The open-air bath is especially impressive—set on a corner of the building where you can enjoy views of Osaka Castle Park and the river, and designed as an infinity-style bath—making it one of Japan’s finest spaces. Among recently opened hotels in Kansai, including luxury hotels

It is easy to find as you can walk through the underground shopping street from Kawasaki Station, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. The Room is not spacious, but since I used a double bed alone, I was able to rest comfortably. Breakfast is served at Excelsior in a menu

The front desk staff were very courteous, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent and delicious. It was disappointing that the Onsen is only available in the large public bath. The location was wonderful, and we were able to see Hashima Island. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

There’s also a convenience store on the premises, which is very convenient. The Room isn’t luxurious but is sufficiently clean and comfortable. During my Multiple Night Stay, I appreciated the dummy key provided to keep appliances like the refrigerator powered even when leaving t

The high-quality ingredients were beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious—it was truly outstanding. Additionally, the attentive service and recommended wine perfectly matched the meal, making for an exceptional experience. This stay made me want to come back again someday

The staff at the Hotel were very attentive, the Hotel was clean, and the large public bath was especially excellent! I would love to stay again!

The moment we arrived and were shown to the lobby, we were greeted by nostalgic scenery and items. To be honest, the interior and furnishings pleasantly defied what you might expect from an “auberge.” It didn’t feel unpleasant at all—rather, it was a comforting space filled with a sense of nostalgia. Everything in the building was impeccably clean; even the wooden floors in the corridors were gleaming. Throughout the property, there were many handmade mini “info” posters with a wide variety of topics, and we really enjoyed reading them. Because the hot spring source temperature is low, it seems to be heated and circulated, but the water has a silky texture that left our skin smooth. The bath in our room was not hot spring water, but the view from the bathroom window was wonderful. Dinner is a full-course French meal, and breakfast is Japanese-style. Both were extremely satisfying in taste and portion size—we enjoyed them very much. There is also a good selection of drinks, and we appreciated how reasonably priced they were. The staff provided excellent service in every respect, with outstanding hospitality. For us coming from Nara, Abashiri in eastern Hokkaido is certainly not close—but this is an inn we absolutely want to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unique, local pension. Everything was exactly as described. The meals were the highlight of our stay. The owner is a very kind and friendly lady, and we truly appreciated her warm welcome. One minor note for guests traveling with large luggage: there is no elevator, so please pack light if possible.

From the room I stayed in, I could see Senaga Island and the airport runway, enjoying beautiful views and the excitement of planes taking off and landing every few minutes. It was a perfect escape from daily fatigue, allowing me to relax and have a truly healing time. I would

We stayed for one night as a couple. The interior, room, and Onsen were all clean and satisfying. The complimentary coffee provided at the front desk was very delicious. The staff were very kind and accommodating, making it a hotel we would like to stay at again.

During two business trips to Osaka this month, I stayed at Best Western both times for a Multiple Night Stay. The bed was large and the Room was spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. However, I was bothered by other guests speaking loudly in the hallway late at night. I understand that each floor may be hard to navigate, but I hope something can be done. I realized on the second day how delicious the breakfast bread is. Also, would it be possible to switch the nightwear to a stretch fabric? The cotton material felt uncomfortable to sleep in.

Since it was June, the weather was humid, but the air conditioning in both the check-in lobby and the Room right after check-in was excellent, making my stay very comfortable. The coffee was also delicious; I enjoyed both iced and hot options. For dinner, I dined out in Tenri C

The toilet and shower were convenient to use without worry, and we could open the door between rooms to chat, while still enjoying private time in separate rooms when sleeping. The clean interior and linens made for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, being close t

Breakfast didn’t have an extensive variety but included delightful options like mentaiko, soy-marinated salmon roe, and sea bream chazuke—personally satisfying and delicious! The staff were kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. Additionally, it was helpful that they

I was surprised at how affordable it was, yet the Facility and the staff service were excellent. Although it’s described as an artificial Onsen, it was very nice, and the hair dryer and shower were high quality. A women’s iron was also provided. I arrived a little early, but the staff were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay through checkout. There were books in my Room, including one by APA Hotel’s president, which I enjoyed reading. It felt like a Hotel that truly aims to please its guests. I’d like to stay again.

The Room was small, but it was very good. The breakfast was also delicious.

The staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and comfortable. I wished the bath could have been available one hour earlier in the morning, but I was able to use it at night at a relaxed pace, and I slept very well. Thank you.

The free private bath was also enjoyable. Having visited Kusatsu many times, this hot spring quality suited my preferences very well. Amenities such as towels, basket bags, colorful yukatas, and samue were thoughtfully provided in detail. Many of the staff at the accommodation we

We stayed here for a family trip with our dog. Overall, we were very satisfied, except that the steps at the entrance to the dog run were a bit hard to go down because they were like wooden clogs on the terrace. The bath being a free-flowing natural hot spring Onsen was wonderful. We’d love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed an open-air bath with night views, saunas, and daily changing Onsen options. The women’s bath also had excellent security measures that made it safe to use comfortably. It became a memorable trip for us—thank you so much! We look forward to staying again!
