in March and have been coming every month until August. There is a new menu each month, and everything has been delicious. The grilled eel and pike conger with plum sauce from last month were particularly outstanding. This month's highlights included the tuna tast

The Room is as stylish as a city hotel, and above all, the bathroom facilities—such as a separate washing area and even a rain shower—make the experience feel truly different and satisfying. When the Hotel is this good, it’s relaxing whether you’re traveling or on business. I di

It was a wonderful Hotel! We chose a Plan that included two sessions in the private family bath, and it was such a relaxing time together as a family—making great memories. All the staff were kind, and we enjoyed an elegant stay. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable
