The loungewear was a separate (two-piece) set, making it comfortable and easy to relax in. The buffet offered a good variety in just the right amount, and we enjoyed it. The sashimi was especially delicious. This Accommodation is highly recommended for a relaxing stay. When trave

The room was compact yet functional, featuring a sofa and table with all storage neatly arranged around the table. It was very clean, comfortable, and easy to spend time in. The amenities were available at the front desk to pick up, including bath salts, which I appreciated. Ho

My family stayed in a triple room. All the staff were kind and helpful, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was served buffet-style, and dinner included rice bowls, both provided free of charge. The Hotel was also well cleaned throughout and very tidy.

It was my first time staying in a container house, and it was the right choice. There were only the essentials for simple living, and it was easy to go back and forth to the car parked nearby to get luggage. The desk and bed were clean, making it a comfortable stay. The frozen

The Room was incredibly spacious, and the private open-air bath and amenities were absolutely wonderful! Even in the rain, you can enjoy the bath without getting wet, and the sound of rain is amazing! I visited with my 7-year-old son, and the buffet offered a wide variety inc

We stayed at the First Resort for a Multiple Night Stay to celebrate my granddaughter's second birthday and visited Disneyland. We had dinner at the Hotel and they also prepared a birthday cake for us. We are satisfied with the courteous and friendly service of the Hotel staff. M

The Room was clean. We had a twin Room, and it also had a sofa by the window, so it felt spacious—there was no problem even with two suitcases open. Since we were on an upper floor, both the night view and the morning scenery were beautiful. It was also very convenient that ther

The Chinese restaurant, Togen (Tougen), was incredibly delicious no matter what we ate, especially the chili sauce prawns and Chen Mapo Tofu, which were particularly excellent. Thanks to Castle Hotel, we were able to spend a wonderful and comfortable time. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night on a business trip with breakfast included. Some newer hotels in the same price range may be clean and modern, but their streamlined, cost-cutting approach can feel a bit impersonal. Hotel New Otani truly lived up to its reputation—both the service and the breakfast reflected the pride of a long-established hotel. Being welcomed with an in-person check-in after a long journey was genuinely comforting, and the carefully prepared breakfast—more like dining at a traditional Japanese restaurant—was a completely different experience from the typical crowded buffet venue, offering a peaceful start to the day. This time I was shown to a room on the top floor. While some aspects do feel slightly dated compared with newer international hotels, the calm furnishings and well-stocked amenities (coffee, skincare items, etc.) were very satisfying. Also, having a Japanese restaurant on the same floor as my room—and being able to have breakfast there—was excellent, as it spared me from having to wait for elevators. One small point: I also used the parking lot. Although I received a discount card at check-in, I was still charged when exiting. It’s possible I missed part of the explanation at check-in, but I would have appreciated knowing in advance how much the discount would be and how much I would need to pay upon exit. That said, thank you very much for your warm hospitality. I would gladly stay again.

Upon entering the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness. The bathroom sinks could accommodate all three of us at the same time. The refrigerator was stocked with four drinks per person, including alcoholic beverages, which was impressive. There was also one bottle of spark

I was in Otaru on business from Kanagawa, but I was able to relax and enjoy a wonderful time. Next time, I’d like to come when it’s not for work, and I would definitely love to stay here again with my family. The bath and the food were excellent.

We stayed in Room 515, a suite room. The room was clean, and the private open-air bath was spacious and the best bath. The onsen was refreshing, with a slightly viscous texture, and the low temperature made it feel relaxing. (This is just my personal opinion.) The view from

Every dish was fresh, using plenty of local ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture and Ako, and there was nothing to complain about; all the dishes were delicious. The presentation of the dishes and the tableware were also wonderful. The breakfast the next day was fresh and warm, very

The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all wonderfully comforting—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m even thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Nagoya Civic General Gym

Very convenient location near the prefectural office station. The Room was lovely, and having a separate vanity and bathroom was great. An ironing board and iron were also provided in the Room, which was very convenient. The food was delicious, and I would love to stay here

There were several kinds of alcohol—including sparkling wine—available with unlimited refills, and even snacks were provided, which made for a nice break after checking in early. The mini financiers were delicious. The refreshing smiles from the front desk staff were also very

I was drawn to the plan that offers both dinner and breakfast served in the room, so I visited for the first time with my dog. Since I booked late, I was a little disappointed that the room didn’t have much of a view, but as it happened to be rainy, we were able to relax and spend quiet time together in the room. The meals were served course-style, beautifully presented, and very delicious. A note with a full menu list and explanations of each dish was included, which made it easy to enjoy the meal at my own pace. Both dinner and breakfast were generous portions, so I was very satisfied. I think it was probably fully booked, but we rarely ran into other guests and the hotel had a very calm atmosphere (maybe it depends on the day?). I’d like to visit again when I want to unwind. Thank you very much.

The bathroom and other facilities were spotless. Thanks to the bath salts provided, I was able to relax even more. If I may add a suggestion, I would have preferred separate-type pajamas. I really loved both the city of Kobe and the Property, so I would definitely like to visit a

The cleanliness of the Room was also impeccable. One minor inconvenience was that using the elevator felt slightly complicated due to security measures. However, when I first used it, staff members kindly explained everything step by step with great care—I truly appreciated thei

The food was absolutely amazing. And with such great value for money, I’d love to come again if I get the chance. My husband usually doesn’t like staying at the same place twice, but he even said, “If we come to Tokushima again, I want to stay here.” It was truly great. The selec
