It has a small entrance where cars cannot stop at the front door, and it is not a large Hotel that can offer a grand welcome, but it is wonderful. The cuisine, in particular, is excellent. I have stayed at various luxury Resort Hotels, but this place seems like one I would return

The entrance and the Room are all clean. Directly connected to the station, it's always convenient to use. The man at the front desk during check-in and the man during check-out were both smiling and smart. The trainee name tag with the beginner's mark was charming and nice. I'm

The front desk staff were very efficient and kind, there was a large public bath, the breakfast buffet with a great selection of Nagoya specialties was delicious, and the Room was clean. It was a wonderful Hotel with a very high level of satisfaction. I would definitely like to s

The large public bath felt around 43–45°C to me, which was too hot to soak in, but the Room, changing area, and bathing area were kept very clean. Even when fully booked, it was an easy Hotel to stay in. Great value for money—I would definitely return—and I recommend this Accomm

The room and facilities were clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Amenities were well-prepared with no issues at all. The staff provided polite and pleasant service. The cost performance was excellent, and the location was perfect, making it one of the most comfortable Busi

The Hotel was clean, and we enjoyed delicious meals. However, it was exactly sunset time, and it was disappointing that the curtains were closed so we couldn’t see it. The Onsen had a wonderfully silky texture that left our skin smooth! We used it three times. One thing that concerned me: when we arrived, a staff member came to take our luggage. While we waited with our dog in a stroller, we were told to wait outside until check-in at the front desk was completed. Waiting outside in the summer heat didn’t feel appropriate. If possible, I would have liked to wait inside—even in a corner of the lobby—while only one representative went in to complete the check-in. I heard that around autumn there will be a new Accommodation where guests can stay with their dogs, and I’m looking forward to it! I would also be very happy if there were a dog run.

On my first trip to Kusatsu Onsen, I stayed for two nights in the private open-air bath guest room “TAKASAGO.” Guest Room (TAKASAGO) The layout is wonderfully spacious, with the bedroom and tatami-style living area separated, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Personally, I felt the room was a little dim due to limited natural light depending on its orientation, and I would have loved a larger sofa where you can really sink in rather than a low table—but overall it was an expansive, truly luxurious space. The tatami room with the low table faces a private garden and had a lovely sense of traditional charm. The maisonette-type rooms looked brighter and seemed to have more comfortable sofas as well, so I’d like to try one next time. Onsen Two different hot spring sources—Jizo Gensen and Bandai Kosen Gensen—are supplied here, making for an indulgent bathing experience. In addition to enjoying high-quality spring water anytime in the in-room open-air bath, the three private reservable baths each had their own distinct character and conveyed refined Japanese aesthetics. I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in Onsen throughout my stay. In particular, I loved “AWASE,” where three tubs are lined up from low to high temperature so you can experience a traditional bathing method—I went back again and again. Breakfast As dinner service was suspended during my stay, breakfast was the only meal offered—but its quality was outstanding, easily on par with dinner. I often stay at cuisine-focused Ryokan, and this was among the best I’ve experienced: creative composition of dishes, cooking that brought out the best of each ingredient, and thoughtful selection of tableware that elevated every course. Hospitality & Service The staff’s attentiveness and perfectly balanced approach—present when needed but never intrusive—left a strong impression and made my stay very comfortable. While there are a couple of minor preferences regarding the guest room setup, overall I was extremely satisfied with every aspect: Onsen, food quality (breakfast), and hospitality. I would absolutely love to return when visiting Kusatsu again.

This was my third stay during the New Year. Very satisfied! Great value for money. Thanks to the attentive service from the hotel staff from the New Year, I was able to spend my time comfortably. Really grateful. I will use it again next New Year. One or two requests..

We stayed to celebrate a birthday. The Shuttle Service between the nearest station and the Hotel for both arrival and departure was extremely helpful, and we truly appreciated the driver’s hospitality. We were very satisfied with the Room and the private bath, the meals were delicious, and all of the staff were warm and welcoming, allowing us to relax at ease. We would love to visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

I stayed here four years ago and came back because I was craving soba. The Onsen water still has that silky feel, and it’s as wonderful as ever. This time I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay and was able to truly relax. The soup curry at breakfast was also delicious, so I bought soba dipping sauce and packaged curry as souvenirs. We laughed remembering how last time we wondered, “Can we get through this way?” and then had to turn back from a dead-end road—classic Hokkaido travel. It really reminded me that eastern Hokkaido has great Onsen Accommodations. I’d love to come again.

The kids also loved the kids’ area. We had a wonderful time at a reasonable price. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind. The Shuttle Service bus driver was also friendly and took great care of us. The stargazing tour with explanations was excellent, and we would definitely like to

The guest room, filled with the scent of wood, offered a sophisticated design and high-quality amenities, creating a truly relaxing space. Dinner was particularly memorable—a sensational experience. Utilizing local ingredients from Nasu, the dishes were innovative and beyond e

For breakfast, we went to the 10th floor of View Hotel's main building and enjoyed delicious food while gazing at Tokyo Skytree. Since there were four of us, we stayed in connecting rooms but also spent time chatting comfortably in the lounge with some snacks. It was a very enj

I’ve had more chances to stay at other Route Inn hotels recently, so this time in Matsuyama I chose Route Inn instead of my usual Accommodation. It’s a little far from Okaido, but there are plenty of izakayas nearby, and it was great that parking is available on-site. The breakfa

The late-night soba noodles, ice cream service, and lactic acid drinks—signature offerings of Dormy Inn—were greatly appreciated! Every time I think, "What a great deal!" and feel happy about it. The manga corner is also well-stocked. And the bath facilities are excellent!

After finally arriving through heavy rain on this trip, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The meals were served in a calm lounge, and we could really feel the care put into each dish. The Onsen was wonderful, but unfortunately, due to torrential rain severe enough to trigger warnings, the water temperature dropped on the morning of the second day. We were especially disappointed that we couldn’t use the bath in our Room. With expressways closed, sightseeing wasn’t possible at all, so we’d like to come back next time for a retry. The Accommodation is a pleasant, clean Hotel, and all of the staff were very kind.

From the front desk service to the fluffy bedding, cleanliness, and room scent, this hotel chain offers nothing excessive and truly provides peace of mind. The subtle touches like post-onsen ice cream, late-night ramen, and small sweets in the room are absolutely wonderful with
