I stayed here with an acquaintance at the end of September. The entrance was wonderful, and at check-in we sat down while looking out at the beautiful river and enjoyed a welcome drink and some sweets. The Room had a pleasant woody scent, with a modern Japanese style, and was just the right size for two people. We stayed in an annex building, and were told we could enjoy a hot-spring tour by visiting HAZU across the river, so we went right after being shown to our Room. Both dinner and breakfast featured an incredible variety of dishes—it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. In particular, the wild boar soup at breakfast was served with miso balls that we dissolved ourselves, which made it even more fun. After breakfast we went to the bath again, and from check-in until the 10:00 check-out time, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

I was able to fill the bathtub and soak, which relieved my body fatigue. When I got off the elevator on the 10th floor, I was surprised by the cold hallway. It was like an apartment building with an outdoor corridor. It was interesting. Although my check-in was late, some

Nearby are convenient options like AEON Mall, family restaurants, McDonald's, Sushiro sushi chain, convenience stores, and drugstores for dining or shopping needs. This is a wonderful hotel where we promised the staff that we would definitely return again. Highly recommended fo

The Room had an Onsen with a rock bath, and it was not too hot—very relaxing and pleasant. Dinner was delicious across the board, and the sashimi, especially flounder, was outstanding. All the staff were very kind and attentive, so we were able to relax and unwind. Thank you very

Relaxing in the large bath and sauna is truly the best. The room was clean, and the complimentary financier was delicious. Everything, including the service, is consistently above a certain standard, so I can stay here with peace of mind every time. I look forward to staying agai

When I consulted with the staff about these matters, they kindly accommodated our requests. (Thanks to them, my mother was very satisfied! We are truly grateful!) Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and made our stay very comfortable. Of course, the meals and onsen wer

You can watch YouTube and more. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was great as well. I really liked the relaxed, separate waffle-knit loungewear. The coffee at the breakfast venue was delicious, and it was nice that I could take it back to my Room. I will stay

She was very pleased, satisfied with both the crab and the wagyu beef. The breakfast was also excellent, with delicious rice cooked in a pot and the option to have more miso soup. The Room was on the first floor of the North Building, right next to the bath and breakfast ven

I stayed at this Hotel I’d been interested in for a while. From the moment I arrived, the attentive service and warm Kyoto dialect helped ease my travel fatigue. Amenities are available on the shelf next to the front desk, and they also provide bags—such a thoughtful touch. Both

This isn’t unique to Comfort Hotel, but when traveling by car, business hotels in suburban areas where you don’t have to worry about parking are very reassuring. The amenities were more than sufficient, and since the loft bed is close to the ceiling, it stayed nicely warm with th

There’s a Ryubo department store nearby, a FamilyMart on the first floor, a popular sushi restaurant close by, and it’s convenient to both the Yui Rail and bus stops—I'd love to stay again. The ceiling artwork with lemons is bright and cheerful; it somehow made me feel like I’d

Both the Room and the bath were clean, and the staff provided pleasant service, making our stay very satisfying. Thank you very much.

This was our first trip to Tokyo, and we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a party of two. It’s very convenient—just a short walk from the exit after going through Yaechika from Tokyo Station. The staff were kind and attentive, which made for a pleasant start to our stay. The Room was spacious enough for two people, and the bed was almost too big (in a good way!). During our stay, we didn’t hear any noise at all from neighboring rooms or the hallway. It was so quiet that we wondered if we were the only guests on this floor—thanks to that, we slept soundly every night. There were many Western guests as well, and everyone was friendly and well-mannered. In the elevator they would let us go first, and they’d smile when passing in the hallway—it really impressed us. We had a completely stress-free stay, which made our Tokyo trip truly enjoyable. Thank you very much to all the staff. We would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo!

Stayed at a hotel close to the airport as my flight arrived at Naha Airport around 10 PM. Conveniently located near the station with a large public bath, and the clean room was very comfortable. The bus stop to Jungleia was also nearby, making this accommodation an excellent choi

The Room was just like the photos—super stylish and it really got us excited! It felt like we were sharing a house together, and it was a lot of fun. There were plenty of amenities too! As for service, we checked in on a tablet because no one was at the front desk, so we didn’t r

The bath, Room, and meals were all great. It was nice that the bath was available anytime. The meal cooked over the irori was excellent. The gohei mochi was delicious. The white rice was also superb. The desserts for dinner and breakfast were good too. The strawberry dessert

I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. Although I initially used the room's bath out of convenience, my body felt stiff, so I decided to visit the large public bath. As expected from an onsen, it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet at Route Inn Group is always excellent, and Toyama Inter is no exception. The menu changes daily, making it a traveler-friendly choice for business trips.

The staff at the Hotel were very attentive, the Hotel was clean, and the large public bath was especially excellent! I would love to stay again!

Used for a live show at Yokohama Arena Close to the station, with a decent number of convenience stores and restaurants nearby—I found a great-value Hotel just 9 minutes from Shin-Yokohama. I’d like to stay again, but I’d really appreciate it if the parking fee could be set a

We stayed for a family trip with breakfast only. The room has four beds, and thanks to the two-seater sofa and table, even four adults could relax comfortably. The bathroom area was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed a relaxing bath. The view from the window and from the restaurant was wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. Since this trip was mainly for sightseeing, next time we’d like to spend more time relaxing at the Hotel. Highly recommended.
