” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone there, the surprise was a success! We were able to spend such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also

From the window I could watch the Shinkansen arriving and departing, which was great. Above all, I really appreciated that the pillow had different materials on each side—since I’m not fond of feather pillows, that made me very happy. The only issue was that the Hotel entrance

From check-in to the room, everything went smoothly, and the Onsen, coffee, newspapers, breakfast, and parking were all free. There were also plenty of dinner options at the places you recommended, and we were very satisfied. We’ll be switching from other Business Hotels! The staff at check-in and in the breakfast area were very friendly. Thank you.

We take a birthday trip every year, but this was our first time arranging a cake, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much. The buffet selection isn’t very large, but everything was delicious. Our son especially loved the fried chicken. The Room had a very unique

However, the desk was long enough to place various items on it; charging cables were already provided; and I liked that the shampoo and other toiletries were DHC products. For arranging business trips for colleagues at work, I thought this might be a good option next time as we

When I made the Reservation, it was during the Obon holiday period, so only a semi-double room was available. However, I requested a change to a twin room. At check-in, a cancellation became available and you were able to accommodate the change. I truly had a comfortable and pleasant night. Thank you very much.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding—freshly fried tempura, sukiyaki, and seafood rice bowls—and may be No. 1 in this price range. Also, the value for money is unbeatable: free Yakult in the morning and free ramen and ice cream at night. It’s easy to see why it’s fully booked and

I stayed here for my first trip to Kagoshima, and everything was excellent—service, facilities, amenities, cleanliness—all perfect and very satisfying. The location is right in the heart of the downtown area, and it's also very affordable and budget-friendly. I will definitely

The dinner courses (Chinese and Japanese) at the Exiv main building are also outstanding, and with the great service from all staff, our satisfaction is extremely high. There are some Korean guests, but it is mostly Japanese guests, so it is very comfortable. We would like to k

Having a washing area separate from the bathtub is a delightful feature, especially for those familiar with Japanese customs! The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff's friendly smiles made for a very comfortable stay. It was also convenient to reach without getting lost

The Facility is new and clean, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also good, with a wide variety for a Business Hotel. I would like to stay here again.

To prepare for the heavy rain expected the next day, I stayed overnight in Hachioji near my workplace. Perhaps because it was Sunday, there seemed to be few guests, so it was very quiet and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you for accommodating my request regarding noise from footsteps on the floor above. Many Hotel Rooms tend to be quite dark due to low lighting, but this one was different. I was surprised that I could adjust the brightness by rotating the cover. It’s a simple idea, yet not something you would easily think of—I was truly impressed. It may not always be this quiet every time, but I would like to stay here again.

I stayed at the Mercure Hotel and was completely satisfied with its all-inclusive service compared to the Oedo Onsen Monogatari I visited three years ago! Welcome drink → Onsen → Dinner buffet & free drinks → Night lounge before a happy sleep. The next morning, sunrise Onse

What impressed me most was breakfast. The Hokkaido-style seafood bowl came with both steamed rice and sushi rice options, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy everything you’d hope for in Hokkaido all at once—soft-serve ice cream, stir-fried jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup

It was incredibly clean, and the view of the Skytree from the window was breathtaking. I had a very pleasant stay. The Koala's March cushion was adorable, and the Koala's March pancakes at breakfast were both cute and delicious. This has become my favorite Hotel. Thank you very m

We stayed here to celebrate my father's 70th birthday! The meals were delicious, and when we mentioned it was his 70th birthday, they immediately provided a celebratory hat, a traditional vest, and even a message card! The staff were incredibly kind and made us very happy.

With board games the whole family can enjoy, this Hotel is packed with fun and is a comfortable choice even for families with young children. The food is delicious, and the staff are warm and attentive. Highly recommended as a Hotel where you can relax and enjoy wonderful time wi

It would have been perfect if there were decaffeinated drinks available. We relished a blissful time with beautifully presented dishes in a private room for each family. The attentiveness of the staff was also wonderful. It was a comfortable trip. Thank you very much. m(_

I had noticed this place from the main road for a while and was curious about it. This time, I stayed here due to work and was very satisfied. The bath area is spacious with various types of baths available. Staff are always present, and the cleanliness is well-maintained.

I decided to visit Shizukuishi Station using the “Dokoka ni Viewn” travel plan and discovered Hotel Aishinkan in Tsunagi Onsen. I stayed at its sister property, Hotel Shion, the day before, and then stayed at Hotel Aishinkan on the second day. What made me choose it was the Yakiniku Hige dinner course. The amount and quality of the meat were both very satisfying, and being able to enjoy authentic cold noodles was fantastic. The staff were also very pleasant, so I ended up ordering an extra regular portion of cold noodles and additional meat as well. My stomach and my heart were full. Because it’s all-inclusive, I could enjoy my favorite beer at the yakiniku venue without worrying about the cost. After a bath, I could also freely enjoy alcohol in the lounge, which had a wonderful atmosphere. At breakfast, beer was available even in the morning; while I felt the breakfast selection was a little limited, I had reserved the Onsen Liner for my return trip so I could relax and enjoy it without concern. I used the large public bath and open-air bath so many times I lost count—it was truly a fun trip. It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but this is definitely one of the places I’d like to visit again.
