I stayed here for the first time in about a year. It remains a truly wonderful Accommodation. The surrounding nature, the buildings, the lobby, the Room, the Onsen, the restaurant, the lounge, the drinks, the food—and of course all of the staff—everything is genuinely excellent.

During meals, our dog—and all the other dogs—were very quiet, so we could relax and enjoy our food. Afterward we were able to interact with other dogs in a friendly atmosphere while keeping a comfortable distance—it was such a lovely time. The Room felt cozy and home-like, with

I stayed for three nights this time, and I was really able to spend my time comfortably. The response of the staff was also wonderful. I would definitely like to use it again in the future. I didn't have time to visit the adjacent gourmet burger shop this time, but I definite

The staff and the meals were excellent. We would love to stay again. If possible, we would appreciate it if the noise from the Onsen drain could be reduced.

Just as the Reviews said, it was wonderful. Since a Room was available, we were upgraded to a Room with a sauna, and the staff were very polite and kind. There was ice cream, plus in the Room: 500 ml beer, a half bottle of wine, snacks, cake, yogurt, a mini pack of milk, canned o

The bath is exceptional, and the relaxation space after bathing feels like a small library with plenty of books, where you can enjoy soft drinks or wine at your leisure. We highly recommend staying for multiple nights next time to fully indulge in this blissful experience.

A perfect small luxury Hotel with impeccable views, interiors, service, dining, garden, amenities, and cost performance. With the completion of the Port Tower construction, the harbor view is now flawless. The staff provides exceptionally attentive yet swift and accurate service.

I have stayed here multiple times, and everything is perfect—the calm atmosphere, the pleasant scent from the lobby, the professionalism and word choice of the staff, their customer-first mindset, and the comfort of the Room. The location is also excellent, right in front of Mar

Last year, I stayed in November, but this year I came in the fresh greenery of May. The comfortable room, delicious cuisine, and the hospitality of the staff always make my stay pleasant. I have stayed several times in the SPA & SUITE Onsen Open-Air Terrace Twin B, which I love,

As a senior who loves onsen, I chose to stay in the largest room with an open-air bath at Shimoda Central Hotel, as it had high reviews on various travel sites and seemed cost-effective. The room, onsen, and customer service were all excellent and lived up to the reviews. TVs wer

The table for enjoying tea was different from others and allowed us to relax comfortably. The amenities included everything we needed, and the separate bath and toilet were very convenient; everything was also impeccably clean. Everyone especially liked that a pleasantly scented

The Room's amenities were perfect, from pajamas to towels, everything was impeccable. The bathwater is Onsen, and the large bathtub allows you to stretch out. The terrace that continues from the bath and Room is a pleasant place to cool off after a bath. If I had to point out a s

The hospitality of the Hotel staff is excellent. The bell staff greeted us with a smile before we even reached the front desk. The front desk staff handled both check-in and check-out with care. The club lounge staff were also very courteous, and we were satisfied with both the f

- Just a 2-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station North Exit. - Hotel staff were very accommodating. - The bathroom with a washing area is spacious despite the 17 sqm room size. - Equipped with "ReFa" shower head. - Simmons 5.5-inch pocket coil mattress provided excellent co

We were looking for an Accommodation that allows dogs to celebrate a 60th birthday, and we chose Regina Resort because the Reviews were highly rated. It exceeded our expectations, and the whole family was very satisfied. They also arranged celebratory flowers and wine in advance,

I stayed here for the first time two and a half years ago. I was completely satisfied with the Hotel’s location, the Room, and the large public bath. The property was also very clean, which left a great impression. So this time I didn’t hesitate to make a Reservation for two nights, and enjoyed visiting Mitsumine Shrine and sightseeing around Chichibu and Nagatoro. The “Tabibito no Yu” bath is a natural Onsen, and compared with other Route Inn properties it has more shower booths (and they’re ReFa), plus a larger bath—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I definitely want to stay here again next time I visit Chichibu. Thank you for taking care of us for two nights. We’ll be back. One small disappointment: the in-room TV’s facility guide didn’t work (even when pressing the Home button), so I couldn’t check how crowded the large public bath was.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. At dinner dessert came on a plate with a message on it—I really appreciated that thoughtful touch. And of course I also enjoyed the late-night staff meal served from 10 p.m.; it was authentic hayashi rice with generous pieces of meat. I’

Everything—from the meals and the Room to the amenities and hospitality—was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied with our stay! The open-air Onsen bath in the Room was incredibly convenient, as we could soak anytime we liked, and it felt wonderfully luxurious. Also, because this Accommodation has only 10 Rooms, we rarely crossed paths with other guests at “Owl no Yu,” so we could relax and enjoy the Onsen as if it were private. The kaiseki dinner was exquisite across the board. In particular, the miso-glazed eggplant (dengaku) and steamed eel rice left a lasting impression—they were truly delicious. You could really tell each dish was prepared with great care, and we enjoyed every bite to the very end. Breakfast was also excellent. It was my first time trying Nanban natto, and I liked it so much I wished I could take some home. The rolled omelet was fluffy and delicious as well. From the cuisine and Onsen to the Room—and above all, the heartfelt service from all of the staff—this was a wonderful Accommodation that satisfied us in every way. If you’d like to unwind in an Onsen while enjoying a drink and spend a relaxing holiday forgetting everyday fatigue, this is exactly the right place. We would love to visit again!

The Room and the large public bath were clean, providing a comfortable stay. All the staff members were very kind. The breakfast, including rice, bread, and side dishes, was delicious and filling. This is an excellent Hotel where even women traveling alone can feel safe staying.

Both rooms were wonderful. The dinner at the villa was exceptionally satisfying. Breakfast and the service provided by the hotel staff were also outstanding. Despite changing rooms, they facilitated a quick check-in for our second night, making our stay seamless and highly enjo
