I stayed here during a solo trip, and it was simply amazing! To keep it short, everything from the front desk service, Onsen, breakfast, to the care of the Room was filled with hospitality. Thanks to this, I had a truly relaxing stay. It became a wonderful memory of my trip t

You can enjoy your bento meal comfortably in your Room; it’s delicious and comes in a satisfying portion even for high school boys, with salad and soup included. The miso soup at breakfast was particularly tasty. The Hotel's refrigerator is impressively cold—unlike typical ones—

I was most impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The Room felt more spacious than in the photos, the view was excellent, and the Facility was well-maintained and clean, allowing me to relax my tired body after a long journey. Dinner was a special experience, enjoying fresh i

It’s a typical Business Hotel, but the Room was very clean, and I was happy there was a large public bath. For women, you receive a key at the front desk to use the bath, which felt reassuring since I’ve stayed at a Hotel before where a man mistakenly entered the women’s bath. I

There were tons of books and manga, plus a relaxing space where you can read at your leisure—we were thrilled! We even regretted not checking in earlier. The Room was spotless—nothing to complain about. The Onsen also had a unique salt bath. Every item at the buffet was delicious

To start with, this hotel & golf course is excellent—definitely worth a repeat visit. **Pros:** - The hotel is attached to the golf course, so after finishing your round, you can return to your room and immediately enjoy a bath and a toast. - There are ice machines and mic

I used this hotel for the first time on a business trip. The front desk kindly changed my room to the ladies' floor, which had amenities that delighted women, such as a foot massage machine, two types of hairdryers, and Yakult cosmetics, making my stay very comfortable. Many plac

After a concert at Budokan, I stayed one night with my daughter. The good points were the convenient location near the station, a great seafood rice bowl restaurant nearby, and the view from the high floor. The disappointing points were that there were no amenities and quite a lot of noise came through the gap under the door.

Like many Hotels, having only two elevators can feel inconvenient during busy times. Even if you want to take the stairs for health reasons, the doors are closed, so it seems they are not recommended and you end up spending time looking for them. Breakfast was delicious. The salad was placed at the very back, after the rice and drinks; if possible, I would prefer it to be at the beginning or at the end of the line, since I plan my portions. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues.

In addition to its convenient location near the station, the reception staff were very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Overall, everything felt efficient yet thoughtfully designed—I appreciated noticing small details that reflected corporate effort while enjoying various discoveries throughout my stay. Upon arrival from afar, being greeted by friendly smiles at reception immediately put me at ea

We stayed here about 13 years ago before we got married, and it was such a great experience that we decided to visit again as a family. The bath was absolutely amazing! The miso hot pot was very filling and incredibly delicious. Although the room was 6 tatami mats in size, which

The staff at the hotel provided excellent service, making my stay very pleasant. Thank you very much. I was highly satisfied with the guest room and amenities, customer service, bath, facilities, and breakfast. The shower pressure in the bath was great, and the breakfast was

All the staff were very kind. My family of three stayed in the Room “Engetsu,” and it was spacious enough. The bath and dining area were on the same floor, so access was excellent. The bath was fully stocked—not only shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but also facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner, and lotion—and the water had a wonderfully silky feel. The meals were outstanding as well. We enjoyed a relaxing sea bream feast in our Room. They even included beer as a complimentary service, and we were truly impressed by their thoughtful attention to detail. We had breakfast in the dining area; there was a great variety of side dishes, and everything was delicious too. When I visit Shirahama again, I would definitely like to stay at Akariya again.

The facility was very clean and well-maintained. The meals were delicious and satisfying with great portions. Amenities were plentiful and convenient. It was a bit disappointing that only one indoor bath was available during morning cleaning, but I look forward to enjoying

The hotel was very good, including cleanliness. I used Yahoo Travel, and I was very satisfied with the double-sized bed. This is not something to write in a review, but after my stay, since the reservation was completed with card payment, I couldn't get a receipt from the ho

Dinner included a Hanakago set meal with kama-meshi, but since I can’t eat chicken, I asked about it and was told it was chicken kama-meshi; they kindly prepared it without chicken, which was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also delicious—especially the curry. The restaura

There is an adjacent parking lot with a FamilyMart nearby and a Seven-Eleven across the road. Within walking distance are Gusto and Don Quijote (and surprisingly an oyster hut in the adjacent parking lot! I wanted to try it but refrained). The location is truly excellent. My son

), a coin laundry with dryers, vending machines, and even a microwave—very satisfying overall. I rated the amenities 4 stars only because there were no cotton pads; otherwise, they were more than sufficient for daily needs. At the Hotel counter, there were tea bags (black tea,

I relaxed in a lovely Room, and for dinner we went to their affiliated yakitori restaurant TORICO. The next day was sunny, so I enjoyed breathtaking-view yoga and the swing at Iwatake, and in the evening I had French cuisine at the Hotel. It is now a prix fixe course where you c
