The hotel's response was heartwarming, as they seemed to know I was staying for the exam and even gave me a supportive message. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, and I was satisfied with the delicious dashi chazuke that I could customize to my liking. The resta

It’s a bit of a walk from Asahibashi Station, but there are both Lawson and 7-Eleven along the way, and there is also a 7-Eleven right in front of the Hotel. There are izakayas nearby as well as the famous Jack’s Steakhouse, which is very convenient. Breakfast offered choices, wa

Even housekeeping staff encountered inside elevators (foreign nationals)—were equally kind-hearted offering friendly smiles back too!! Next time visiting Nagano again surely choosing accommodations here remains top priority decision-wise undoubtedly!! Thankful beyond words si

Additionally, the room I stayed in faced Sakuragawa River, allowing me to enjoy the view of cherry trees just starting to change color for autumn—a delightful experience. It seems like it would also be enjoyable during cherry blossom season. I look forward to seeing cleanliness m

With its nostalgic Showa-era charm, this accommodation is complemented by 120% hospitality from the staff and a friendly hostess who will surely enhance your satisfaction. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the individually cooked Kijimadaira rice. It has become an acc

It was almost ¥20,000 even with No Meals Included during Silver Week, but we were grateful because it’s hard to find a place that can accommodate 7 people plus a pet. The location is very convenient near the station: the roadside station (Michi-no-Eki), RISONARE, and a convenience store are just a few minutes’ walk away; a local supermarket is about 10 minutes by car; and there’s also a burger shop right in front. The Facility was very clean, but the equipment had some issues. When we tried to use two hot plates for dinner, neither of them heated up. After contacting staff, we waited about 30 minutes before they were replaced. Also, we couldn’t use the oven function on the microwave oven to bake pizza, and since there was no toaster for bread the next morning either, we could only warm it using the fish grill. The appliances look stylish, but they weren’t very user-friendly. The washer-dryer was extremely helpful. There are four double beds, but if you have older children, three single beds plus two futon sets might be better. If I had to say one thing, for large groups it would be more helpful to have two sinks rather than an extra shower room. Our dog seemed to enjoy it as there is also a dog run overall we were satisfied. We’d like to stay again during a cheaper season.

They kindly accommodated our last-minute changes to the Accommodation booking and provided attentive support, including the Shuttle Service, which made us feel truly cared for. My mother, who has stayed at many Hotels, was especially pleased—she said the Room was spotless, bright, spacious, and very comfortable, and that she would like to stay again. We also felt the hot spring water quality was better than at other Accommodations. Since it was available from early morning until late at night, we were able to bathe four times. We were also very happy that plenty of towels were provided. Due to our misunderstanding, we asked to confirm the charges, but everything was explained clearly and politely, which reassured us—thank you very much. One small request: when staying with multiple people, having only one Room key was a bit inconvenient. Next time, we would like to book a Plan that includes meals.

The staff at the parking guide, front desk, and breakfast venue were all very kind, making it great to stay at such a nice hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious, and the 24-hour coffee service was also very satisfying. Although the weather was stormy

The front desk staff were very polite and greeted me with cheerful smiles, which eased my fatigue. The all-day drink bar was fantastic, and although I didn’t use it, there is also a large public bath available. The room was small but clean and functional, which made for a sat

It is easy to find as you can walk through the underground shopping street from Kawasaki Station, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. The Room is not spacious, but since I used a double bed alone, I was able to rest comfortably. Breakfast is served at Excelsior in a menu

We truly appreciated the wonderful message of encouragement from the female front desk staff member. On the morning of our departure, a male front desk staff member also cheered us on, which made us very happy. We were able to relax in the Onsen, enjoy a hearty breakfast, and hea

There’s also a convenience store on the premises, which is very convenient. The Room isn’t luxurious but is sufficiently clean and comfortable. During my Multiple Night Stay, I appreciated the dummy key provided to keep appliances like the refrigerator powered even when leaving t

Our family of four adults stayed in a 17-tatami Japanese-style Room with Ryukyu tatami mats. It was a colorful, exciting, Japan-inspired Room that international guests would love! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and truly relaxing. And the Onsen was amazing! The gently fl

Even with a different brand, the same sense of cleanliness remained, and the spacious Room and bathroom were wonderful; the service was also excellent, and it helped us recover from the fatigue of traveling with a child. Thank you for arranging the beds and for preparing extra

We stayed here as a couple over the New Year holiday. The room was clean, and we were able to relax in the bath. We would like to stay again.

I was visiting Kobe and looking for a reasonably priced place to stay when I found this Accommodation. The spa and sauna—especially the Finland-certified sauna—were excellent. The food was delicious, and I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. I’ve stayed here more than once, and I’ll continue to use it whenever I go to Sannomiya, or even when I visit Kyoto. It’s a favorite of mine.

This was my second visit. After a day of mountain climbing, I had a very relaxing stay. The French cuisine, incorporating plenty of local vegetables, was truly delicious, and the wine pairing was excellent. The restaurant is spacious with ample distance between tables, allowing g

The staff provided courteous service with smiles, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The room was compact but well-cleaned, allowing for a comfortable stay. The women-only powder room was also nice. I would choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity to visit Miyazaki.

I live in the Uchibo area of Chiba Prefecture, and I stayed here for personal reasons. There was nothing negative about the Hotel itself; however, the only thing was that the nori served at breakfast seemed a bit damp. Since it was delicious Chiba-produced nori, I felt it was a shame—I’d love for people from The whole country, or even around the world, to enjoy it. Other than that, it’s truly a good Hotel with no issues.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 5 nights. The staff were very attentive, and I had a comfortable stay. The welcome drink and complimentary breakfast were delightful and felt like a great deal. Since I used my own toothbrush, I returned the provided one saying "I don't need it," and in exchange, I received local Umaibo snacks equal to the number of toothbrushes—this was an unexpected bonus! Security was reliable, and the Onsen was very relaxing. Overall, I was very satisfied. The Room was slightly small but perfectly manageable for my stay.
