I suddenly had to stay in Tosu during Silver Week, and as expected of AZ, I'm grateful for the consistent pricing! Moreover, the location is right by Tosu IC, and the room was cleaner and more comfortable than other AZ locations. The free parking lot was spacious, and the breakfa

Cleaning was thorough, and as someone who often uses Business Hotels in Tokyo, I felt it was a highly satisfying Hotel. There is also a famous ramen shop nearby, which I couldn't visit this time, so I'll try again next time. Thank you for your flexible responses to various re

We stayed here for our son’s graduation ceremony. The Chapel Room is our favorite. In autumn, the yellow ginkgo leaves seen from the Room are beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on-site Kiccho, and also fully enjoyed the Hotel breakfast featuring Yamaguchi local cuisine. The service at reception and elsewhere was excellent, and the housekeeping staff’s greetings were very pleasant. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Close to Susukino, making dining convenient. We went to Nijo Market for breakfast in the morning, which is about a 3-minute walk. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary De'Longhi coffee was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a Superior Twin Room as a family of three. The Room was very clean, which made us very happy. The toilet and bathroom were separate and also very clean. Complimentary coffee was available, which was very convenient. While many Hotels nowadays have remote front desk s

We stayed here a few years ago and returned because of the outstanding, one-of-a-kind location right above the sea. We’ve used several properties in THE HOUSE series, and this one has the most impressive sense of closeness to the ocean. It’s a short walk from the parking area, but that actually adds to the special feel. The only disappointment was that both the red and white shabu-shabu broths at dinner were spicy. At our home, shabu-shabu isn’t something we associate with spicy flavors, and we chose a meal-included Plan because shabu-shabu is usually something children can eat as well. Since neither of us adults can handle spicy food either, once we realized both broths were spicy, we rushed to a convenience store to buy a non-spicy hot pot soup base... I imagine families with children may stay here too, so it would be helpful if the meal description clearly stated when only spicy options are provided. That said, both the meat and vegetables were very delicious.

The colorful side dishes, which are also good for the body, were elegantly arranged, making me want to eat a lot. The meal was tastefully prepared. Great value for money. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. I was glad to have stayed in every aspect. I definitely want to use

The natural Onsen was very clean, with an alkaline spring quality that felt silky-smooth and wonderfully soothing. I used it three times. Since I could check availability, I was able to enjoy it privately without sharing with others.

It’s still new, so everything was spotless. My wife and I stayed in a double Room, and it was plenty spacious. And the price was incredibly affordable—absolutely perfect. There were a few other Hotels at similar prices, but choosing the “newer” one was definitely the right call!

The rooms and bath facilities were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, and we ended up eating more than we expected. The staff were also wonderful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much for everything.

After the concert, I enjoyed the hotel's signature cocktail, Kobe Harbor Lemonade, at the bar. Breakfast was a buffet at the restaurant on the 30th floor, with so many dishes that I couldn't try them all. The quality was, of course, high, and I was very satisfied, eating too mu

Stayed at Forest Villa for 2 nights. The expansive grounds feature a beach, walking trails, and various activities like cruises and yoga, offering a full resort experience. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and the Japanese-style dinner was delicious. The BBQ incl

I stayed in a twin room with a terrace and open-air Onsen bath. The room was stylish and very comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the amazing open-air Onsen bath! There were wooden boards for Yumomi, a famous tradition of Kusatsu, allowing us to fully enjoy the Kusa

The Room was on the 12th floor, and the children were delighted to see the Shinkansen from the window. The Room's Facility was also impeccable. Morning Pilates is a must-attend! As for breakfast, everything was delicious, but the main choice of Eggs Benedict style dish, fresh ora

Additionally, the café's drink machine and soup service, as well as refreshments like yogurt drinks and ice pops at the lounge area, were very thoughtful. The evening course meal and breakfast buffet dishes were all delicious. Above all, the staff's hospitality was outstandin

The view from the sauna where you can enjoy Löyly was great, and the view from the room's open-air bath was also superb. This room ranks high for its price level. The bed mattress was excellent. As for amenities, there was nothing special, and you had to bring them yourself from

This Hotel provides a compact ReFa hair dryer, and while the pajamas are a one-piece style (separates would be ideal), they are comfortable against the skin and helped keep my luggage light. The building is still new and the room was clean. There was also an ice machine near the

My daughter was thrilled. The Onsen was wonderfully silky—like soaking in lotion—and it made for a truly satisfying one-night stay. I’d love to come back and stay again with my daughter. We also really appreciated the staff’s thoughtful care, such as driving us from the parking l

The location was excellent—arriving by JR and using the Toei lines the next day made it very convenient. Despite the convenient location, it was quiet at night, perhaps because there are many universities nearby. I stayed for business this time, but I have also stayed here when visiting Tokyo Dome privately. Being able to walk to Tokyo Dome City is a big plus. I would definitely like to stay again.

We chose the Miyabi Room, and it was outstanding—spacious, with a private Onsen and even a massage chair. The complimentary afternoon tea pancakes were fluffy and truly on par with specialty shops, and the crab kaiseki dinner was incredibly lavish, including one whole snow crab p
