The large public bath was very relaxing. I would like to stay here again.

This was my first time staying here. It’s an Accommodation, and I was happy to find a twin Western-style Room with beds! It was quiet at night, which was great, but if I had to mention one thing, I could hear noise when the neighboring Room used the bathroom (and I’m sure they could hear us too). Other than that, I was very satisfied! I’d love to stay again.

Including stays at Hanareya Hana Akari, this was our 6th visit to Rurikei and the 3rd this year. This time, we stayed in Cabin Lumiere for the first time with two adults and one preschooler. We had previously stayed in a dome-shaped accommodation and found it very comfortable, so

It’s a perfect 5 out of 5 for me! The bed springs suit my body well, and having a double bed all to myself is the best. All the staff are very friendly as well. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you in advance.

The Room was well-cleaned, had a sense of cleanliness, and I was able to relax comfortably. I enjoyed shopping as there were places like Colette Mare and Summit Store. Access to the Red Brick Warehouse was also convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the Canal Park Station of the

The staff are always kind and very attentive. This time, I stayed in the Kinun Room for the first time. Even the room sign feels special and elegant. The room sparkles with gold accents, and the Totoblu artwork on the bed back featuring two cranes is truly stunning.

We stayed as a couple and had a relaxing experience from check-in to check-out without any complaints. First of all, we were impressed by the hospitality of the staff, who kindly interacted with us. The room was spacious, clean, and very satisfying. The meals offered a wide v

Every dish, starting with the main beef course, was exceptional in both quality and quantity (almost too much), and everything was absolutely delicious. Both my spouse and I were extremely satisfied. During dinner, we received a commemorative gift for our 40th anniversary, and up

Everyone was thrilled with the beautiful dome-shaped tents and lovely rooms. Although it rained heavily from midnight, and the sound of wind and rain hitting the dome made it hard to sleep, we still enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere as part of the experience. Driving a buggy was fun

The front desk, Room, and interior design are all very cute and uplifting. Many of the staff have wonderful smiles and provide kind and attentive service. There are many shops within walking distance of the Hotel, including coffee shops, bakeries, pizza places, castella shops

We stayed to celebrate our wedding and wanted a different kind of experience, especially the infinity pool. We were happy to receive congratulatory words at the front desk. The infinity pool was a wonderful, extraordinary experience—watching the sun set behind Mt. Fuji and enjoyi

I was surprised that both the shower and hair dryer were all ReFa. It was amazing. The food was flawless, with great taste and a wide variety of dishes, which made me feel truly pampered. Especially the sirloin steak—it was so tender and unbelievably delicious. I ate too much at

The hotel staff also provided excellent service; when using the male bath area where room key cards are handed over at reception, they promptly returned it with a smile even when I finished earlier than expected. I look forward to staying again on future tours or trips! If possi

Conveniently located near Nagasaki Station, tram stops, bus stops to various destinations, and express bus terminals—making it easy to go anywhere. 【Affordable】 Given all these excellent conditions, the price was reasonable. Even on a Saturday stay compared to other hotels in

This is my second stay. It's right outside the Takanawa exit of Shinagawa Station, but it's very quiet, so it has become a favorite. The room is spacious enough with a semi-double bed, and two bottles of water are provided. You can also relax in the business lounge on the top flo

I stayed at Comfort Hotel Hiroshima, having stayed at the same chain in Ise last year. The room size and breakfast satisfaction were excellent. This year, I moved from Hiroshima to Izumo and stayed at a different business hotel... It made me truly appreciate the quality of

There was also an event support fair with items like disposable goods from Megurhythm and welcome drinks—it was truly wonderful. We chose a Japanese-style room with a view of the trains passing by, which turned out to be perfect. Both my son and daughter were thrilled watching

Even though it was a Multiple Night Stay, every meal was luxurious and delicious, leaving us deeply impressed. The view from the Room was excellent, with a beautiful sea right in front of us, making it perfect. The staff's hospitality was also wonderful, making this an Accomm

I wanted a non-smoking Room, but none were available at the time of Reservation. Since my wife is sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, I emailed to confirm, and received a prompt and courteous reply, which allowed us to head to the Hotel with peace of mind. On the day, our Room was changed to a non-smoking Room, and we were also able to relax in the large public bath and recover from our trip. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Although we didn’t have high expectations for the meals at this price point, dinner was a full-course French meal and breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet—both were authentic and highly satisfying. The hospitality was exceptional as well; truly worthy of Okura's world-class re
