Being able to enjoy fresh, seasonal, locally sourced creative cuisine, and the Onsen—where the temperature varies depending on where you bathe—are always outstanding. The facility is always kept beautifully clean whenever I visit, and even when staff change over, they carefully

The room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The onsen public bath (though compact in size) requires stepping outside the hallway and taking a dedicated elevator, which added to the travel charm. I was very satisfied as I could enjoy an onsen experience even at a hote

Just one stop from Hakata, about a 4–5 minute walk from Gion Station Exit 2. Carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was tough, but once inside the Hotel it was cool and comfortable, and it was great to be able to rest with the free drinks on the first floor. Nakasu’s yatai food stalls are also within walking distance, and there are nearby attractions like Kushida Shrine and some delicious ramen shops. The Room was clean, and there is a large public bath where I could relax in the tub. However, when I went to the bath after midnight it was crowded. Since visiting the yatai can make it late, I would appreciate it if bathing hours were extended until 2:00 a.m. on weekends. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Kyushu-style options, and everything was very tasty! I’d love to stay here again next time I visit Hakata.

I booked a one-night stay the day before an event. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, making it comfortable to use. The reception staff were very polite during both check-in and check-out. I appreciated the free drinks, especially being able to enjoy coffee wi

I also feel that our trip to Kashiwazaki is made possible by all of this thanks to how supportive and wonderful the Hotel staff are. For breakfast this time we got lucky and enjoyed sea bream rice—an amazing meal paired with an amazing view. We were completely satisfied. While

I made a Reservation through Yahoo Travel and received a PayPay discount, so I was able to stay for less than anywhere else. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade to a twin Room at check-in. The Room quality easily exceeds today’s Business Hotel stand

The lobby is spacious and provides a very relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the Hotel staff's exceptional hospitality made every situation comforting. As a healthcare professional working in the Shizuoka area, I found this to be a wonderful Hotel that I would love to use aga

The additional dishes we ordered—grilled spiny lobster, steamed abalone in sake, and Wagyu steak—were all exceptionally delicious. The sparkling wine from the anniversary option perfectly complemented the meal and added to our satisfaction. Even when full, I highly recommend tryi

The bath in my Room was spacious, and I was able to fully enjoy the Onsen at leisure. The breakfast buffet also impressed me in both variety and quality—especially the green beans dressed with sesame sauce, which tasted far better than anything I could recreate at home. Even as s

I stayed for 2 nights during my trip back home. First of all, the room was clean! The bathroom area was also very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of drinks available. One morning, the staff kindly asked if I preferred rice, porridge, or bread. Unfort

I stayed here to attend a concert at Tokyo Dome. The deciding factors were the easy access via a single Mita Line ride, and how delicious the Chinese rice porridge at breakfast was during my previous stay—I wanted to try a different variety this time as well. Thank you to the s

At PUKU PUKU’s breakfast buffet, kawara soba, seafood marinated rice bowl (kaisenzuke-don), and French toast are must-tries—go hungry. Even though it was only one night stay , it felt incredibly full and satisfying. It made me want come back—and also try other RISONARE propertie

A typhoon was approaching, my partner’s dentures weren’t ready, and we set off on our trip with all sorts of worries. We were even told by a local stranger that Yunogo Onsen was far away. But thanks to Nishikien’s hospitality and the outstanding sukiyaki dinner, all those concerns turned out to be unfounded. The room was spacious, and we got plenty of exercise for our legs and back. They also kindly accommodated our personal requests, making it a very satisfying start to our itinerary. The sukiyaki at dinner in particular was incredibly generous—plenty of beef and vegetables kept coming, and the sauce was delicious as well. There’s none of that sad feeling you get at famous sukiyaki restaurants where you end up counting slices; without claiming any “premium grade,” it simply tastes wonderful. Thank you for a lovely time that helped us overcome a rough start.

The room was well-cleaned, and we had a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent, without the bias towards specific customer groups often found in large properties. It felt like a property that values both group and individual guests. We had a great time taking photos

We stayed as a family with breakfast included, and the Room was clean and well maintained. The bed was firm, and we slept very well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of side dishes, all of which were delicious. Thank you to the staff for their kind service with warm smiles. There was also a large public bath, which we enjoyed at a relaxing pace.

I stayed here again following last year. From check-in, the staff welcomed me with friendly, familiar service. I accidentally left my music player behind the bedding, but they called me and kindly arranged to send it back. Thank you very much.

The service was good, and the room size and bathroom size were quite satisfactory for a hotel in Tokyo. However, the refrigerator was not working well, and the drinks that were supposed to be chilled were not very cold. Also, the checkout was at 12 o'clock, which allowed for a le

All the staff I met were friendly, kind, and attentive. The free beer in the cozy lobby was a delightful touch, and the autumn leaves were beautifully vibrant. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and felt just right. For Onsen, we visited four partner hotel locations for hot

The staff greeted us with warm smiles. They informed us about the chance to see fireflies at night, and when we went to check it out after our bath, we were amazed by the numerous fireflies. We also appreciated that the lighting was dimmed for better viewing. The Room was spacious, and both the private bath and large public bath were excellent.

Even when I requested the loan of cutlery or informed them of any inconvenience caused by our mistakes, the reception staff responded kindly, allowing us to have a very pleasant time. I am completely satisfied with the facilities, the Room, and the staff's service. I would de
