The cherry blossoms in the hotel garden beautifully complement Mount Fuji, and the view from the window is truly stunning. The onsen public bath and guest rooms are consistently well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. I always enjoy local Yamanashi wine from the server a

The private Onsen was wonderful—I could enjoy a bath as much as I liked, whenever I liked, without worrying about others. The room featured Hida traditional craft furniture and furnishings, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Meals were also served in a private room, so we c

A multi-story parking lot is available next to the hotel, and the twin room was sufficient. The coin laundry was convenient, but with the large number of rooms, having only three washer-dryers made the competition a bit too high. Especially during the three-day weekends in summer

We were especially satisfied with the all-you-can-eat desserts after meals. As for the Onsen, it is available at a nearby Ryokan, but for our family who enjoys multiple visits to the Onsen, it felt a bit far. However, the silky smooth water was wonderful. We look forward to visit

Recent Business Hotels have evolved, offering services like large public baths that even top-tier Hotels don't provide, making the stay both pleasant and comfortable. The buffet-style breakfast was enjoyed in a clean space filled with morning sunlight. However, I disliked how ext

Whenever I stay in Omura, I always choose the Central Hotel. The bus terminal with convenient access from Omura Station and Nagasaki Airport is ideally located. Parking is also available, and above all, the complimentary breakfast is excellent. The room rates are reasonable, which is very helpful. The front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming.

Dinner included a Hanakago set meal with kama-meshi, but since I can’t eat chicken, I asked about it and was told it was chicken kama-meshi; they kindly prepared it without chicken, which was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also delicious—especially the curry. The restaura

Their kindness and sincerity truly moved me. The food was also outstanding—luxurious to the extreme—with exquisite sashimi, Sendai beef, and even gyutan (beef tongue). Both dinner and breakfast were very generous portions—so filling we could hardly finish everything! The only sm

The staff were all kind and absolutely perfect. The cleanliness of the room, its spaciousness, and the well-equipped amenities were all highly satisfactory. In particular, the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were carefully selected products that were gentle on hair and ex

The souvenir shop is also well stocked. Breakfast was buffet-style; we were shown to our seats, everyone had good manners, and I could take my time choosing dishes. The bathwater quality was excellent—as expected in Tamatsukuri—and the temperature was just right. The stone garden

They also had breakfast options suitable for a 4-year-old, which was great. The bath water was too hot to use, and I thought it would be nice to have a baby bath or similar so small children can bathe comfortably. All the staff were pleasant, and it’s a Hotel we would like to sta

The first place we visited, the snow-covered Taiyuin, was magnificent. Thank you so much. The Hotel had clean Rooms, and the Onsen was spacious with a pleasantly comfortable temperature that made us want to stay in forever. We were extremely satisfied. We would love to visit

The lounge also had a great collection of records—I couldn't resist playing some nostalgic tunes. There were plenty of tabletop games too; I almost didn’t want to return to my room! Watching the sunset from the Onsen while relaxing at this hotel was truly rejuvenating. I

I will definitely use it again if I have the chance. The breakfast included local cuisine, which was delicious. The access is also convenient, being a reasonable distance from the highway and the city center. Lastly, my family fell ill just before the trip, and we had to cancel

The welcome coffee was great too, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water service. I also liked being able to change towels and pillows myself. Most importantly, I chose this Hotel because it has a ladies' floor. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when visit

I’ve visited Uwajima about ten times, and I’ve stayed here almost every time. Thank you again for always providing such a comfortable stay. This time I used the happy hour service. I really appreciated the wide selection of drinks, and even having sparkling water available. One thing I thought would be nice to have was snacks. Individually wrapped items like chocolate or cheese would make it even more convenient. Of course, I understand there may be cost considerations, but I would be grateful if you could consider it. I look forward to staying with you again soon.

I stayed here because of its convenient location for enjoying a concert at Ohga Hall. This Hotel has a quiet atmosphere that lets you feel Karuizawa’s history. Thanks to the kind and attentive service from the staff, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much. However, I felt that seniors should be careful of the step in the bathroom.

The breakfast is excellent. It is served in the Room and includes soup, bread, and juice, with just the right portion size. During our 2-night stay, the soup menu changed each day, and both were very delicious. It felt like the ideal Hotel breakfast. At check-in, we received a welcome drink along with a detailed explanation from the staff. The stay was comfortable and became a wonderful memory of Sapporo.

This was my first time staying here. Having an Onsen allowed me to relax deeply. I was happy that I could use the bath all the way until morning. Since it was raining, I had dinner without going outside. The breakfast starting at 6:30 a.m. was also very helpful because I had an early departure. The staff and dining hall team were very kind, and it made my stay pleasant. Thank you very much.

This was our first stay as a couple. The front desk staff and all other staff greeted us warmly every time we passed by, showcasing their high level of hospitality. In Hokkaido hotels, it's often the case that guests are ignored, so this was a refreshing and pleasant experien
