The sounds of birds and insects and the fresh outdoor air helped Clear away all my everyday work fatigue! Another highlight is being able to use the Onsen from 5:00 a.m. Whenever I stay here, I always take a walk around the area after enjoying the Onsen. It’s also relaxing to h

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in a Japanese-Western style Room. They gave us ice as a welcome gift, and the Room was spacious and easy to use. It seemed like there were more couples than families staying. The space from the entrance to the check-in counter was artistic

It was my first stay in a while, and I had a great time thanks to the friendly staff.

The amenities were also great; having separate shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. I usually avoid 2-in-1 shampoo as it makes my hair feel rough. I wasn’t feeling very well that day and wanted to lie down quickly, so I went straight to my room without noticing that the

It was also very convenient, close to Torokko Saga Station. We were able to ride the scenic train as well. The staff were wonderful and attentive, and thanks to their thoughtful care we had a very comfortable stay. My mother, who traveled with me, was also very happy. We would de

I stayed in a single Room, and unlike a Business Hotel, the Room was spacious. The bath was also large and relaxing. It does not have an auto-lock system, so you need to remember to lock the door yourself. The breakfast buffet offers many local specialties in addition to stan

The building is not new, but it is very clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

It’s really close to the station, so it’s very convenient. At night the lights are on, which makes it even easier to find. The Room was quiet and comfortable. Having space under the bed to store a suitcase is a great feature—this was my first time staying in this type of Room. Th

There are convenience stores and an AEON nearby, which was very convenient. The Room also had a kitchen, so I could cook even during my long stay, which was very helpful. The Room was clean and had a sense of cleanliness, making it very cozy. I will use your service again for

My son stayed here during a trip to Chiba. Because this Hotel is located very close to the Chiba Park Exit of Chiba Station, I felt comfortable letting him stay there. He was very satisfied with the pillow rental service that lets you choose a pillow that suits you, the welcome drink bar at check-in, the large Onsen bath, and the delicious breakfast. Considering the price for this level of service, I felt it offered outstanding value for money. I’d like to stay here myself someday. Thank you!

The front desk staff at check-in were very pleasant, and the breakfast buffet staff greeted us energetically, allowing us to have a very pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. Thank you very much. If I have the opportunity to visit there again, I would love to stay at this hot

I’m also truly grateful that the pricing has been kept the same. I bring my own wash towel (or sponge?) for bathing and my own hangers. The other day I saw a guest returning several hangers to the front desk, so I thought, “If you ask, they’ll help you out.” There’s a refrigera

From the room I stayed in, I could see Senaga Island and the airport runway, enjoying beautiful views and the excitement of planes taking off and landing every few minutes. It was a perfect escape from daily fatigue, allowing me to relax and have a truly healing time. I would

First, I was truly impressed by the hospitality. Upon arrival, they greeted me by name, which made me feel very welcome. The Japanese-style room was spacious and spotless. There was even a homemade dessert in the refrigerator. The bath water quality was amazing—silky and smooth—and it left my skin feeling incredibly soft. My dry skin actually improved during my stay. Both dinner and breakfast were lavish, and I enjoyed a full feast. It honestly felt like the best hospitality imaginable. I definitely want to come again!

This beautiful accommodation combined with attentive service from all staff made our stay incredibly relaxing. It left such an impression that I now prefer Kokonoe over Beppu or Yufuin when visiting Oita. This accommodation is also highly recommended for those coming from Kumamo

We stayed as a group of six, including friends, for a ski trip. It was a very lovely Hotel. The concept of the Hotel, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff were all excellent, leaving us completely satisfied. The food was also outstanding in both taste and presenta

It exceeded our expectations in the best way. First of all, the sound of the mountain stream was incredibly soothing. We stayed on the Sky Comfort Floor, and since it has been renovated, we had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed the buffet for both dinner and breakfast, and the

I chose the Western-style breakfast, but the Japanese options were also extensive; it was the best meal I had during my stay in Osaka. The front desk staff were outstanding, and everyone—from the waitstaff and chefs to the Room attendants—greeted me warmly, making my stay truly

It’s close to Sakuragicho Station, and Minato Mirai and Chinatown are within walking distance, so we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub where we could soak. There was also an aromatherapy oil service, and the fragra

The meals were excellent in both quality and quantity, leaving almost nothing to be dissatisfied about. The room was spacious yet impeccably clean, and the open-air Onsen had been renovated—there are too many good things to list! One small point: while our plan allowed check
