The baths—both the indoor bath and the open-air bath—were clean, with wonderful views, and we were very satisfied. Alcoholic drinks were also available as welcome drinks until 11:00 PM, which we enjoyed after our bath. The meals and baths were excellent, offering outstanding

Sendai Ginza is right in front of you, and popular spots are just steps away. There’s also a large public bath, and I really enjoyed the shampoo bar. Coffee is available in the lobby. And breakfast! It was incredibly delicious! I stayed for five nights, and there was

Relaxing in the Onsen while being soothed by the island's birds and nature! The Hotel staff were also very kind, making it a completely relaxing experience. They even prepared birthday flowers for us, which deeply impressed my husband with their hospitality. I would love to v

Upon arrival, I was surprised to find a building with a movie theater, bowling alley, large public bath with sauna and stone bath, family restaurant, and for some reason, a pachinko parlor, and a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very satisfying. The greetings fro

This was our first stay with my husband, a friend, and two dogs. The Room was spacious, and although it rained both nights, we were able to relax and take it easy. The dog run was covered with wood chips, so our dogs’ paws didn’t get muddy. Having a free-flowing hot spring bath in each villa was very appealing, and my Onsen-loving husband took many baths and was very satisfied. This time we chose the No Meals Included plan, but we bought cheese and bread from the shops introduced in the in-room guide for this Accommodation, and everything was delicious. We’ve been talking about staying for three nights next time. We’re looking forward to staying again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The French cuisine, which harmoniously blends classic and nouvelle styles while emphasizing local ingredients, allows you to fully enjoy the essence of Shinshu in autumn. The Onsen is serene, clean, and relaxing. Above all, the warm and refined hospitality of each staff member cr

Among city hotels, this is an excellent hotel, second only to Kimpton Shinjuku. With a price range about 1/5 of Kimpton's, it offers outstanding value for money. It's truly wonderful to have a hotel near Nijo Castle that allows large dogs. I will definitely stay here again!

We visited with three generations, including my elderly parents and son. The entire facility is adorned with paintings by famous artists, making it feel like an art gallery. My father, who used to work in the art field, was also amazed. Everything was very tasteful and elegant,

The price was a bit high, but I added breakfast. Local Hokkaido specialties such as soup curry, herring, and seafood were available. Everything was excellent. After breakfast, it felt great to take a walk around Nakajima Park. When I stay in Hokkaido again, I would definitely lik

Stayed for two nights to celebrate my mother's 94th birthday, and both of us were extremely satisfied. My mother, an onsen enthusiast, has stayed at countless onsen ryokans, but she said, "The cuisine at Seiryukan is the best I've ever had." The quality of the onsen, room design,

I stayed here last year and again this year. It’s a great Accommodation.

The large public bath isn’t huge, but it was very clean and the Facility and overall setup were excellent, so the satisfaction level for the price is extremely high. Breakfast also lived up to everyone’s Reviews—you could really see the attention to detail—and I had a wonderfully

We stayed for two nights in a Suite and a connecting Room. We were completely satisfied with the Room, service, and food. The location—inside KITTE Osaka—also meant we could enjoy dining outside the Hotel without ever going outdoors. For dinner on the first night, we had takoyaki

After meals enjoyed coffee by irori hearth until time allowed to fully enjoy private open-air baths again. Due to my carelessness there occurred an accident but staff at Ryokan took great care assisting me through their courteous response - thank you very much! We will definitely

The cute interior and luxurious sofas... I had a great time walking around the facility with my friend whom I hadn't seen in a long time. There were two hot springs, both clean and not crowded, providing a pleasant time. It was nice to have a relaxing time even without playing go

My husband said it was the best, to put it modestly. We watched both the sunset and the sunrise for a long time. Since we can’t eat a lot, it was great that there’s a restaurant where you can order à la carte instead of having to choose the set dinner. The amenities were also well stocked. This is an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again.

You can enjoy delicious coffee anytime as a welcome drink. The Onsen is very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The Hotel is clean and well-maintained. There’s a stylish izakaya nearby where you can enjoy dinner, making it convenient. A coin laundry is availab

The Wi-Fi speed was super fast, the refrigerator was large and cooled well, and the bed firmness was just right. At check-in, there were tea and coffee machines next to the front desk, and the amenities were well stocked—there were even Sekkisei products! This is a Hotel I’d love

The service was elegant yet warm, always prioritizing guests' needs above all else. Experiencing true excellence made it an incredibly satisfying day for both my friend and me. I left thinking that I absolutely want to find an opportunity to return here again within the year!

The food in the lounge was also high quality; this time, in addition to the standard offerings, there were seasonal dishes as well, which made everything even more enjoyable. We also used the spa and gym and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. It was a truly wonderful o
