In terms of the Facility, cleanliness, price, and everything else, this was a Hotel we were extremely satisfied with. Also, the young man who assisted us at check-in was kind and courteous, and his smile was wonderful. (Since we were coming and going early in the morning and late at night outside of check-in, we only had that one interaction, which was a shame.)

It’s really close to the station, so it’s very convenient. At night the lights are on, which makes it even easier to find. The Room was quiet and comfortable. Having space under the bed to store a suitcase is a great feature—this was my first time staying in this type of Room. Th

The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the Onsen, making my stay comfortable. Additionally, my Room was upgraded, allowing me to relax even more. The location is convenient as it’s close to the station, and there’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby where I could buy snacks after

Everything, including the bed, chair, table, shelves, shower, and toilet, was clean! It was such a relaxing space that I strongly wish to stay again! I was impressed by the pouch provided for carrying amenities from the first floor—it was so convenient! The welcome drink option o

The staff who helped with luggage storage and guided us in the elevator hall were excellent—polite, hospitable, and made our stay very comfortable. One downside might be having four different breakfast venues to choose from—it’s hard to decide (lol). Great location as well; I

Having seen it on TV beforehand, I was truly impressed by the building and furnishings that reflect the founder's aesthetic sense, as well as the stunning art pieces by Yokoyama Taikan, Hirayama Ikuo, Dali, Chagall, and more. The gold-leaf ceiling and Italian tile floors were abs

I also found their strong commitment to reducing food waste very interesting. I loved the croquettes made by repurposing nikujaga. They cleared dishes promptly, and overall everything was very well attended to—I truly appreciated it. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you for taking

A variety of food and drinks are also available in the lobby, which our children look forward to every time. This time as well, they were especially excited about the brown sugar buns and warabi mochi, and they were delighted. We were also very satisfied with the pool, including

Although I initially booked an Economy Twin since it was just for sleeping, I was upgraded to a Standard Twin—thank you so much! The separate pajamas and curling dryer I requested in advance were clean and made my stay very comfortable. I would love to stay here again when at

I stayed in a twin room with a terrace and open-air Onsen bath. The room was stylish and very comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the amazing open-air Onsen bath! There were wooden boards for Yumomi, a famous tradition of Kusatsu, allowing us to fully enjoy the Kusa

This was my first stay. The front desk guidance was clear and very kind—my first impression was excellent. The dinner included in the Plan was plentiful and delicious. The only disappointment was that my Room was on the side without a view. I’ve already made another Reservation for the near future, and I hope to have a great view next time.

This trip was not for sightseeing but to enjoy a railway journey and a hotel stay, so the complimentary room upgrade was a delightful surprise. The guest room, bathtub, and washroom were spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably during our 2-night, 3-day stay. In the evening, th

The Room was much larger than I expected for USD 80. It was very clean, with high ceilings, and I was able to relax in an elegant, spacious setting. That said, the size also came with a few drawbacks. In the powder room area in front of the bathroom, there was no laundry basket,

I stayed here with my elderly mother. We were satisfied with both the Onsen and the meals. The Shuttle Service driver, the front desk staff, and the room attendants were all kind and pleasant, so we had a very comfortable stay. My mother was happy as well. If I had to mention one

After such a wonderful stay and breakfast, I felt recharged and headed to work. My friends enjoyed a late check-out and were able to relax. Our annual overnight get-together is always fun, but this time it turned into an especially lovely stay. I’d definitely like to visit again.

Amenities and linens are sufficient. The bathrobe after a shower is very comfortable. We tried both the 11th-floor Nadaman and the 1st-floor buffet for breakfast, and the 1st-floor buffet was overwhelmingly better. There was a wide variety of dishes. The homemade salted fish and

The furnishings and garden were, as expected of a long-established ryokan—an unhurried space that made us forget everyday life—and thanks to the excellent hospitality skills of all the staff, we had a very comfortable stay. (The foreign staff member’s fluent Japanese and graceful

Since the weather was nice, I enjoyed the blue sea from the balcony. A Hawaiian hotel that's easy to visit, with Onsen and delicious kaiseki cuisine, is simply the best. The bottled milk in the large public bath was also delicious. I hope everyone continues to return empty bo

I live nearby, but this time I used this accommodation to guide my friends to the Alpine Route and Snow Corridor. It is a quiet accommodation located by the Kashima River, with clean and comfortable rooms, large baths, and private baths. My onsen-loving friend managed to enjoy th

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, featuring dishes that made great use of Awaji ingredients. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. With a reasonable number of guests, there was no crowding, and we were able to relax in the high-quality
