The room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The onsen public bath (though compact in size) requires stepping outside the hallway and taking a dedicated elevator, which added to the travel charm. I was very satisfied as I could enjoy an onsen experience even at a hote

The amenities were excellent (a choice of teas, bath salts, sunscreen, etc.), and the service was very good. Cleaning was perfect except for a bag of trash under the bed and a tea-like smell coming from the kettle. There were many thoughtful touches, such as an emergency smoke hood bag, a fire blanket (maybe for a mobile battery fire?), a microwave, rental manual washing machine, and a card used in place of a Room key. For a Multiple Night Stay, fresh towels are hung on the Room door, which is convenient. They were courteous both when storing luggage and at check-in. Check-out can be done on the in-Room TV, but I wasn’t sure whether the Room key card should be left in the Room or returned to the box by the entrance.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Accommodation. This was my second stay, and it’s still very much to my taste. All of the staff were extremely kind and pleasant. I used the large public bath a total of four times! I especially love the balcony just before the bath—after bathing, I sit on the balcony, feel the sea breeze, and cool down as I dry off. As for the meals, it seems there has been a change in who prepares them, and the menu has a distinctive twist. Preferences may vary. Also, last time I stayed I remember feeling that the portion sizes were just right or perhaps slightly small, but this time there was more than I could finish.

From the front desk service to the fluffy bedding, cleanliness, and room scent, this hotel chain offers nothing excessive and truly provides peace of mind. The subtle touches like post-onsen ice cream, late-night ramen, and small sweets in the room are absolutely wonderful with

I used this hotel for a concert in Fukuoka. Although the concert ended late and I checked in late at night, the staff responded kindly. The parking is also attractively affordable. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. I definitely want to use it again. The

We take a birthday trip every year, but this was our first time arranging a cake, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much. The buffet selection isn’t very large, but everything was delicious. Our son especially loved the fried chicken. The Room had a very unique

Although most restaurants are concentrated around Miyazaki Station and slightly farther away, the distance is manageable for a pleasant walk. The amenity bar next to the front desk was well-stocked, and breakfast offered slight variations daily, making my stay very comfortable

I had a Single Room Multiple Night Stay Reservation, but you guided me to an available room on the Ladies’ Floor, which made me so happy. Maybe because it was a corner Room, it was incredibly quiet and comfortable—I was amazed at how different it felt. It was the first time I’ve

We stayed here on a trip with my parents-in-law. Our top priority was finding an Accommodation that could provide a low-sodium diet for my father-in-law, who became seriously ill last year. If possible, we also wanted to bring our dog along, since my parents-in-law adore him. Those two points are why we chose this Accommodation. From the parking guidance to our Room, we were warmly welcomed by staff with wonderful smiles. They also prepared chairs for my elderly father and even a chair for the in-room Onsen bath, so within 30 minutes of arriving at the Ryokan we already felt truly happy. What impressed us most was the meals. We were told they would “accommodate as much as possible,” and they really did—removing mentaiko, providing low-sodium soy sauce, and preparing dishes without salt or pepper. Thanks to all these adjustments, my father was able to finish almost everything. Since his illness, even eating out requires constant caution, so being able to enjoy a meal together at the Ryokan made us genuinely grateful. Some Reviews mentioned there were no dog amenities, but there were lint rollers and paw wipes available, so we had no issues. The usual overnight set you’d bring when leaving a dog at a pet hotel (pee pad tray, food bowl, water bowl) was enough. The in-room Onsen bath was very spacious, with perfect water temperature—I used it many times. All of the staff at this Accommodation were kind and pleasant throughout our stay; it was truly two days of happiness. We would love to visit again!

We were completely satisfied with the location, price, and service.

This time was my girlfriend’s graduation trip, and it was her first time visiting Shikoku, so we splurged on a suite Room. The corridors in the new wing also have a Mediterranean vibe, and our Room had a living area, bedroom, and an ocean-view bathtub—she was so impressed she bar

If one is available, you enter and lock it from inside. You can also check availability from your Room on your smartphone. Each bath is spacious enough for comfort, with pleasant stone-and-wood design. The large public bath is roomy and airy as well. Meals are served at table s

I enjoyed a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and tried “Hime Suma,” an Ehime-branded fish, for the first time. The sushi was delicious, and I was amazed by the quality of the meal and the great value for money.

We were able to participate in enjoyable events such as grilling "neki-yaki" and roasting sweet potatoes after collecting fallen leaves, making for a very fulfilling holiday. The staff's service was also excellent. Our whole family was very satisfied with the warm welcome of ice

The food was absolutely delicious! The colorful presentation, small side dishes, and beautiful plates made dinner time truly enjoyable. In particular, I was very satisfied with the Japanese-style meat and potato stew sold at the shop as well, the whole simmered golden eye snapper, and the sashimi.

Good points) Convenient as there is a convenience store on the first floor. Needs improvement) - A bit far from the station, but convenient for dining areas. - Other Hotels provided amenities like lotion, but this one did not. Upon inquiry, it was mentioned that these are

Although the Room didn't have a bathtub, it was compact and equipped with just a shower, which felt very clean and fresh. The front desk staff were all kind and helpful, making it easy to relax after feeling tired from the flight. I will definitely stay here again when visiting

There is also a gas station–operated car rental company nearby, making it ideal for visiting Uzaki Coast, Godzilla Rock, Oga Aquarium, Nyudozaki Cape, the Namahage Museum, and Kanpuzan sightseeing. There is no convenience store nearby, but a supermarket open until 8:00 PM is with

My mother, my wife, and I stayed for one night in one Room. It was a Japanese-style Room, and it was clean and well maintained, with a great selection of amenities. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and face wash were all high quality and felt wonderful to use. The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and the breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious. If I have the chance to visit Shimane again, I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here during the Obon holiday on a trip to the Sanin region. The Room was a comfortable space that helped us unwind from our daily fatigue, and it was wonderful. We were also very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast, fully enjoying the bounty of Sanin’s sea and mountains! We are grateful for the warm hospitality of the staff and chef. Thank you very much.
