At check-in, I saw a “Preparing” sign and assumed it would open in the evening, but I was told it was closed today. I think it would be better to change the sign. The Room was spacious and close to the station, and the large public bath was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay

The staff were kind, and everything—the room, bath, and food—was clean and exceptional. We requested a surprise cake for my mother, which made her very happy. I was also touched when the young hostess surprised me with a small celebration since my birthday is also in March. The r

It was a non-routine, luxurious experience that could be completed quickly and conveniently on mobile. The subtly flowing BGM and detailed decorations also shone with taste, providing a very satisfying experience. I have added it to my favorite hotels and would like to use it ag

Everything in the facility was new, clean, and above all, stylish. The rooftop bar was lovely, but the private bath exceeded expectations with its sense of privacy and provided an exceptional experience. The room had tatami flooring, and since shoes were removed at the entran

I have stayed here many times, and I really appreciate that you accommodated a late check-in. I was also satisfied with the ReFa hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner. The instructions for making iced coffee were helpful during this season. The bed was spacious, and I was able to

The staff were all kind and absolutely perfect. The cleanliness of the room, its spaciousness, and the well-equipped amenities were all highly satisfactory. In particular, the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were carefully selected products that were gentle on hair and ex

I was able to relax and enjoy multiple baths at my leisure. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and healthy.

Since it was June, the weather was humid, but the air conditioning in both the check-in lobby and the Room right after check-in was excellent, making my stay very comfortable. The coffee was also delicious; I enjoyed both iced and hot options. For dinner, I dined out in Tenri C

The consecutive heatwave had left me exhausted, but my stay at Hanashin allowed me to fully rejuvenate both my body and mind. I was also delighted to be able to stay with my beloved dog. The staff were incredibly kind, the food was absolutely delicious, and the open-air bath wa

From check-in, everything was easy to find and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The bath was available until 2:00 a.m. and again from 5:00 a.m., so I could use it whenever I wanted, and I really appreciated the guest-first approach rather than rules set for the Accommodation’s convenience. The Facility was also clean—nothing to complain about.

This was our first trip to Mikuni, and also our first time staying overnight there. Our child couldn’t wait to get into the hot springs, so we checked in almost as soon as check-in opened. We headed straight to the baths with our child. Because the bath can be reserved for private use by a family, we could relax without worrying about other guests and truly enjoy it. Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath were a comfortable size, with just the right water temperature. After bathing, dinner began. We had Wakasa beef steak and a whole grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) seasoned with salt. The vinegared dishes and chawanmushi were also delicious. My partner was especially happy with the perfectly balanced salt seasoning on the nodoguro! We were also delighted by the owner’s warm hospitality. Our child was thrilled too—hamburg steak, fried shrimp, and more made for a very happy dinner! The owner told us about local fish and Mikuni specialties such as momi-wakame seaweed, which made for a truly meaningful time. Then all three of us enjoyed another private bath together—my wife and child were both very satisfied! We all went to bed at 9 p.m., then headed back to the baths first thing in the morning. After that came breakfast—the moment we’d been waiting for. Drinks were plentiful too, including green smoothies and orange juice! For breakfast, we adults had mackerel, while our child had salmon; both were exceptionally tasty. The owner also recommended visiting Mikuni’s roadside station (Michi-no-Eki) to look for souvenirs, which helped make this one-night trip feel wonderfully complete. It’s a small inn, but thanks to their kindness toward children—and an excellent balance of meals, baths, and service—we had an outstanding stay. There seems to be a resort hotel near Tojinbo as well, but we’re glad we chose Kaze no Mori instead. Thank you very much.

The in-room hot spring bath is very spacious. The cuisine is carefully prepared course by course, like French dining, and absolutely delicious. The staff are incredibly kind. I can’t find a single fault. The hot spring is wonderfully relaxing as well. I’ve stayed at many hot spring destinations, but I was truly happy to stay at a ryokan like this. Thank you very much—I would love to visit again.

We stayed here after viewing the cherry blossoms in Miharu. It’s a small, standalone Accommodation, but the hospitality was wonderful! The bath is private for each Room, spacious, and available 24 hours. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches that let you soak in the Onsen while using a face mask. As expected from an auberge, every dish was refined and delicious. We were also very satisfied with the pickles at breakfast. This is an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again!

The large public bath was excellent. It was also great to know the congestion status. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

The excellent location, sophisticated interior, and the comfort that felt just like home... And above all, the wonderful staff!! The smiles, attentiveness, and hospitality of the staff were exceptional. Thanks to them, it became a truly memorable trip. We would definitely

The room was compact yet functional, featuring a sofa and table with all storage neatly arranged around the table. It was very clean, comfortable, and easy to spend time in. The amenities were available at the front desk to pick up, including bath salts, which I appreciated. Ho

My family stayed in a triple room. All the staff were kind and helpful, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was served buffet-style, and dinner included rice bowls, both provided free of charge. The Hotel was also well cleaned throughout and very tidy.

We stayed at the First Resort for a Multiple Night Stay to celebrate my granddaughter's second birthday and visited Disneyland. We had dinner at the Hotel and they also prepared a birthday cake for us. We are satisfied with the courteous and friendly service of the Hotel staff. M

We are always comforted by the warm hospitality of the kind Hotel staff, as well as the warmth of the fireplace and Onsen. The meals were wonderful, and we are also grateful for the hospitality of the restaurant team. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy a wonderful Christmas

Thank you for taking care of us on 11/23 and 11/24. We stayed for the first time in three years, and the room was clean, and the staff in charge of the room was very kind. We were able to enjoy dinner slowly in the room, and it was delicious. The event hall was decorated fo
