The bathroom was also spacious, equipped with a washing area and chair, allowing for a very relaxing bath time. After running, I could stretch in the Japanese-style room, which made my stay truly comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality. I am planning to visit again at t

As my parents are from Niigata, we have visited for memorial services and other occasions, and I feel that the guest rooms continue to evolve daily. The meal portions were just right for an elderly couple, and we enjoyed them very much. We are pleased with the meals, Room, an

I stayed for one night in Kobe Sannomiya recently. I was especially pleased that, despite being a Business Hotel, it had a large public bath. Initially, I was considering another capsule hotel, but I decided to switch to this one—and it was the perfect choice. It would be even be

They also provided a TV that can watch YouTube, which was a big help while I was busy. The massage chair was wonderful too. With such well-equipped Facilities, both parents and children were extremely satisfied. On the way home, the kids said with teary eyes, “That was so fun—we

This was my first time using the laundry facilities as well. Detergent is free to use, and the coin-operated washer is 200 yen per load, which is quite affordable. The dryer was 200 yen for 30 minutes. Please note that there is no change machine. I will definitely stay here agai

I ordered a tuna rice bowl for dinner. It was piled high with huge slices of tuna—more than I could finish. The tuna slices at the Hotel I stayed at the next day looked disappointing in comparison. The Room is like a typical Business Hotel. Breakfast was also substantial. The staff worked efficiently, so I could eat in a relaxed atmosphere. They also had Earl Grey tea.

Spacious and clean interior facilities, but it was unfortunate that I couldn't use the Onsen. Overall, it was a satisfactory 2-night stay with no major complaints about the Hotel.

The room was new and very clean, and they kindly stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, you can choose either kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot) or toast; we chose the kamameshi, which was hearty and delicious.

It was a stylish, modern Hotel with no unnecessary frills. It’s within walking distance of Oura Cathedral and Glover Garden, and although I expected it to be up on a hill, it was actually in a regular location. The entrance is a café, so I wondered, “Is this really the Hotel?”—but as you go further in, there’s a small check-in counter. On the right side of the entrance there are lockers, and they were able to store even fairly large luggage before check-in, which let us head out sightseeing hands-free. When we first entered the Room, there was a slight smell that bothered me; I thought it would have been nicer with a light, refreshing scent like citrus. After a while, though, I stopped noticing it. Inside the Room was great: our whole family loved it—an elegant sofa, a large TV, beds that were just the right size, and BAKUNE pajamas as sleepwear. There was enough space for everyone to relax together; after coming back from dinner we took our time enjoying dessert. The bath was also excellent—a jacuzzi in a comfortable space with a pleasant breeze coming in. My wife especially appreciated having both a washing machine and two toilets. One thing to note is that there aren’t many places nearby for dinner—you’ll need to go a bit farther out for meals. The price was on the higher side for the season, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

It felt like every need of the guests was met for an incredibly comfortable stay. The front desk offers amenities like a shampoo bar, manga corner, coffee, and tea. There's also a supermarket nearby and Moji Port is within walking distance—perfect location! However, since the

It was a comfortable Accommodation that could easily cost three times as much in Tokyo.

Located in the same building as Sakura-machi Bus Terminal, Sakuramachi Kumamoto, and Kumamoto Castle Hall, you can enjoy your stay without stepping outside. The front desk is on the top floor, offering a great view of Kumamoto Castle. The staff at the front desk are efficient and

Even the pickles were delightful, making for a luxurious feast. We felt completely rejuvenated after our stay and were very satisfied. If we have another chance to visit the Okuhida area, we would love to stay at this accommodation again. Nearby footbaths and morning markets were

What surprised me was how much better the complimentary breakfast has become. It was very delicious. The Room and Facility are no different from other hotels, so I give everything 5 stars. We definitely plan to stay again during next year’s Golden Week holidays. Thank you very mu

Using the dedicated Shuttle Service from DisneySea, we were greeted with a smile by the courteous driver. The front desk and lobby staff truly lived up to the reputation of a first-class Hotel, making us feel delighted. The lobby was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree

Once again, my stay was very comfortable.\n\nIn particular, when I requested additional bathroom amenities (bath towels and a set of lotion and emulsion), a member of the housekeeping staff promptly brought them to my Room and handed them to me with a refreshing smile. Also, at c

The Sixpad Foot helped relieve foot fatigue. Breakfast, including sea bream rice porridge and freshly squeezed orange juice, was very delicious. My companion mentioned that the grilled herring was incredibly tasty. A small but thoughtful detail was that the pits were removed from

The Drink Bar on the lobby floor, offering coffee and tea anytime, is much appreciated, and the amenity bar is well-stocked. There is also a 7-Eleven downstairs, and the airport bus conveniently departs from the entrance of our sister hotel, Hotel Clement Takamatsu. The Hotel i

I stayed here during a festival I’ve attended for the past four years. I truly love Alpina’s Onsen, and the pot bath is sometimes my favorite. This time, they prepared an excellent Room for me, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay. I will definitely stay again.

There are plenty of lockers near the Hotel front desk where you can store your luggage, available on both your arrival and departure days. It’s very convenient because you can sightsee hands-free. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again next time. One request: the toilet ha
