Table tennis was fun too! We enjoyed visiting the Dinosaur Museum, Eiheiji Temple, and Tojinbo Cliffs as well, but the Hotel itself was excellent. We’d love to come again as a family. If I had one request: our child always sends postcards to grandparents while traveling, so it

The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, which made me feel at ease. Also, the room was clean and I was able to spend my time comfortably. As the reviews said, the breakfast was delicious, and personally, the eel rice was the best. I would like to use this hotel again

This thoughtful layout, rarely found even in high-end hotels, made our stay after returning from travel feel as relaxing as being at home. The front desk staff were discreet yet attentive and well-trained, leaving a positive impression. It’s definitely a hotel I would like to

The meals were all delicious, and the room was spacious, clean, and perfect. I was looking forward to the onsen, so I enjoyed bathing multiple times at both Aoyama Hotel and Chambelle. At Karaku no Yu, the powder room, indoor bath, and open-air bath were spacious with a pleas

Even if you take a limited express train after work, you can check in late, so you can head out without worry even if work runs a little late. Moreover, after the renovation following the COVID-19 pandemic, the Room has been renewed. I wash my body in the Room's bath and then enj

\n To be honest, I really look forward to breakfast—there aren’t many Hotels where you can enjoy plenty of seafood such as fresh tuna, so I end up wanting to try everything.\n Last time there was heavy snow, but this season with fresh greenery is wonderful too. I’d like to visit

It was really great!

The design is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and it’s very comfortable. While a large public bath would be a nice addition, the room's bathtub is well-designed and paired with a ReFa showerhead, so there’s nothing more to ask for. The staff always provide reliable and

The staff always warmly welcomes us, making our stay relaxing. Although we couldn't fully enjoy the view of the Nōbi Plain due to the rain this time, we had an exceptional dinner with delicious shabu-shabu kaiseki and Chateaubriand. We've visited many times, and the meals hav

The bathroom was also spacious, equipped with a washing area and chair, allowing for a very relaxing bath time. After running, I could stretch in the Japanese-style room, which made my stay truly comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality. I am planning to visit again at t

We stayed as a parent and child the night before an entrance exam. The room and unit bath were very clean and comfortable. Although it was along a main road, we couldn’t hear any noise and had a pleasant stay. We were able to stay in the ANNEX building that was featured on TV, an

I always choose this accommodation for business trips. The separate toilet and bathroom are definitely appealing! The room size is standard, but it was clean and comfortable. Having a washing area in the bathroom is a big plus. Since the toilet is separate, you can enjoy so

We were satisfied with the view of the waterfall and the green mountains from our Room, and the Room was clean as well. I stayed with my mother, who is nearly 90, and we both enjoyed the delicious meals. The staff were mostly young, and everyone worked very hard, which left a goo

Every time I travel, I use Comfort Hotels in various locations. Thank you for promptly responding to my request for an extra pillow. The bathroom drainage was good, making it easy to use. Although it was a twin room, the beds were spacious, and I was able to rest very comfo

The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a sink, microwave, and a drum-type fully automatic washing machine with a dryer and detergent (quiet and usable even at night) in addition to a refrigerator, which was very useful during a Multiple Night Stay. The 1st and 2nd floo

It was a stylish, modern Hotel with no unnecessary frills. It’s within walking distance of Oura Cathedral and Glover Garden, and although I expected it to be up on a hill, it was actually in a regular location. The entrance is a café, so I wondered, “Is this really the Hotel?”—but as you go further in, there’s a small check-in counter. On the right side of the entrance there are lockers, and they were able to store even fairly large luggage before check-in, which let us head out sightseeing hands-free. When we first entered the Room, there was a slight smell that bothered me; I thought it would have been nicer with a light, refreshing scent like citrus. After a while, though, I stopped noticing it. Inside the Room was great: our whole family loved it—an elegant sofa, a large TV, beds that were just the right size, and BAKUNE pajamas as sleepwear. There was enough space for everyone to relax together; after coming back from dinner we took our time enjoying dessert. The bath was also excellent—a jacuzzi in a comfortable space with a pleasant breeze coming in. My wife especially appreciated having both a washing machine and two toilets. One thing to note is that there aren’t many places nearby for dinner—you’ll need to go a bit farther out for meals. The price was on the higher side for the season, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff kindly assisted us at the front desk, and the atmosphere inside the Hotel was pleasant. The large TV in front of the bed also made my daughter happy. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel, but it wasn’t too noisy, so we felt safe walkin

Since I had a flight at 9 AM the next morning, staying here was a perfect choice with no worries about morning travel. I stayed in a Ladies' Refa Room, and the bath amenities by Predia had a lovely scent. The Refa showerhead and hairdryer made me feel great. I have already made

This was my first time using this accommodation. It was very reasonable, yet the room size, meals, and various amenities were excellent, leaving me completely satisfied. I was surprised that both dinner and breakfast were included at this price. Both dinner and breakfast were

We also had a BBQ on the terrace, and since everything was prepared, we just had to grill, making it a delicious and enjoyable BBQ. It was a pity we couldn't see the starry sky, but unanimously, it became a property we want to stay at again. Check-in can be done in the room, whic
