A wonderful Hotel. I have been using it since the Miyako Hotel and Radisson days. This is my third visit this year. The suite is amazing, offering a sense of spaciousness and comfort beyond its numerical size. A large bathroom, two toilets, and a Blu-ray player—highly recommend

The open-air bath in the room with a view of the sunrise was fantastic. The Satsuma-age fried right in front of us was exquisite! The Satsuma soup for breakfast was also superb. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I would love to stay at Ginsho again when we visit Kago

When making a reservation through IKYU or other platforms, you need to manually input your name and complete the process on the screen. However, the loading time is very long and needs improvement. Usability should also be considered for those who did not make reservations throug

I booked this hotel last minute for a trip to the Expo, and it was excellent. There is a shuttle bus from Shin-Osaka, so carrying a suitcase without having to walk was very convenient. The plan included tickets for the natural Onsen, which is located right in front of the ho

The interior had a very calm and clean atmosphere, and all the staff were very kind and courteous, leaving our whole family very satisfied. There were also foreign staff members, but their greetings and service attitude were truly wonderful and impressive. The meals, both dinner

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. The layout was relatively spacious, allowing for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed going shopping at the nearby Yoshizuya supermarket. The next morning during breakfast, my husband accidentally spilled orange juice, but the lady kindly clea

Stayed here during a trip to Tokyo. This was my second time at APA Hotel. The location has become very convenient with the newly opened Takanawa Gateway Station nearby, making it easy to get around. There is also a large public bath, which helps relieve fatigue. Breakfast offered

The tea, coffee, and toothbrush amenities were on par with a luxury Hotel. The Room was also very comfortable for working: the desk and functional designer chair were great, and there was a separate sofa and mini table. There were plenty of power outlets as well. There are four

Thanks to them, I was able to use my electronic ticket for the live event without any issues. All of the front desk staff were warm and accommodating, which made me very satisfied with my stay. The onsen was amazing and helped soothe my tired body. I would love to stay here again

The Room was also clean and comfortable—a very welcoming Hotel. The bed mattress was comfortably supportive, and with several pillows available I could adjust the height; the humidifier was especially helpful in dry Hokkaido. It rained during my stay, but umbrellas were available

Recently, many places confirm information verbally or through the room's TV, but having paper is helpful. The bed was comfortable, the chair was pleasant to sit on, and the glasses, jugs, bathroom cups, and mirrors were all stylish, making me wonder where I could buy such tastefu

I stayed on October 31. Although breakfast was included, I left the hotel around 3 a.m. due to other commitments. In my rush, I forgot the power cable for my laptop in the room. I contacted the front desk before 7 a.m. after arriving home and requested it to be sent via cash-on-delivery. The staff were very polite, and I was surprised that they even covered the shipping cost in advance for me. Thank you so much for your help! I stay in Tsuruoka two to three times a year, and I always choose Route Inn for accommodation there. Thank you again!

In these times of rising costs, saving on accommodation expenses is very appealing, especially for families with multiple children. The front desk staff were kind and attentive to the children, making our stay truly pleasant. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to F

The hotel was clean, with thorough cleaning that made the stay pleasant. I was assigned a room on the 13th floor, offering a great view of the beautiful cityscape of Sapporo. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, which was great. With a convenience store, izakayas, and a M

" You can enjoy bathing all night, and the music playing in the Onsen was wonderful. The room was spacious, and the post-bath ice cream, lactic acid drinks, and late-night ramen were incredibly delicious and added great value. I would love to stay here again when visiting H

The Yonaki Soba was exceptional with its rich broth—arguably the best in Dormy history. Its taste surpasses that of typical Business Hotel ramen and rivals that of specialty ramen shops. Interestingly, I learned for the first time during this stay that you can order a large port

We chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and both meals were absolutely delicious. The wide variety of dishes featuring both seafood and mountain delicacies showcased Kumamoto's local flavors perfectly. There was also a great selection of drinks and desserts, which e

On my trip to celebrate my 77th birthday, the Accommodation made a celebratory cake for us, and my husband and I enjoyed it in our Room. My husband also loves beer, and he was very happy that there was non-alcoholic beer (All-Free). The meals were delicious, and the staff were kind, making it a memorable trip.

The baths were very clean, and bathing while looking out over both the sea and mountains was wonderful. The Onsen water had a silky texture, and the more I soaked, the smoother my skin felt. This is a Hotel I’d love to visit again. At welcome drinks they also offered alcohol, sof

Despite booking with an early bird discount, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a slightly larger room. Both the room and the large public bath were clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious—everything exceeded my expectations. I’ve decided that this will definite
