We arrived by car. Before check-in, we went to confirm the parking, and the front desk staff kindly advised us that if we planned to take the car out after checking in, the affiliated parking lot would be best, but if not, a nearby coin-operated parking lot might be cheaper. Thanks to that advice, we were able to keep our parking fee low. Thank you very much. The drink service and complimentary breakfast also had a great selection and were delicious. The special dessert financier was especially tasty. We were also happy they had apples. The large public bath operates on a rotating schedule, and when it was the men’s time slot, there seemed to be too few washing stations. It looked like someone entered without washing first, which he found unpleasant. (This is not a complaint about the Hotel—more of an individual issue—but it would be nice if guests could be mindful.) Since there were three of us and we had a lot of luggage, it would have been even better if there had been a simple luggage rack or stand. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for taking care of us.

The rooms and bath facilities were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, and we ended up eating more than we expected. The staff were also wonderful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much for everything.

A hotel where both people and pets can relax. Meals are served in the room, allowing you to enjoy them at your own pace without worrying about others. The feast was so abundant that it was hard to finish, but everything was delicious. Even though we were full, we couldn't waste it and managed to eat it all. The room had an open-air bath, and there was even a bath for dogs, which surprised us. We've stayed at various hotels that allow pets, but this one had the best food, rooms, and staff service by far. We definitely want to stay here again!

The Room and bathroom were very clean. The coffee was especially delicious. Thank you. However, the refrigerator under the TV did not cool properly, and the mineral water remained lukewarm until the next day (even after adjusting the temperature settings).

It was a great and interesting Hotel. The little ones were also delighted. The breakfast was plentiful and very satisfying. The price was reasonable and easy to use. I would love to stay again.

I also enjoyed the open-air bath and sauna in the large public bath, the ice cream after bathing, and the late-night Yonaki Soba. The arcade and Sakuramachi were very close, making it an ideal location for sightseeing. It was a great Accommodation, just as everyone said. I would

They enjoyed their private dining room, and both the couple and kids were very satisfied with the meal. To top it off, they could watch fireworks during dinner, which made it even more special. The rooftop open-air bath was also very relaxing. When I dropped them off at the Ryoka

Hakodate Ropeway station, and it’s also a quick taxi ride. There’s an Ajisai ramen shop right in front of the entrance. The bath was clean, and the hair dryers included Panasonic and Dyson models. I was also able to try different shampoo and conditioner options. After the bath,

The Room was clean, and the semi-double bed was spacious. Being on the ladies' floor, the amenities like shampoo were of high quality—such a great Hotel. The pillow was amazing—absolutely perfect. I want one! Honestly, I even want the bed frame and mattress because they were so

Although the sky was cloudy, seeing the sunset through breaks in the clouds, enjoying a string instrument concert, and relaxing in the spacious garden with a borrowed picnic set all became wonderful family memories. Above all, the Room was truly lovely. Not only was it spacious,

The amenities featured Tsugaru lacquerware and Kogin embroidery, along with a beauty device, humidifier, and even apple juice—everything was perfect. Of course, the cleanliness of the Room and bathroom was outstanding. Compared to other Hotels, JAL truly stands out. I chose this

This was my fourth stay. This place is exceptionally well-equipped for dogs, and everything is comfortable. When it comes to Facilities where you can stay with your dog, owners often have to compromise on something, but here both the meals and the baths were completely satisfying. The Hotel staff are kind, and it’s simply a very welcoming place. We stayed during the Obon holiday period, but it was wonderfully cool, and our dog—who had been worn out by the summer heat of over 35°C every day—was full of energy again. It’s truly an ideal summer retreat.

I was very satisfied with the bath and room, which helped soothe my tired body after the marathon. Everything was clean and comfortable to use. The complimentary drinks offered after the bath showed thoughtful hospitality from the Hotel. The breakfast served the next morning had

The stylish open-air bath melted away my travel fatigue in no time. Breakfast was a Japanese set course featuring Hokkaido ingredients, with plenty of variety—especially the hitsumabushi, which was outstanding. You finish it by pouring dashi over it, making for a wonderfully ind

It used Niigata ingredients and was very delicious. The scent from the cypress bath in the large public bath soothed my travel fatigue, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like cleansing oil, face wash, and hair cream. It was a wonderful Hotel that made me want to visit ag

All of the staff greeted us warmly and handled everything with care—their smiles were wonderful—and I would highly recommend this hotel. For breakfast, it seems there can be a wait when there are many guests staying, so I recommend allowing extra time. We were lucky and didn’t h

We stayed as a family to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, we were amazed by the spacious, wonderful Room you prepared for us. When we checked out, we learned that it had been upgraded free of charge, which truly moved us even more. At dinner, you even prepared a fruit platter to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our anniversary—thank you so much. Our whole family was touched by your warm thoughtfulness. The Onsen also offered a great variety, and we enjoyed bathing many times. Most memorable of all was the dinner buffet. Not only was every dish delicious, but each time limited-quantity items were announced one after another, we found ourselves excitedly wondering what would come next as we enjoyed our meal. Thanks to the Room, the Onsen, the meals, and above all the warm hospitality of your staff, this trip became an unforgettable memory for our entire family. After returning home, my husband and children told me, “Thanks to you, Mom, it was such a wonderful trip. Let’s do it again.” That made this trip especially joyful for me as well. I sincerely appreciate all of your kindness and consideration. We look forward to visiting again as a family someday. Thank you very much.

The view from the private open-air bath in our room was stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals made with carefully selected ingredients. We were extremely satisfied. The staff's hospitality was excellent, providing detailed explanations even for us who were unfamiliar w

I am truly grateful to all the staff. The Room was very clean, featuring tatami flooring with a bed, separate toilet, and shower. There was a desk and chair by the window where I could enjoy stunning sunsets and sunrises while sipping coffee or tea at my leisure, leaving me feel

The location and the room were excellent. The room had two bottles of delicious Mizutoyama water, as well as a machine for coffee and tea. Breakfast was very delicious. Although it was not buffet-style, drinks were served buffet-style with various juices, tea, coffee, and water a
